First timer here for UFC 302. Pros - Had plenty of TVs. The egg roll appetizers were killer. Staff was attentive and most greeted with a smile. Prices were standard. Standard beers on tap. Cons - Some of the bar seats had flimsy backrest so be careful! Our main bartender could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming. A smile is free however I understand we can t always show our best. Left before the main card, but if I find myself back I ll update the review.

This place is dawn hill for sure, I used to be there twice a week since first opening, after couple of months service become slow, waitress and bartender careless, they spend most of time on their phones, outside seating on the table Next to the punching machine or doing some other stuff but no taking care of customers, that s why I stop going for about 5 or 6 months, and yes I went to twins peaks they know what customer service is, tonight I decide to stop by and see if any changes has been made since Twin peaks is open but is even worse, bartender is rude as hell, I wait 10 minutes with an empty drink waiting for someone to refill it and when she appears I told her that and she just didn t care, I asked for my ticket she threw it to me saying that she doesn t know what s going on and didn t care. Last stop there I ll never stop by again

The food was amazing and the service was great. I would strongly recommend this place and overall this is a place that I would like to return to in order to try other menu items. We had brunch here and truly everything about the experience was great. Our waitress was attentive and always kept my drink full! Its a super cute restaurant and the playlist they had playing was straight fire. Staff is very attentive and super friendly. They have a desire to do anything to make the place a better experience for everybody. Love the new management and they are willing to accommodate anyone and everyone. Going to give them another shot at happy hour!

Only had 2 servers and 2 bartenders for the whole restaurant during the UFC 299 pay per view. Sat myself and took over 25 minutes to have my order taken, another 20 minutes to receive my food. Servers seemed friendly but overwhelmed, and I don t blame them. Clean location and solid menu, but would not recommend unless staffed properly.

This place is owned by racist people!! There was some asian dude there that is apparently the owners son that said our group was to loud and called the police on us. But we had just walked in from the patio, sat down and ordered food. We werent even having conversations at this point because we were just getting food to go and leaving. I asked the waitress and our server were we to loud they both said no. Apparently he does this a lot and was on some power trip. It came off very racist, he wasnt even there when we first got there and came out of nowhere complaining that we were loud. Plano PD was even annoyed with him. Definitely do not recommend this place!

Ive been meaning to come on here and write a review for Knockout. Every time I want to hang out with my friend or just spend some time alone, I come to Knockout. Not only that, but as a songwriter, I try to absorb inspiration from different places. Knockout sportsbar is definitely the place I go to for that. The staff is so nice and I have not had a bad experience coming here. I particularly love talking with the girls. They are smart, kind and have a glowing personality. Not to make this review sound pre-written or overly-cheesy, but I am definitely gonna remain a regular here. Almost forgot...food is amazing. The wings, burgers, tacos and even the appetizers are great. Definitely worth trying out.

I ve been coming here for a while now. The waitresses and bartenders are very friendly. In comparison to the new Twin Peaks, Knockouts has a much more sports bar oriented atmosphere and they encourage cheering for your favorite team. Alejandra, Kyla and Korina behind the bar are fantastic. Manuela, Kehnsa and Rose on the floor will keep you coming back for game days. The managers run a tight ship and really push for a good experience. 100 percent recommend coming here! Also the food is good and quick and they carry a large variety of high end whiskeys and tequilas.

Been here a few times. I have noticed a downward trend in service. Today I sat at a table, 12 people in the restaurant and it took 15 minutes to get a beer. Once the server took my order i saw her sit in a corner for 10 minutes before she put my beer order in. The servers don t pay attention to customers unless it is one of their regulars. Visited this location for the first time on a Sunday late afternoon and was not overly impressed. There were only two waitresses total, for the bar and the entire floor. They need a lot of help. It s better to more waitresses than just a few. Drink prices and selection of draft beer was a highlight. The bar area seem smaller compared to other Knockout sports bar. There was an outside patio, however, I am not sure how your service would be. No one was out there at the time. I ordered wings which I wanted dry rub and not breaded , they were subpar and not my preference. On the soda , bar area area the tiles were worn as well as the restroom. For a new venue I expected them to at least have replaced the tile. The place has a lot of potential. I will visit once again in the future, however, it will not be my go to establishment .I give it up to the bartender and waitress for keeping it together .

Cool sports bar. Went there after granddaughters M.A. Graduation down the street. Their were 8 adults and a 4 yr old. Atmosphere was nice, matched sports bar theme. Seating was cool, but I must say if you have problems climbing up stools or straddling them...*THIS WOULD NOT BE FOR YOU*...but no problems even with 2 elderly ppl in our group. Food and drinks were okay. Its the service thats going to drive this place out of business if they dont change their ways. Our waiter was Dama and she disappeared for 10-15 mins at a time. When she shows up, it was almost impossible to get her attention as she was more interested in hanging out with her friends and coworkers at the other side of the restaurant. There were maybe 5-6 waitresses working on a Wednesday night and all but 1 was just hanging out in that corner chatting and playing on their phones. One waitress was even walking around serving and taking orders with a vape pen in her mouth.

Saw this place and decided to try it out. The first waitress, Erica was great. She was helpful and recommended beers to try etc. Sadly her shift was ending and we were told Trinity (bright red hair, long fake eyelashes and has a tattoo of a word or something tattooed on the back of her right thigh) would be replacing her. Well, Trinity was too busy to wait on us. But not too busy to sit in the corner on her phone. So we went to the bar to order more drinks. The bartender hunted down our waitress. She shows up and says I was just getting up to check up on you. We could clearly see you on your phone doing nothing. We ordered food. I ordered the chicken fajitas. I received something different. The waitress apologized and offered to comp the meal. The waitress went back to playing on her phone in the corner. We were done drinking and eating and started stacking plates and glasses to get her attention. Still waiting we set a timer and waited for her. She finally shows up. We pay our tab and nothing is comped. Sadly we wont be back.

We were excited to have a new option so close to home. If Ericas shift hadnt ended my review would probably be 3-4 stars but service after she left was nonexistent. We wanted to order food and another round of drinks, so I finally went to the bar for another round and asked if we had a server. The bartender went to retrieve our server who was sitting at a table in the corner of the dining room scrolling through her phone. We ordered. My husband got the wrong thing. She said she would comp it, she never did. Food done. Drinks done. Started a timer. 5 minutes later Azia finally must have reached the end of her IG feed and finally peeled herself away from her phone and came over to our table. We would have ordered another round or two, but we didnt feel like aging the 2 years it would take to get another round from our phone addicted server. While we were there the manager stopped by, before Azia became our server, so there was a manager there, but he obviously has no problem with them spending their time mindlessly scrolling rather than taking care of their customers. Food was fine. Prices were decent, but we wont be back since service was so spotty and errors were never corrected in our check for the wrong food.

I come here with my man & his coworkers just to see daun! She s by far the best bartender there and she kills the dress up days consistently The food is overpriced for how they are presented but we don t come for the food. We come for the hospitality with phenomenal service from ms. daun. We met her here! We ll go where she goes

If you like to sit at the bar; I highly recommend daun, the bartender on Wednesday & Friday AM. Very attentive and great customer service. I was actually taken by surprise when she respectfully handled a customer that made a very inappropriate comment with poise. The beers are cold, the food was okay, I ll give it a 7/10 based off taste & price I just appreciate the service and attention, especially now a days where there s so many sports bars, the service is diluted. Not here!

This was the second time I visited this location and just like the first time I was not overly impressed. The food was good just like before but, the service was terrible again! Business was slow for a lunch hour with only a handful of customers but, the Amount of waitresses that were on staff were more concerned with playing with their phones and hanging out with other staff members who decided to sit down and chat with each other seated at tables than attending to customers. This is no exaggeration by any means as I can appreciate being left alone to eat my meal without someone hanging over my shoulder to talk because they are bored but, this for the second time was just the same scenario!! This place has potential but, if management doesn t get a hold of their staffs lack of ability to be more concerned with customer service and satisfaction then chatting with each other than I see this place going under rather quickly.

Our waitress on our ticket was Kaitlin. Not sure if that was actually our server bc we had 3 different ladies come to us only a few times. For one, the first blonde waitress we had completely forgot my drink. I waited for 20 mins until another lady walked by and ask her if they forgot my drink, she apologized and brought it to me. It took maybe 30 more mins after that for them to take our order. And I m not even going to go into how our order made no sense & was wrong. After we got our food they never came back to check on us maybe 40 mins later she came and asked if we were okay. When we asked for our check though she was real quick with that for sure. I also witness another couple sit and wait almost 30 mins for someone to come serve them after they walked in. For sure our first and last time here.

The music is absolutely atrocious and is loud almost all the time. It is nothing but Hip-Hop that is controlled by one young gentleman every time I come. The service is decent but the ladies seem to have a great time congregating amongst each other or other popular tables. Very good food, but the music single handedly destroys the experience for me and several dozen folks I partner with in the East Plano area. The Colony location has much more of a range of music to jam to and has great service 100% of the time.

New location and have visited a couple of times. Music is similar to the Addison location so that s a plus in my book. Highly recommend getting the spicy BBQ wings. Diverse crowd and fun environment to watch sports and have some drinks. Good looking ladies as well. Special shout-out to Damaris. Standout waitress. She will take care of you.

Absolutely most uncomfortable bar stools I have sat in. There isnt a single person here that the sides are not digging into their thighs. I am fairly thin guy and this is a major failure in the design. Watch how everyone sits as far forward on the front of the chairs to avoid the sides or just stands instead. Kind of a shame since the place has descent food but the chairs are beyond uncomfortable. After 15 minutes you just want to walk out and leave

Hmm where to start?!? First of all we came in for food and drinks and our waitress said drinks ONLY.. but it was only 11pm we were told by another waitress oh yeah you can still order food. So many mixed reasons why we couldn t get food.. manager came out and still seemed like freaking confusion about food. He ended Up given us the food almost 2 hrs later but really management should have EVERYONE in line about what times and what not but this place seems to be run by nothing but people who APPARENTLY have little ability to run this establishment. Poor and unorganized service!!!!! Too much confusion!!
