Came here with friends. We sat on the patio but couldn t have a conversation because their live music was loud. We didn t order any food since we had to leave and go to another restaurant at the Legacy West. Updated my review to 5 stars for the service to reflect appreciation of the owner s response. It means a lot that the owner actually cares about customers reviews. Thank you! We will come back again to try the food since many other reviews said food is very good.

We have been going to BR to watch football for years now. It s a great setup of TVs with great service. We just walked in on the first Sunday of the football season, and turns out they don t have Sunday Ticket this year. Big big disappointment. Please fix this asap so we can get back to enjoying football all day at BR!

Have been to many bars in my 35 years -- this place takes the cake of terrible atmosphere, service, food for-the-price. They over sell the expectation and give you the most boring college football experience you could imagine. Simply dissapointed in what we received on two occasions in a row. Go here for a truly boring sports environment. Thats it.

Went with a group of friends and had a good time. The Buffalo fries were good, a little heavily when you reach the end, and the drinks were decent. Ive been here before and the service was always just average until my last visit. Gage was our server and she was great! She was friendly and prompt, this was the first time my server had actually been friendly here, and she made the night more enjoyable. Props to her excellent customer service skills, she definitely was the best

The menu photo looks nothing like what I received. There where no meatballs at all! It was just a cheese pizza. Come on! There is no way to call in an order. There is no app to order either. Its a massive sports bar with less than 10 people there at any time. I hope this place can improve over time for the residents.

Cool place. Probably even cooler at night. Pizza was good but with a couple of sodas, it was a little on the pricey side. Second floor was closed so the selection of games for us to play was limited. Great music& service. Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed in until 9 PM. There are some games, but it still has a bar atmosphere geared more for adults. The music was a little loud for the kids , but they enjoyed playing a few games.

Cons: please use cash only here. Server self tipped $10 on my tab. Came here for a private bday party. Good thing I kept receipt. Receipt does not identify servers name which is sus in itself. Ventilation upstairs wasnt that great although the party was packed which may have made it worse. 07/20/24 11:12pm. Pros: I did like the ambience with several gaming activities available.

Food was fine but Slow spotty service was the least of our worries. Shockingly rude staff. Also they dont post policies but expect you to know them. Although they have a good amount of food and games that kids enjoy, apparently company policy ( not posted anywhere or mentioned upon arrival) is no kids after 9. We have been to a lot of places nearby that kids are allowed to stay, and any place you have to be 21 to stay after a certain time, that has been clearly posted. We were invited by a friend who knew we had kids and who didnt even know that was a policy. Not only did they come around to take another drink order at 9pm, but they then promptly sent a bouncer over to kick us out. So they are happy to take our money, but expect us to psychically know their policy. Again, without it posted or telling us. Maybe if they had approached in a nicer way, or not had us ordering things so late, or even offered a discount I would not be as upset. It was their mistake, and they just blamed us for not knowing, asked if we were refusing to pay the bill, (never said that) and sent at least 5 people over, then got mad at us. Lousy management of an issue that could have easily been avoided and terrible staff who just blame the customer. With or without kids, not going here again.

So I ve been coming here for years now. Generally later for after work drinks. The bartenders and staff always take great care of me. I do have one HUGE gripe . The Saturday DJ Jesus is completely out of touch with the crowd. He s terrible. I don t mind some tejano music or Hispanic hip hop. That being said, he plays 90% Hispanic music, and his song selection is rough at best feels like a high school dance with edited music. It also is the same every week He can beat match decently and that s about it. You would think someone who has had a gig at a spot for this long would have figured out how to not repeat songs over the course of a three hour set. You would be wrong. Came in for the tail end of the fights, and as soon as he started it basically cleared out. I would recommend finding a DJ that plays music people actually want to listen to, and knows how to play to a crowd cause this is painful. He destroys the atmosphere. Fridays are lit here Saturdays are not hittin unless there is a game on or a fight, and the DJ clears out everyone out damn near immediately.

Well.. where do I start?! I knew it had been awhile since I d been here, but I had remembered the food being really good for just a Sports Bar (I mainly just had the Pizza when I would come in) and the drinks being decent. When I walked up to the front door, I couldn t open it because apparently they had some sort of jam issue with it. I was thinking maybe they were actually closed, but luckily one of the staff saw me trying to come in. I sat down and ordered a few different drinks throughout or visit. A glass of Chardonnay (which is tough to mess up, lol), and then a specialty Red Bull drink and and lastly.. a Long Island which just weren t any good. I then ordered the Christie s Pizza, which I had remembered being great with a nice thin crust and honey instead of tomato sauce. I had loved the thin crust seeing as that is what I prefer being one to minimize carbs whenever I can. Well it came out nothing like that, with thick crust and absolutely no honey on it. Just the normal tomato sauce a regular pizza always comes with, so I ended up sending it back. It also shows in the pics online like it was in the past, with a thin crust. I then decided to try the Chicken Lime Nachos by recommendation from the bartender. They came out burnt with the one half of a lime for squeezing over them being so hard that the squeezing part of course was definitely not happening, and the sauce for dipping chips in was so watery it didn t even stay on the few chips that were not burned. I had also made a trip to the bathroom while waiting for them to come out and there wasn t any toilet paper in 2 of the stalls I first tried which can make things difficult, lol. The whole visit was just really disappointing, made me wonder what in the heck happened to this place. My mistake for not sticking with my favorite local spot, 54th St/Frisco. I was so looking forward to our plans for the evening here. The main goal was just to find a great place with decent food and drinks to watch the Mav s play, but it really missed the mark. Oh well, perhaps it was just an off night for them.

Been here 3 times and 2 of 3 visits the service was bad. We had to seat ourselves bc nobody was at door to greet us. Then we had to Get up and go find a waitress bc after 10 mins or so seated, nobody had come to us... both times. the last time we went we were one of two customers in the whole place so it wasnt hard for waitress to come to us. It was busier on the other two visits but still, was not overwhelming.. but hopefully this place gets better w service bc its a cool little hangout spot with games and an outdoor seating area w tvs.

Food is great but takes a while to get out to your table. When we went there was 1 waitress and she seemed overwhelmed she hardly visited our table and we had to continue to call her over. Although she hung out by the end of the bar just talking and being inattentive. No dos xx available she said but other people had bottles and then no more can corona. She seemed confused and slow to respond when answering questions. We visited from out of town and most likely wont be back.

Slow, inattentive, and horrible service, cold and forever long taking food, and the ENTIRE staff are VERY disrespectful. No manager on duty; was told to wait 45min for one to come in. Sat at bar and did not get quick service although no one was there. 15 min to get drinks, the food came out cold and had to go the bar to request a remake because server never came back at an empty restaurant. Food came out single/separately so we could not eat together and at once. The remake took so long to come out and we had to ask the runner to go get the server so we could request another beer, request water and request napkins. Fries HAD NO SEASONING. Multiple charges!!!!!!!!! The server closed the card before showing us a receipt, where we found that there were numerous mistakes and extraneous fees. When we attempted to speak to someone, the staff was rude and unhelpful yelling I m just a server, there is no manager here . Very disappointed. Horrible feeling being disrespected when we came to a nice area for some good food.

Just bad. Came with a group of friends. The food was overpriced and disappointing. The beer sucked, I asked for two different beers that they said were on tap and they were out. I just ordered a cocktail and some parmesan fries and they were OK, but all the other food wasnt good. The cheese sticks were kinda bland and the pizza just didnt taste good at all. My friend ordered a Shiner and it was awful, it tasted stale and nasty. Servers werent really bad but they were just kinda inattentive. Its like this place isnt even trying to retain business. They even overcharged our cards, something about a 4% charge for using card like what? There was also a faint scent of cigarette smoke that we smelled up as we were chatting, despite the numerous no smoking signs outside of the building. We wont be coming back.

Bottle Rockets Bar is a super cool sports bar located in The Shops at Legacy, on the corner of Legacy Dr and Bishop Rd. Bottle Rockets has two levels, with an upper deck area that extends outside over the patio area below. There was an arctic blast that was rolling through the area so there was no way anyone was going to eat outside this time. When the weather warms up, Id definitely eat outside on the upper deck though! I think they had about a dozen beers on draft, canned beers, and of course a full bar. We initially decided to go with a couple buckets of beer, but turned out they may have ran out of canned beers for the buckets. In the end we had a couple of pitchers to go along with a few pizzas. The pizza are really good with a nice crispy crust. Bottle Rockets has a couple dart boards, a pool table, basketball game, and a couple stand up arcade games on the 1st level. The arcade games do take quarters, but dont worry, they have a change machine. Our server was super attentive and friendly, we never had to search for her, she did a great job. They have like a zillion TVs so you really cant complain about not being able to see whats on TV. Cool place, Id go back again. Parking: There s a few spots in front, but the spots are shared with the mall.

The service here is one of the worst experiences I ve ever had at any restaurant no one wanted to help us and it wasn t until we complained a second time someone helped us, the food is overpriced and cold if it wasn t for the spice it woudnt have been even close to being edible. Went here for a work night to get some food, play darts and play pool. Contrary to some of the other reviews, the waitress we had was good. She was over frequently to ask if we needed more drinks and helped us out with our food order. The food itself was pretty good and reasonably priced.

I love this place, it is right across the street from our office and is a regular hangout spot for our colleagues! The service is great, the upstairs area is our go-to sport-watching area near the office with a pool table and arcade games as well. Parking: It is a parking garage across from the place, it can get busy on weekends. Wheelchair accessibility: It does have a ramp and an elevator to take you to the second floor.

Used to love coming here on game day with all of the guys . Came in last week after not coming for awhile due to work. My favorite waitress who always, in my opinion, made this place worth coming, was fired over a money dispute. Not only that, the quality of drinks has gone wayyyyy down. Tons of overpouring!!! My drink was wayyy too strong i couldn t even enjoy it i just stuck with water. As for the food I used to love the pizza as it always would come out PERFECT! But for some reason, the kitchen is slacking. Crust was extremely doughy and undercooked, not enough cheese, just overall not great. Sucks to say but I ll have to find a new sports bar. Maybe find out where my favorite waitress went to.

We received terrible customer service during a cowboys game. We found a stool area by the arcade games and waited at least 15 minutes and no waitress came to service our table. My husband went to the bar to get service since no one attend us. There was two waitresses up stairs and both seemed pretty busy just staying and talking to their customers in the pool table area next to the bar. As we found an open table the waitress took a good 15 minutes to come and clean the table of what the previous customers. When she finally cleaned the area she did not bother to ask if we wanted anything she just walked away. Again there is a lot of people to be waited and we kept seeing customers going to the bar for service as these two waitresses had preference of waitressing. As an end result we sat in a dirty table and continued watching cowboys game and received great service by the one bartender at the bar. So unfortunate to experience this at a cowboys streaming game. I hope no one else experience this as we did as a family we look forward to enjoy a Sunday game at one of our fave sports bar.

A fantastic sports bar in Plano at the Shops of Legacy with 2 levels of wall-to-wall TVs! Fun place to not only watch your game (UFC, NFL Football or College Football, Baseball, Basketball or Soccer and more!), but the drinks and staff are amazing... and that pizza OMG Im seriously in love with that crust. My son gave the thumbs up as best as well! A must try for all you foodies. The brunch is just as outstanding too! I gotta say that big screen is high quality compared to others and for sports bars, I give this an A++.

Late night we meet up with friends which we had not seen in years and after going to a couple of bars our last stop was bottle Rocket we were probably there for about 20 mins. My husband stepped to the restroom and as he was returning he was stopped by a bouncer accusing him of sniffing an illegal substance because he blow his nose. Not to mention this was in the middle of the bar not one bouncer but two came up to my husband asking him to leave. My husband was lost for words. What? where would you get such a thing? he was not giving a chance to defend himself as this was a wrong accusation, this was humiliating unethical, mistreatment. I don t normally do reviews but this was so upsetting and frustrating that it needed to be put out there so that people don t go here and be put in a scenario like this. I hope that my review makes a difference in the way that this place trains their employees. We will never be back and will continue to share our experience.

I used to be a regular here for more than a year but tonight one of the bouncer accused my cousin of sniffling something and later apologized by pushing him in front of the whole bar. I am so disheartened with the way this situation was handled as it was my cousin s first time. This was our last stop for the night after we had a great time at all the bars around the area like scruffy duffys, ringo s, sambuca s. This is unacceptable and we are never coming back.

Excited to try this place out for the first time for the Paul vs Diaz fight. We arrive and are told to sit anywhere. Bar floor has 2 massive tables so we grab 2 seats on the end. Immediately a manager comes us asking why just 2 of us would sit at an 8 top table. Tells us we need to find somewhere else so we get up and THEN he mentions the table is reserved. Maybe lead with that point and don t act like we are idiots? Food was mediocre, they give you plastic utensils to eat with strange for a place like this. Cups are also plastic. Felt like whoever runs the place is cutting costs at every turn. Doesn t give me hope that the food is quality. Overall poor experience. Would not recommend.

Went on the 4th of July expecting it to be packed, but we were the only ones in there. Bartender was super friendly and chatted us up, and made us feel super welcome anyway. I guess this place has a DJ on the weekends and gets a little more clubby (according to her) so if that s your vibe, check it out. Place is huge though, lots of space to spread out.

Came for Official Dallas Stars Watching Party tonight. Half the place is blocked for private party with no seats AN HOUR before game. People having to stand in a line for an hour because of their poor planning. No help. After that hour, we find that the service is HORRIBLE. I mean, snotty, grumpy, above it all...and that is IF you can get ANY service. While waiting that hour in line, I opened a tab at the bar. Now that were FINALLY seated,, the server told me she wouldnt take my FOOD order because my tab was at the bar. Wont. Be. Back.

I love the Damn Daniel Pizza! Its my absolute favorite. This bar has the best pizza in the area. Its a great place to watch sport games inside and out. I enjoy playing old school video games like Pac-Man on the first floor of the bar.

Extremely pathetic. Posts a Facebook ad saying Qatar world cup final is live and doors are open at 8:30 AM. Nobody at reception. Had to wait 20 minutes and then run away. I have noticed this is not the first time they did it from the reviews. Pathetic and avoid calling yourself a sports bar unless you honor sports and promises.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Vegetarian options: Their are salads, spinach artichoke dip, chips and queso and of course pizza you can build yourself. Im sure you can get plenty of items without meat Dietary restrictions: I guess it would depend on the restrictions but they have a wide variety of food to choose from Parking: The parking right out front is limited but there is a huge parking garage very close. Kid-friendliness: Just a personal opinion.. you dont take kids to a bar.

11/10 RECOMMEND! Since they opened in 2021, Bottle Rockets Bar has been my absolute favorite bar to go to for drinks, food, celebrating, dancing, partying, you name it! The management and staff have always been very accommodating and super friendly. From happy hour with coworkers to celebrating your birthday (or any event) on the weekend, from grabbing brunch on Sat/Sun morning to watching all the football games throughout the week.. Bottle Rockets Bar is a place that everyone can enjoy! They also have pool tables, dart boards, and a bunch of other games to play. The service was really good, bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly. The place was pretty busy and my bartender Marylou made sure I had everything i needed. When I asked for food it arrived in 15 min nice and hot. The busier they got, I noticed the bar manager get in behind the bar and assist with washing glasses and tending to the bar, way to go team. This place is filled with games and so many screens i lost count. I had fun Ill be back.

Lots of screens as any sports bar should have but that one over the bar has to be the biggest screen Ive ever seen indoors. Im only giving 3 stars for two reasons. 1) I drank an Old Fashion and they charged $16. Are you kidding me!! $16 for a mixed drink. 2) The wait staff consisted of two women who appeared to be too busy or interested in two old farts like me and my wife. The usual expected charm never showed up until the bill was delivered. I understand the usual clientele in this location are in their 30s and 40s but ageism is not acceptable in any venue.

We got there and the server ignored us for half an hour, we asked her to take our order and she said she was busy when she was not, she was watching a game next to the bar, we asked a second time after 45 min of being there, and then a third time after almos an hour, she literally said we were going to wait longer know for asking her that many times, we left after that, the place was almost empty and she was not busy at at all. I cannot comment on the food of drinks because we did not get to try them, HORRIBLE SERVICE and rude staff, okay maybe not all the staff is rude, the guy at the door was pretty nice only the two useless inefficient waitress

I ve been a server before for years and I ve been slammed and shortstaffed but never in my entire life have I seen an attitude like our sever. Server Maryaje literally and purposely ignored us for 30+ plus min until we left. There were 2 servers ( one which literally was just staring on a computer to avoid work) and Maryaje who was literally ignoring us I would normally understand this kind of attitude on a time close to closing time. But there were still 2 hours of service left. And we politely told her that we knew what we wanted to save her some time so that she only had to put the order in. But she went to the table next to us 6 times and never even came to our table to even say I ll be right with you it was clear she had no intention of coming over or working anymore at all. Honestly, if you re looking for somewhere to eat. Go somewhere else. I would advise you to literally burn your money rather than spend it here. It will be a more pleasant a Experience for sure

Came here on Wednesday night for drinks and pizza with friends! Laid back atmosphere; the pizza, brisket sliders and buffalo wings were all delicious! Drinks were great and the prices weren t bad. Only downside is it looked like my old fashioned had a half eaten orange in it lol but it was strong and delicious! We were getting ready to leave when our waitress, Alexa who did a phenomenal job, told us about trivia night! So we stayed and played and won a $30 gift card! We ll definitely be back!

Absolutely abysmal experience. Waited forever to even get a server to ask if we wanted drinks. Then waited forever to receive the drinks. My margarita and my boyfriend s beer tasted like Lysol. We ordered chips and salsa, waited 45 minutes and still didn t receive them. Then the waitress comes by and nonchalantly asks oh no chips yet? We got the check and left. I do not recommend!

Underwhelming, but its got potential. I really wanted to like it. The signature cocktails were hit or miss. I liked the peach one, but every layer of the bomb pop tasted like liquor, and not in a good way. We also got the Hatch Green Chile queso. It was cold, but still had a gritty texture as if somebody had reheated it, causing it to clump. The wait staff was super friendly and accommodating. The place was pretty empty, but thats typical of a Tuesday night. They have giant TVs with sports on them, and tons of games to play (pool, Pac Man, etc.). The prices are pretty high, but not horrible for the area. For reference, our bill was $10 more than the place next door where we also got an appetizer and one drink each. This place has so much potential in that it has great wait staff, a great location, and great atmosphere, but there were many opportunities for improvement in the food. That being said, I want to try this place again in a few months to see if it improves. It has so many redeeming qualities that I could see it being an awesome spot if the food improves.

Great location, ideal for watching sports. The huge TV are amazing but the service is bad. The prices are high for bad service. Unfortunately this wont last if the combination of wait staff doesnt improve. My friend and I were going to the bathroom when two door men came in and told us to leave. I felt very uncomfortable when I heard a man s voice in the womens restroom. One said that a bar tender told them we were up to no good in there, the other quickly interrupted and said no it was a customer. I don t know why they thought coming all the way into the woman s restroom was the right way to handle that claim but it was inappropriate and made us feel violated. Also the other two girls who were with us ordered our drinks at the bar because the service was slow and the server wasn t very friendly.

Mozzarella balls and pizza were pretty good but the hot chicken sliders were definitely an afterthought and just tasted like buffalo sauce or Franks red on a heated up frozen chicken patty. Poor beer selection, cocktails werent crazy creative or anything, but guess its more of a sports bar than a gastropub. Lots of TVs and not many arcade games so a little misleading there.

If you just want to go somewhere to watch games they have nice TVs and that s About it. The food is beyond terrible. We ordered the brisket sliders which was dry and they tried to over compensate with dousing cheap bbq sauce on it. Wings and tator tots were doused with a lot of salt. There is a skillet tator tots that are tator tots with clumpy queso and when cold it s disgusting. Management was too busy to cater to guests and flirted with waitresses the whole time. I am sure it will close down soon save your money and visit another established sports bar

Food and atmosphere were fine, bartender was friendly. What I cannot believe is that they couldn t give me a receipt for the total amount of my bill after tip. I am on a work trip and I am expensing my food and gratuity. So I simply wanted to tip the bartender and then get a receipt for my food PLUS tip she said they cannot do that? I m a 15 year restaurant veteran and I find it impossible to believe In Texas you don t have to give a customer a receipt for the FULL price they paid. This was going to be my spot for the week . I ll Have to find somewhere else . Very disappointing

Dont go there! Poor food quality super high prices. Waitress nice but untrained. Wire lighing hanging from ceiling obstructs your view of the Mega Screen TVs. I order a salad and a pizza and a 3 draft beers . Each 12oz draft was $9.50 plus tax and 20% tip yields a total of $12.25 per 12oz draft beer or $36.75 for 3 small drafts. Add-in the small pizza (13 inch) and the salad and my bill was $74.50. Worse yet the pizza was not good at all. Frozen would have been better.

I came here to get lunch , i ordered bone in wings.. waited an hour and got boneless wings. I went a second time and decided to give it a try again. This time i ordered a pizza and i was informed my pizza was given away I m not sure how that happens considering there was not that many people there on a Sunday night. Its a cool spot they just need to get someone in there to run the place. The staff seems over worked and on edge. Sat at a small table and the employee was eating their dinner next to the security guy and asked her if she was for this section or do we go to the bar. She said she would prefer we order through her, but then like forgot to ever check back. The waitress for the upstairs section complained how long it took bartenders to make drinks, she was also just walking around every where. Then she would disappear for 30 minutes and have to be tracked down to order more. They have these cool text to TV, that dont really work and the staff knows nothing about. There is just no pace to the work or urgency. They were probably at 30% capacity, had 3 bartenders upstairs and another 3 downstairs and they struggled to handle the work load. If they could figure out how to give food service and have happy employees towards customers this place would be really fun!
