Did you purposely choose the fattiest, sickest chicken thighs to sell. Dont even get me started on the portions, I know inflation has hit us all, but this is ridiculous. I live in collage station and always came for aka as they served well. I always buy the family but now they charge you extra and count things!! They no longer serve a good amount for the family combo. Besides, you pay more than what the family combo costs. Its not worth it anymore! You pay a lot for little food, for a franchise its not worth it

Service would get a 5 for the visit. However, it is a 4 because they forgot my side order of eggrolls. I should have checked the bag, but I wasnt in McDonalds. Other than that, they sounded professional and were courteous. Would recommend it wholeheartedly.

I just went to Panda like I do weekly. One of the entrees I had was sweetfire chicken. I had 3 to 4 pieces of chicken and 60% is filled with pineapples. I don t think I ordered sweetfire pineapples. Servers at this location are pretty bad with attitude as well. I have to find another location I guess as this location s quality and service are going downhill quickly.

Had an amazing experience at this Panda Express! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they were generous with the portions. The restaurant s atmosphere is great too. From now on, this is the only Panda Express I ll be visiting. Highly recommend!

Ive gotten karge pieces of heart of cabbage with my greens, Ive gotten dry rice. Or all the tiny bits of crunch meat. Normally, i dont have issues. its what i expect from this food chain. But When you give me a new item that looks really good, it has a great flavor, but when you call it an apple pie roll i expect apple not a hollow empty shell with a bit of apple un the first and last bite.

Wife brought home some food from here on Wednesday Aug 30th. I had the peppersteak, walnut shrimp, beef and brocolli and chow mein. Woke up the next morning feeling crumby, stuff happened, and behold, food poisoning. Have all the symptoms. Its now Friday and and I feel horrible. Never again panda. Thanks for ruining my week.

This Panda Express was the best in town for the first few months it opened, but now its inconsistent and not great for the most part. If youre going to eat here, go inside so you can watch them portion your food. If you go through the drive through, youll get stingy amounts. Today I got all broccoli and zero beef with my entree, but in the past weve gotten half scoops of entrees, or light protein and mostly veggie entrees. You also tend to get the older food in the drive through line and fresher food inside.

Me and my husband placed a to go order. Me and my daughter showed up early for it and one staff member in particular was exceptionally kind. I do not remember her name but at first glance it miritza. I know it s not correct but she gave us updates on our order and offered a separate bag for utensils and fortune cookies. Great customer service is hard to come by. Great food does not take 30 seconds to make. Great place. I ll return. Thank you.

I was there a while ago, drove by the drive-thru lane at 1026am, and the guy said they are still closed and will open at 1030am. I said ill just wait, its just 4mins away anyway. And he said that they dont have foods yet. I said, so when are the foods gonna be ready? He said, PROBABLY, AROUND 1045. Ive had bad experiences with this store, from getting burned chow mein, missing entry, to this one I had today. If thats the case, just dont say your store opens at 1030 when you have NOTHING in there to offer!

I just went through the drive thru at approximately 4:30 pm I am not a regular fast food visitor but I am a FOODIE. This place was horrible. I decided on a bowl because I was not sure how it would be. I ordered the beef bowl, I wanted a spring roll because it wasn t fried and the lady said it came with 2 egg rolls and before it got all discombobulated I said fine just give me that. The story is .. it was in edible, the meat was like freeze dried it was so over cooked probably from 11:00 am my 7.50 drive thru cost me 11.25 they didn t give me my spring roll but they charged me for it TWICE. This is precisely why I make my own stuff. It s good to test your own immune system once in awhile. Worst food take out EVER!!!

This panda is much better than the one on Texas, I so want to give them 5 stars, but the lobby is dirty and enough minor infractions that pull it down to 4. The sort of fountain leaked pretty heavily with trying to get a drink, condiments were not readily available you had to ask them at the counter. I think it is morally Questionable to use Styrofoam containers when people are eating in the lobby, especially in these modern time as we address climate change. That all being said, the staff was very pleasant and friendly, and the manager genuinely cares about the quality of his food.

Had lunch here just a little bit ago. Three people ordered Lo Mein and rhe only way I can even begin to describe the odor and taste of the Lo Mein is to just say burnt. More like burnt cigarrettes. It was horrible. No one took more than 2 bites. I will say that the orange chicken and chicken breast with green beans made up for the horrible Lo Mein. The Rangoon was tasty and crispy. So very disappointed with the Lo Mein. Its usually one of the best parts of the meal.

Literally just went threw the drive threw. Ordered what I normally do. Got to the window asked what sauce, said soy. Checked my bag seen a pack of soy but not the Teriyaki Sauce that suppose to come with the Teryaki Chicken, with out the sauce it s literally just grilled chicken. Walked back up to the window and said let them know. Her reply was you didn t ask for it, I replied it literally says Teryaki Chicken. I give three stars because I m a glutton for punishment. Every single time I come here, my super greens are horrible (except once). So I still go back but get the rice, always hard and dry. The honey walnut shrimp looked like they put it in a bag and banged it against the wall before putting it on my plate. This location is convenient if you want to pick up a quick fast-food meal after shopping at the nearby Walmart. However, their food most of the time will be dried out or undercooked. Ive lived in the area for over three years and I think I got the ideal meal (where all the food was cooked properly) maybe twice. Typically the Beijing Beef is undercooked and chewy and the sauce is never distributed evenly, Orange Chicken is always mushy, and super greens are mushy as well as if the produce is a few days old. Occasionally the items described will be rock hard and stale as if theyve been sitting out all day. I have stopped going to this location all together due to the food quality.

Ordered a one entree, one side meal, online. Upon driving up I was welcomed to a packed drive thru that split two ways. I called and asked if they could pass me my food at the door and they declined and said that they close the doors at 8. Wish they gave me the heads up when I ordered it for 8:30. The current infrastructure is not equipped to handle orders in the current climate. The food ordered was orange chicken over chow mein. Honestly, I blame myself for this one.
