Mobile order... took them FOREVER to get my bowl out to me. I was ok because I only saw two employees working until realizing that my bowl had been sitting on the back counter in the bag for at least 30 minutes. She discovered it was back there whispered something to a third employee that suddenly appeared and then attempted to give it to me when she realized it was mine. She then offered to remake it. It was remade with barely any strawberries, a lot of mashed blueberries, and a couple of pieces of mango. I was completely over it at that point and just made a mental note not to go there again. Im a visual eater, and that was not appealing.

The food is terrible, my food still tasted frozen on the sides of my chicken bacon ranch and also the chicken. I Called in the store no one picked up the phone. I do not recommend eating here.

As a previous employee the management is terrible. Starting with the manager On duty Karen. She tells you one thing and makes you think its granted and then later makes it seem like youre the problem. She does not wear gloves while meal prepping. She takes many smoke breaks, milks the clock paces back and forth making it seem like shes working and slaving the children that are working there. The pay is not worth the amount of work that youre going to be doing if you may choose to work here. I was one of the few employees that she could call if someone dropped a shift last min and I would come in for her. There are roaches in the kitchen, you have to fight for hours, the owner Blake and Tom do not listen when you bring complaints to them. This is not the type of management I would dare let my kids into not only poor management but bad communication.

I dont like to leave reviews unless I think its helpful and this is helpful. Today I ordered a sandwich and a Greek yogurt, picked up my order and went home. When I got home, I noticed my sandwich wasnt in the bag and I immediately called the store. I explained my sandwich wasnt in the bag and that I live 10 minutes away and therefore couldnt make that drive back because of work. So I asked for either a refund or store credit since my sandwich wasnt in my bag. I was told the sandwich was placed in a separate bag, so I couldnt get either a refund or store credit. The person I spoke to with blessings from a manager, told me next time if I order a drink and a sandwich to look for the sandwich because its not always in the same bag as the drink. How is anyone supposed to know this? Also the bad with the yogurt didnt state 1 of 2 or 2 of 2. I am livid because there was no care to resolve this situation. I know Im only 1 customer, but I will not be returning.

Walked in and was immediately greeted. There were 3 ladies working, 2 in which I interacted with. From the cleanliness of the restaurant, to the friendliness of the staff, and the freshness of my food 10/10 highly recommend. The açaí bowl is the best bowl I ve had to date. They truly made my bowl and flatbread with love. Thank you ladies. You ll see me weekly as a treat to myself.

I walked into this store no one spoke. I stood at the register to place my order for 4 minutes waiting to place my order. The lady at the register stood there looking at the register. I called to speak with a manager after leaving with no items. The manager Khloé seemed to be just as lost as the lady at the register. Now, I m sitting in my car eating popcorn hungry because the staff waste my time.

I honestly thought we were being pranked. After waiting for 30 minutes we decided to walk out. As we were walking out our food was miraculously ready. The food was subpar and not worth the price or the wait time.

Ok so we had a really weird experience here. The staff seemed nice but they were kind of in their own zone and it s highly possible they were all entirely too high to be cooking food. I will say the wrap was pretty good once it came out about 25 minutes later. We paid 30.00 for two wraps, two smoothies but can t help but feel like we left feeling ripped off. Do better!!!!

The only thing that I like about this store is the menu. The staff usually takes too long. Your wait time can be anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes for a salad that s outrageous. In addition to that my most recent interaction with them was that I ordered a Thai salad through DoorDash, the salad had no chicken on it at all just a bunch of crumpled up crackers. I called the store directly and they said they couldn t do anything it can only be resolved through DoorDash. The customer service sucks so much at the store. You re better off, making a homemade smoothie and go on about your day, then to get stressed out. With these folks.

I went with my 8 year old daughter to have a mom and daughter time and have a wonderful time with her, well since we walk in there was only one person with his 2 kids waiting for their to go order, we stood there and none of the 2 workers acknowledged us say hi or even give us one moment like we werent there so sad we just walk out of there and my daughter agreed that was rude smh. My first time here was this past June and and a then I think twice more later in June. I ve just had a terrible day & when I come here, customer service has been okay at best but I come and see a whole new manager team and staff with a fun energy. The store was finally clean. Everyone working together seem to be having fun and working hard with each other. Eunice, the new General Manager assisted me and my Mom in a very kind and professional manner. We ordered 8 smoothies while the store was packed and busy, but, Eunice not only carried our smoothies to the car to assist me and my Mom but left a message on my smoothie that put me in such a great mood! Me & my Mom were very thankful! The new staff here is great with such a happy vibe! I like the new Tropical Smoothie in Mansfield a whole lot better now than when I first visited!

They always get my food order wrong. I asked for a jerk chicken wrap and they gave me the wrong item. I ve asked for jerk chicken wraps in the past without pineapple salsa and they ve put it on there many times. If I could rate a 0 I would.

This is the only smoothie area near my home and work, and due to my late shifts I can only stop by TSC around 8:50-8:55. Tonight I stopped by around that time to see the main dining room lights off and the open sign off, while about 3 workers shuffled in the work area. I m not one to get irritated easily but if you re open till 9, you re open till 9. And this is not the first time they ve shut down the store early. I work in retail, I get it, you want to go home, but I m not about to drive all the way into west Mansfield to smoothie king which will probably be closed by then. Just disappointing. 5/18/22.

They took my fruit allergies seriously in a way that I feel like I can trust this smoothie location. Being allergic to fruit families sucks, especially when you like smoothies! I look forward to when they get blueberries back in stock from recall, and the food looked tasty as well. Im a new regular based solely on taking the time and consideration to accommodate my health situation.

As someone whose worked for Tropical Smoothie and now is in corporate management the Manager/shift lead working at 12pm April 9th should be immediately fired, the other two girls were great and you should be immediately giving them a raise. The shift lead just left them out to dry focused on her meal prep and dinkin around in the back instead of helping the workers with the rush. She helped minimally. She showed she is not a leader and i hope the GM sees this. Fire that shift leader or demote her and give a raise to those hard working employees she was suppose to be leading

Let me start by saying the smoothies are amazing!!!! This Place would be perfect It had adult supervision in the evening. Theres a bunch of rude HS kids that don t want to work. I waited 5 mins before someone finally took my order at 830pm and they quit making food 30 mins before closing this is the 2nd time this has happened. 3/16/22 We might stop going back if we Have one more terrible experience.

Awful customer service. Ordered online and still waited 20 minutes after my pick up time for food and drink. The two employees didn t welcome anyone that walked in. A women walked into pick up order and she was missing a sandwich when she asked for it ( wasn t rude or anything) the employee slammed a drink she was making on the counter walked to the back picked up a sandwich and handed it back to her. When the lady left the two employees talked about her loudly in front of the customers. While I was waiting I looked around and the employee looks at me, points and says your drink is right there it just needs to be blended then proceeds to talk to her co-worker joking and laughing. I finally got my drink then she stares and me and says did you have food too? I never gave an attitude or got rude. This girl was rude to every person who walked in, checked her order screen I don t know how many times and I don t know for what cause she clearly didn t know the orders of the guests. I ve been to this location before and have never been treated like this or seen customers get treated like this.

It was our first time going here y the food is delicious! I ordered the supergreen wrap, jerk wrap, chicken quesadillas, 2 smoothies ( detox y sunset). The meat was flavorful, veggies inside fresh, the smoothies were totally smooth with large a large cup wow! The staff was very friendly. I ordered it online y the order was done on time. Great place! I also made sure to tip them. Definitely going back :)

I was happy to find a place in Mansfield where you can get healthier food. The food here is good and the prices are great! I ordered a combo with the hummus wrap, detox island smoothie, and a bag of chips. All of that for only $11.68 plus tax. The wrap was delicious and toasty, just the right size. The smoothie was perfect, I am lowering my sugar intake and this smoothie had low sugar. Will be back.

So I m super disappointed I love the smoothies here and I come in everyday for my lunch break, however due to the fact that they denied me service because I wasn t wearing a mask made them just loose a loyal customer. I have been in the store 20 plus times and they never ever asked me to wear a mask. There are customers not wearing a mask while their drinking their drinks and now all of the sudden they are mandating this without even a sign on there door saying it s required. Does anyone not know is not a law to wear them. It s a shame they lost a loyal customer, I will no longer buy from here. Don t California my Texas

Let me start off by saying we ordered a catering order a day prior. We spent $200 on food/beverage. This is by no fault of the particular branch as it is an issue with corporate and their website. We were supposed to have an order ready by 12:15pm. A staff member went to pick up our order and was only given a fraction of our order. Went back up their and spoke with the manager. Mary Beth is wonderful. We talked and she explained how what is shown on the website is not what is shown on their ticket. They received an online order from 10am this morning and made it right away. Nowhere was it listed it was to be picked up by 12:15pm nor have our catering order (bulk of the cost). She apologized and got everything made right away. If you are going to cater, I highly suggest to call them once you have the order figured out and not online. The food is still great and we love the place. The customer service is well and they did what they needed to in order to make it right . Highly recommend this location!
