Food can be good when it s availabe only available 25% of the time it s 11:20 and there is customers eating and they are putting the rest of the chairs up like kicking us out . Music is loud no one can even talk at our own table not the service or atmosphere we want . Have gloves on same gloves they are cleaning is the same ones used for the food . Health inspection should come and shut it .

I have been calling to order ahead but they didnt pick up. The app didnt let me either at this time. Then, I go there, and the cashier is hanging up the calls while shes using her cell phone, dealing with some personal stuff. I know that because I was waiting on her to take my order for 4 minutes, until she finally ends her call, and ask for my order, without a smile or an apology. I love these tacos but they are overpriced. I bought 5 tacos de trompo and an agua fresca for $20. The tacos were delicious though, its hard to not come back. Also, that cashier lady must go!! She ruins my mood every single time I go there. She took longer to take my order than it took to receive my food. She always looks so unhappy and is so rude! Since when did QUESO LOOK LIKE SHREDDED CHEESE !?!?!? I ordered extra queso on my baked potato and didn t get anything extra but was made sure I was charged 50 cants for queso for it to be shredded cheese! I went to this taqueria often, they dont have the phone connected, last week I got tired of talking when I got to the restaurant the manager and her daughter were there, I think they were on break because they were eating two and a half and I told the cashier that its no wonder They didnt answer me, I was waiting for another answer, she answered me telling me that for my 5 tacos that I was going to order, they were fast and with an arrogant voice she told me and at about 2.35 minutes I only answered thank you now Im looking for another restaurant that wants to sell me 5 tacos per that in fitsos I will not return

I went to this location July 5. Nataly customer service is very rude and the other lady giving out the orders rolling her eyes. I didn t see neither of that when they had the phone out taking selfies. I don t expect a smile from neither of them, but don t be with a attitude. Also we complained about their lemon drink being very acidic and she would not replace it with a different flavor, her reason was that it didnt taste acidic/sour to her. The worst place to go first of all you walk in no one knows how to smile everyone is bitter. Secondly, you give the order to the person who serves, I dont think they are paid well OR they dont like their work or attention to your order. I gave this place two tryouts to try to like it but honestly customer service is big for me and the lady who takes your order is not a good employee at all , both times I visited she would greet well but while taking my order I was telling her what I would like to eat but it was a waste of breath because the whole time she was on the phone with ear buds on talking i had to wait till her conversation was done so i could repeat my order to her. Ill add that the meat tasted like yesterdays meat and was reheated on cook top it was a little dry for being tropo also dead give away was they hadnt even started cooking the new tropo meat yet and it was already lunch time it was still covered in plastic with burners off . I wont be returning back

Terrible service, the cashier has her unfriendly face and serves reluctantly, the food is terrible, today I had a hair in my food and they wanted to blame me Ami, it was my hair, I do not recommend this place not at all, I think one star is a lot to rate

Very good is what we wanted and that s what we got we would love to go back VISIT and try other items on the menu we was in town and this was on POINT ! Absolutely fast service the food is cheap and amazing they stay open late might look like alot people but service is fast I Absolutely love coming here verses the one in Arlington its so slow this one is on they stuff ! The quality of the food was very bad and they increased the prices, very little meat in the tacos, almost no onion or cilantro, no avocado and lettuce in the cakes, everything already very expensive, everything 4 tacos, 1 cake and 2 fresh waters $38 dls, never go back to that disgusting place very nice place, quality food, they are giving the most traditional and ordinary
