I do not recommend this place. My case took a long time, but thats not the issue. The issue is that I never once spoke with my attorney until the deposition was scheduled. When I arrived, he did not discuss my case or prepare me. Instead, he boasted about what a great lawyer he was and how, if needed, he would go to court with me, having already won many cases for this company. Closer to the settlement, just two days before, he handed my case to another attorney. She told me she had worked on my case for 24 hours and had read everything. She then advised me against going to court with them, stating she knew the company and that winning against them was impossible, although I never intended to go to court. The settlement was terrible, with many details overlooked. When I saw the attorneys fee of 40% for someone who spoke with me once in over three years and never returned my calls, I was shocked. When I asked him a question, he said I needed to call another client, no apologized then disappeared into another office and did not return to speak with me. This is unacceptable. He made it clear that my case was not important to him. Why did he take it then? Additionally, the doctor working with him billed twice under different names. When I asked about this, the office told me they were aware that it was the same doctor, but that other people were working under him. If you want to be neglected and disrespected as a client, turn to them they will be happy to help you.

would never recommend to a friend or family member. 1.staff were very unprofessional. 2.Calls would get bounced around or told to call back and get someone else. 3.zero follow up. Good luck trying to get any kind of response back. 4. You only talk to the lawyer once and thats it. You will be dealing with back office run around for the rest of your case. 5. Beware Beware this firm handled my case on a trip and fall.They never update gave me false information ,allowed the insurance company to push them around and after two years we got to a mediation my attorney sent a substitute attorney who was also pushed around by the insurance company.The information I was given after we settled for nothing did not match the final statement they gave me. This was the biggest miss carriage of justice.Please Beware do not Hire them I am in a wheel chair for life and the insurance company is laughing they were a top firm of lawyers and just knew how to stop my attorney in his tracks.

This law firm is the absolute best, they are absolutely honest, and they keep their word. I got into a wreck, caused by the other vehicle involved, but because I didnt have medical insurance, I tried to tough it out, and fight through the pain. About 6 months after the accident, I was still in a great deal of pain, and someone recommended this law firm. They hooked me up with the best chiropractor in DFW (I believe it was called Align Right Chiropractic, in Richardson, TX) , and promised me that if I lost the case, I wouldnt have to pay them or the chiropractor a dime. I went to the chiropractor probably 50 times, and I finally felt completely better. We finally got to court, and even though my lawyer was amazing, we lost the case. We only lost the case because I waited 6 months to get treatment. The jury saw that as me faking it, I guess, even though I tried to explain thats how Ive dealt with injury my entire life, because I was poor, and thats how poor people do it, but I guess they were too rich to understand. Not the fault of the lawyer. Anyway, I left the court that day, a couple years ago now, and they havent asked me for a dime, and they made sure the chiropractor hasnt asked me for a dime either. Well, the chiropractor knew what was going on, and they just kept their word too. Truly an amazing duo.

Just for a glimpse of how bad: the lawyer I got did not believe anyone could ever get hurt in a car accident unless they had major body damage or died, so he told me he knew everyone else was pretending. He then printed out an email by mistake where he was making a bad comment about me, his client, to the lawyer of the person who hit my car Horrible. Do not go to this place ever! I went with a different law firm where the medical opinion mattered.

Wish I never wasted my time with Jim Adler. The case eventually was given out to this law firm. They were very diligent in all matters. My auto accident was in January and got a settlement in 11 months about 2 or 3 months after all medical issues were resolved. I would definitely work with them again David Bonilla was the best!
