The arcade games seem to be pricey and we had fun playing bowling. The laser tag was good but for some reason some guns didnt work properly with which we had little disappointment, the same has been conveyed to the reception at the game center. Also some of the arcade games are way too old and didnt give us enough tickets back to our card as stated, also ticket redeems are so costlier.

I had my grandson birthday party here on Saturday,but were shall I start,mannnn,this place have mostly Hispanic and Im not racist at all,but they were the ones giving us a big problem soon as we hit that door,It us to be called Itz pizza,they under new management,so I ask to got to a different area and I was told they were close,now remind you I called before I travel so far,if we can do this or have and bring that,it was ok,I got there they all looked at us crazzzzy,told me the rooms were booked and we only had one choice,So the Hispanic ladies came the open the room I wanted up for them and it was only two ladies and a Babie they all came harrasment us the man on the game floor cured us out and said if yal got a problem tell them my name Kelvin and they can come see me with a loud tone voice screaming at the kids, the fix us what I ordered the largest pizza the serve and we got that pizza in 5mins,it was horrible,cold,greasy and nasty,my salad was brown,very few people were there,in a big place like that,I wouldve done better going to Chucky Cheese,we werw treated so unfairly, cant get no one at Corporate office,left serveral messages.. I know it was my color plus I didnt let them do the party,ths place is not so worth it yal, manager onsite said he could give me my money back,I had to talk to corporate they the only one can,I will neveeeeer come back and I will make sure no one I know want,better bussiness bureau gone hereabout this,I want stop here

Found out the hard way why this place was a ghost town when we came. First thing, the place is filthy, the floor doesn t look like it s ever seen a vacuum. We paid $100 for 475 tokens to play the arcade games. Beside the video racing games, every game that has any sort of prize is garbage. Even the games that say play till you win, for a rubber duck or candy, all lose. Every. Single. Game. It s a bit ridiculous honestly. We will never be back here. Better off going to a Dave and Busters.

The buffet price was decent but the food was less than mediocre. I was happy to see a large selection of games and activities for my 4 year old son. They also had cartoons playing for the children in the dining areas. Edit: 5 years later. This place went downhill. Employees are hard to find, and when you find them, they are on their phones. Half of the games do not work properly or at all. Its definitely a ripoff nowadays...

100% what you could expect for an establishment like this. Food- Mid Service- Meh But thats not why Im writing this review. im writing this review because the dining room music is horrific. You have a small kids coming in here and youre playing inappropriate music. songs that are sexual in nature and heavy metal screaming is not really what people want to hear while theyre trying to eat a meal. and its so loud you cant hear yourself talk. Maybe thats why your dining room is empty. Clean it up.

This was the worst visit ever ,we had purchase a card with 50 dollars at the kiosk machine but we had to get a refund due to we had to leave to somewhere else . I went to the front desk and ask for a refund Alex the cashier for the manager for help. But when the manager vitt came he stated that they were unable to give a refund if you purchase thru the kiosk machine he said it says no refund before you purchased in the kiosk machine , well I went to check to see if it was true but it wasn t he gave me wrong information about that. The other staff was laughing at me and my family due to the one that purchase this card was my mother and she doesn t know English and I was translating. They were racist to us and that is wrong of them I have never experienced that. I would never come here at all I had my kids with me and they were just laughing at us. Don t go there at all. And on top of everything the no refund sign is in the game card after it comes out of the machine ridiculous at all.

it s so dead now. i went yesterday for eid and the main buying spot was even closed, the buffet is still closed because of covid (it s been 4 years) and there was barley anyone . to top it all of i didn t even realize the card i bought didn t allow you to get prizes ?? and the pizza that came with it was super small. what happened? it used to be filled and super fun, my childhood place is gone . they should go back to opening the buffet for free and decrease the price of the gamecards so maybe there will be more people like before. y all setting your self up for failure

For how massive this location is, there is not a lot to do. The kids were bored within an hour. During laser tag, some girls had snuck in, so it was a ton of staff walking around and turning on lights so the experience itself was lame. They didnt even offer to let us go again. There was no group after us, and the opportunity to correct the issue was there. The arcade games are newer but the place is old and dirty looking. We werent impressed, and wont be going back.

2/10/24 - The place is decent Carl was amazing and very professional but the other staff members need some training. The lady working the bar was pleasant to me but lack s management skills. The way she spoke to the workers was very inappropriate and disrespectful. There was also an attendant blowing his nose behind the bar and didn t wash his hands. The drinks were definitely weak.

Terrible service at the front desk. Spent 150 dollars at this place and the bumper cars didnt even work. Was not told that until we bought a 50 dollar main attraction pass. So our 4&5 year old only got to rock climb. Or try to rock climb. Had to buy additional tokens for them to have a little fun. The games are not long enough for the prices and food is blahhhh. Left there with 8 attractions still on our card. What a waste! Will not be back.

Hosted my daughters bdau party here today. Pretty rough. It appears that they are preparing for new ownership/remodel. They used this reason as justification for half of the game being closed or broken. We bought game cards and kids won tickets- but when we went to cash the tickets in were told tickets counter wad permanently closed? We werent made aware of any of this when we booked the party/ paid for the package and honestly it was all around a rip off.

My family loves this place. We have Pamela as our host for our son Birthday party which she is so amazing with the kids. Also a special to the manager Sheena she is one of the sweetest, caring people I know. She stepped right in for us and jumped into action when needed. Ive booked iTZ for my Annual Christmas Party for the past 8 yrs. Although things arent what they once were (since covid), theyve managed to maintain and provide us with the same exceptional customer service. My first year booking with the amazing Jeff (Event Manager), we had a group size of 70 people (kids and parents). Now, 7yrs later, my group has grown to 400. What I love most is that theyve been able to keep up with the pace of our continued growth and make special accommodations as needed! Just a few things that keep me booking each year: Bang for my buck (unlimited pizza and gaming options), the experience with the staff (always pleasant and respectful), the cleanliness of the establishment (the restrooms are always clean and games sanitized), the professionalism with the coordinators(Jeff is outstanding, professional, and attentive), and the genuine care that they have for my group (if I have a concern, they treat it with the highest priority)!

I recently went to ITz again last month with all my family and it was amazing! We usually go to celebrate our birthdays but this time we were helped by the manager Jeff Carman and we are truly thankful for his service, he is a wonderful person and all the time we were there he made sure we felt welcomed and appreciated. He is the best and we will be visiting pretty soon, hoping he is still there. We had so much fun in this place, food was great and the games are so cool.

Yall, this place is so raggedy and unkept it isnt even funny. Ive tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and have brought my family here three separate times. Its unclean. Theres several sanitizing stations but theyre all empty and needed to be replaced. The machines/games arent kept up. We had several of the machines eat up points from our card but then the games gave error messages. We didnt go tell the front because the line was soo long and theres only two cashiers up front. (Theyre overworked) Dont even get me started on the dude that works the points & prizes, bad attitude, no structure and itd be cheaper for me to buy a bag of candy for my kids than to pay $40 worth of points to get some raggedy toy soldiers. There are also so many small kids left unattended its alarming. Thats not the arcades responsibility but you have kids running around unsupervised. All it would take is for someone to snatch up a kid and head out the doors, unsafe.

Great for birthdays, group gatherings, and bowling leagues. The place is very clean and has an attentive friendly staff. The food is meh but has a decent variety of video games, air hockey, laser tag, climbing wall but most were not manned for customer use, and a large movie theater with tables. Not worth the money. When I arrived had to walk around for 5 minutes looking for any employees to help me. One walked by and just ignored me and the finally someone came to the front desk. Bought three hour pass and within the first 15 minutes kids were bored and complaining about nothing to do. They advertise to close at 11pm. Me and my family came and put $200 on cards just at a few minutes before 10pm, exactly at 10 they cut all the games off causing me to loose going (since I was in mid game) and possibly tons of tickets. I asked three people why did. You cut the machines off they said they were closing the floor ag 10pm.. they tried to give me free pass for free games and I was like no, the store is closed and I can t use my card had no sympathy.. extremely disappointed.

The games in this place dont work. We lost quite a bit of money on the arcade games trying to entertain my grandson. Employees worked in one game, only to have it fail immediately after the employees walked away. Air hockey games had no pucks to play with, and the games timed out by the time the employees got pucks. About a dozen games failed to accept the card. The bowling shoes are in such poor shape that you risk injury wearing them. Lucky for me, my grandson didnt notice, but this is really poor.

Use to love coming to Itz the buffet was our favorite, they started running out of options how ever and food was cold... came back recently for a birthday and the buffet option is gone , the staff no longer help with the party like they use too.. no singing and the birthday ticket booth is a no go now. The food was a little on the expensive side the day promos are pretty good like kids eat free Thursdays and 2.99 game Wednesday stuff like that the location is still clean the movie rooms are still available atleast. This place is just not what it used to be the buffet was something I thought theyd bring back but instead they decided to over price bad food and the employees, entertainment and cleanliness is even worse

Kids had a blast! I took my kids on a Sunday, it wasn t too busy so it was perfect I do want to say that some of the arcade games were not available or out of order. The prizes aren t very exciting but it s the thrill my kids had coming here! Prices are decent we did the 1 hour play card unlimitedfor the price of $18.99 and I purchased additional $35 200 points for the arcade games.

So to be honest I stopped by to look around after eating at a restaurant across from here. Looked like it would be fun especially with my ohana (family). Unfortunately after speaking with the employees you find out pre covid this place offered everything including a large buffet. Again pre covid and now even though the dining buffet area still exists, the buffet option doesnt as well as other fun pre covid kool activities. Its too bad because I feel they should rev up the pre covid amenities and activities to really get the fun experience you should when visiting. Hopefully someone will change that and I will be back with my husband and kids and their families.

Its a great place for kids and for adults.,they can improve the food service .,also the alcohol area needs to be restricted.,only for adults .,bath rooms clean play areas clean .,employees real friendly just need to improve on the games on how to use the cards to play so kids can play at maximum satisfaccion,just better information about which games can play because they have 2 one with points and the other without points and kids dont know the difference on how to play .,other then that its a good place to go and even have a party they have party rooms which is real good

Experience with pogo pass was horrible it says its supposed to cover admission but it only lets you pick one free game every thing els has to be paid for seperate the pogo pass does not include the unlimited rock climbing bumper cars laser tag mini bowling none of it just one free ride it was a real bummer for my family and our Experience here this use to be a place my kids couldnt wait to go not even buffet anymore has no family values left just getting way to expensive and dont offer much value anymore

Just an out of Towner that me and my family wanted to take my daughter to somewhere fun , our card that was suppose to be unlimited got put on a certain amount of points . But even then our card rarely worked! Some of the games were even saying we earned tickets that we never got . Extra bonus turns we got , never happened. It was just all over a rip off .

Waited over 30 minutes for the kids to be able to rock climb. They have a button you can hit for service. They never responded. We walked back up to the front to tell them, and they sent someone maybe 10 minutes later. Worker helping kids into harnesses did not secure the extra strap lengths. Definitely a safety issue. While the kids were climbing up, he just played on his phone, with no attention to the four kids up on auto belays. Super long waits and unsafe practices. How can they be certified to have this wall open? Definitely will be going somewhere safer for rock climbing next time.

Never been to this place. It was slow for a Saturday night. Huge place that seems to have had its peak several years back. The pizza smells and looks good but never got around to trying it ..Games are okay. Ticket/game play/ prizes are way off compared to other like establishments. The bowling was fun because there was no wait. Mixed drinks are not worth the price hardly, no alcohol. Parking lot isnt well lite so be weary of your surroundings in the evening. Over all if its just for bowling its worth a try.
