I hired Mr. Apgar to handle one of my cases in Collin County. He was very professional, explained the process to me thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Not to mention, he responded very quickly to everything. I was more than impressed with Mr. Apgar as he had my case dismissed within a few weeks of going to court. This law office has represented me in the past, I didn t write a review. But should have and we ll deserved!!! He represented me with such passion, and I don t know where he gets his THUNDER!! I RECOMMEND HIM TOTALLY 100% unconditionally without a doubt!! That I am back a second time to retain him on defamation and libel to a business.. My very own. I have worked hard my entire life. I don t deserve to have someone have a mob of people to destroy me and my business on social media which will cause me to lose revenue or my business. I have 5 STARS. So I am BACK and I want the best that money can buy to represent my business.

I hired Mr. Apgar the first time in late 2015. Based on my very positive experience then, he has handled another two other items as my attorney. I cant say enough good things about him as counsel. He has always responded quickly to any questions or concerns that Ive had, and has never seemed rushed or impatient when clearly and concisely explaining the relevant details to the matter at hand. I know from my experience that he is well-versed in the Richardson and Dallas court systems and is able to navigate their waters very efficiently. Highly recommend.

I cant begin to say how grateful I am that Mr. Apgar was my lawyer, he is an honest and wonderful person. He went above and beyond to help me with both of my cases and got the best results for me and my future. Pete is awesome. He is thorough, firm, yet approachable too. He has so many connections in the Legal system, it would be foolish to go with anyone less experienced or less connected. I am please with the results of being represented by him. Also, this office is great for any minor speeding tickets that you may not have time to deal with.

Worst law firm ever! They hang up the phone if you call more than 2 times to a lawyer because he doesn t answer your emails. The most disrespectful receptionist Anita who hang up the phone and his partner too saying why I call if I already been told don t call. Really???? Not surprised about they can win a case if they treat theirs clients like they treat me. Don t waste your time or your money with them.

To the owner Arthur: Don t say these comments are not true. And yall dont know who these people are? Like their not your clients. Yes, they are, and they (we) worry more about your retaliation to the review. I received the same exclamation from google reviews. They allow them, because some are still on Probation or whatever their personal case were. And they are not happy with the work and efforts put towards THEIR case. It s our lives and futures on the line. People are scared and worried about your or someone s retaliation for a bad comment. This is Apgar and Schulte, right? My case was handled poorly and now I m paying the price and suffering. When everything is over I may come in and express my feelings. To help with improvement. But I should have picked another Lawyer. I picked wrong. DO NOT HIRE PETE SCHULTE.

I hired Mr. Apgar in 2008 to handle a public intoxication case in the city of Dallas. I never had to talk, had the stress completely lifted off my plate and the case was dismissed and off my record. He was such a good attorney, I married him 2 years later :)
