AMAZING! The donuts were so rich and fluffy. We order the crème brûlée donut as well as the pink sprinkled donut. For food we had the chorizo tacos and the bacon egg and cheese on a brioche bun. We also ordered the fried chicken sandwich which was a 10/10! It was so yummy we ordered a second one!

Breakfast is great here. We love the classic breakfast sandwich (probably the best egg and cheese sandwich you can find) and my youngest daughters get the egg and cheese breakfast tacos. The donuts are a nice addition if you are in the mood.

Omg sliced bread needs to look out because we might have a new best thing here. Artisanal donuts to die for and delicious breakfast tacos. I got the tots egg and cheese and a strawberry glazed with sprinkles. The biscuits are up there with the best as well. This place is a gem. Don t sleep on it. Kid-friendliness: Kids will go bonkers with this place. They have a great selection of juices.

I tried the tiramisu latte which was so yummy and had the biscoff donut and Oreo donut which were both delicious. The donuts had filling on the inside making them moist and kept every bite flavorful. Chris was so friendly and helpful and the place is nice and cute. Will definitely be back here

The food looks delicious which is why we chose this place for breakfast. The presentation for the donuts is beautiful. We ordered donuts for my husband and son while my nephew and I chose a chicken sandwich. The donuts were good. The chicken sandwiches took much longer than anticipated to cook. The only seasoning we could really taste on the chicken was honey. It was average at best. It is definitely not a place you sit down and enjoy your food. They delivered all the food in to go boxes or bags.

Small and cute establishment with a wide variety of baked goods. This place was great! Especially the donuts, omg yummm. I went in for a honey chicken biscuit which was more on the savory than sweet side, I think a little more honey would have balanced this out better. The chicken was crispy, biscuit was buttery, maybe less cooking time on both tho, mine seemed a little over cooked. I will definitely be back for more to try other goodies as well as their beverages! Ill be dreaming of that donut until then

We have been meaning to try Honeybird for a while now, and we finally went one Saturday morning. The service was friendly, albeit a little slow for a quick serve place. While the donuts looked gorgeous, we opted for a breakfast sandwich and breakfast tacos - which were both delicious. The atmosphere could be better. Even though we were dining in, our food was handed to us in a brown bag...as to not encourage us to stay long. We also noticed a lot of scuff marks on the walls that could easily be touched up with a little paint. The parking lot is a little tricky to navigate depending on the direction that you are looking to go on your way out.

Honeybird has THE best fried chicken sandwich in Dallas-Fort Worth. Period. Sure, their donuts and coffee are definitely fantastic, but both their regular and spicy chicken sandwiches are top-notch. They deserve an award or recognition for how amazing this sandwich is, It honestly beats out any other sandwich of its kind in the DFW area. Do yourself a favor and try one! Found this little gem 2 weeks ago, and have been back 3x already. Highly recommend the butterfly cloud with a shot of espresso (milk tea made with butterfly pea tea). The gourmet donuts are divine. I have tried the lemon poppyseed, creme brulee, and lavender matcha. They are all filled with their respective creams. And they are so light. Today we got the chocolate and smores. Their breakfast sandwiches are large, serves on a hamburger bun, and very delicious. So glad I found this place.

This is probably my favorite drink spot in Flower Mound. It s a small simple little place,but if you are a Matcha latte/tea latte lover you are missing out if you have not tried their variety of tea lattes they have expanded on. Their donuts are huge and they have a huge selection. Their happy hour is from 2-3 where you can have discounts on donuts before close.I signed up for their rewards program and love the discounts from that as well. I recommend the cinnamon donut holes they taste like fresh sopapillas.Breakfast can take a bit longer than expected if your short on time and order in off the menu. Their ready tiny kolaches were always a great option for me on the fly with my usual Matcha latte with oatmilk and I find they didn t leave a greasy taste as those tend to do for me. I hope this place is here for the long run, definitely worth a try!!

We waited 45 min for 5 breakfast tacos. This was not the first time we have waited an absurd amount of time for our food. The staff apologized for the wait, but they could and should have done more. A gift card or something to retain our service. They didn t, and we will not be back as we don t have 45 min with 3 young children to get breakfast tacos. Go for donuts, but skip the food. Not worth the wait.

If you have not eaten here then you are missing out. We ve had chicken & biscuit that s so delicious and filling. Today we tried something new which is the HEC w/ no cheese. Ham is very fresh and tasty. Fried egg. The bread on it is fresh and whole thing together made me slow down to slowly savor every bite. The breakfast taco and salsa, oh so amazing and tasty!! Glaze donut as a dessert. Glaze donuts are gigantic!!! So delicate, light, fluffy, not too glazy and not too sweet. Cinnamon donut holes are delicious and can be an addiction if you get too many. Love this place because there are such great choices. Go and enjoy a donut and forget about the calories for a moment.

I have been a frequent customer ever since the opening. I always get the spicy fried chicken sandwich. I was a huge fan, I loved it. It looked just like the picture in the menu. It had a huge piece of chicken in it. The size of the chicken made it worth the 12 dollars they charge. Now the chicken is the size of Chick-fil-A breakfast chicken its tiny. That would not be a problem to me if they took $6 off the price. They definitely need to take the picture off of the menu that they have because it is no longer like that so if youre going to take half the chicken you should take half the price off of it because $12 for a chicken sandwich with a piece of chicken the size of Chick-fil-A breakfast chicken is not going to work for me. And it hasnt been a one-time thing its been the last 10 times I bought a sandwich and I was hoping that it was just bad luck but they have changed the size of it on purpose and didnt adjust the price to match. I dont know if this review worked or it was just a fluke. I got the sandwich yesterday and it was back to normal. I got 2 today to see if it was just my lucky day. Wish me luck. If its back to normal Ill change the review. Well it looks like they fixed the problem so Im giving them 5 stars. Thanks for listening. It means a lot.

Stopped here on a whim after finding them on google maps while looking for a breakfast spot. And I was not disappointed. They have probably some of the best coffee in the area, with a great drip and delicious Spanish Latte. Their food options are tacos, biscuits and sandwiches. Everything looked good, but I went with the Honeybird- their namesake option which is a fried chicken biscuit sandwich. It was delicious! We also tried the biscoff donut, it was sweet but not overtly sweet, and had just the right amount of filling. I would 1000% recommend this place, it feels like every item was meticulously prepared and thought out, which is very appreciated.

I came here this morning in hopes of ordering something but was amazed at the poor service I received. I had been wanting to try this place out for awhile and today I was free to do that. When I walked in, there was one person ahead of me but two ladies behind the counter. It looked like one of them was getting the person order that was ahead of me. The other person looked like they may of been in training or something cause when the phone rang she handed it to someone else. During the 10 minutes I was there waiting, nobody said hello or give us a few minutes and we will be right with you. Nobody even made eye contact. It was beyond weird. I ended up walking out after nobody took the time to acknowledge I was there. Please advise the people working behind the counter to acknowledge the people walking in the door and they should expect it will be their turn to order.

Finally stopped by Honeybird after driving past it countless times. What a great little breakfast shop! I was sorely tempted to go for the spicy chicken biscuit, but decided to go in a slightly healthier direction (hey, let me believe!) and got the HEC, which I can only assume stands for ham egg cheese. Or maybe its somebodys name. Or maybe theyre cussing in homeschool. Either way, it was delicious! The brioche bun was super light and airy, and the egg! The egg was this super-thin-folded-a-bunch-of-times thing of beauty interlaced with chives and it was great. A ton of ham, and the cheese and sauce were a very tasty addition. My only complaint was structural: the innards of the sandwich wanted to slide off the bun with every bite, and since it was piping hot, this was a minor inconvenience. Not sure what can be done about that. Maybe a long toothpick down the middle? Maybe one of those deli toothpicks with the colored plastic? An umbrella toothpick would be a nice touch. I digress. Anywho, I did not get a Donut because re:health. However, I was indeed sorely tempted, because every single Donut looked absolutely delicious (see pics). Also, my keyboard keeps trying to capitalize Donut. Mad respect. Bottom line: this place is great! Its easy to miss but dont miss it! Give it a try at your earliest convenience.

Cute breakfast spot with unique menu items that you can t find just anywhere. This is not just your typical donut shop although they have all the basics for the unadventurous. Weve been coming here off and on since they opened. Love the idea, fried chicken, biscuits, donuts and coffee. However they seem to constantly have delays when ordering breakfast sandwiches. Last week it took 20+ minutes to receive 2 breakfast sandwiches. With no apologies or acknowledgement from the staff. I ordered a chicken sandwich and never got it I kept seeing other people get their food that arrived after me but when I went to go ask i was told it would be a few more minutes when I asked why did other people get their food when they arrived after me I was not given a explanation. 5/4/23 Update: I have been frequenting this place for some time over the course of months. I will say the quality of the food has not been an issue. What is an issue is the you go get something like a biscuit sandwich and it takes... 30 minutes not including a wait in line. I believe in supporting small businesses, but its really hard to justify waiting that amount of time. To give an example, you can go to a busy Dennys and get service in that amount of time and likely get more food for less, pre tip. At this point I dont know, this place is convenient for me because I live nearby, but I dont think I can justify going there for a breakfast sandwich or anything that isnt pre made. No matter how you slice it, 30 minutes for a bacon breakfast sandwich is too long, 10 minutes tops. To make it worse, this happened to a ton of customers today and no one said sorry or mention anything about a long wait. --------- Experience 2: I finally tried this place on a weekend and sampled a variety of their products. I should have taken photos but trust me the photos of this place are legit. Each item looks well crafted and tempting enough to make anyone cheat on their diet. Honeybird: Super delicious the biscuit is soaked in what feels is a cinnamon honey that emulates the Red Hots candy. - Highly Recommend. Cronut: Its a donut experience but better. Imagine a donut with flaky layers and this is what you get, alongside toppings. Filled Donut: Mine was a banana crème donut filled with crème. Topped with a banana and whip cream. It also had a caramelized sugar top for extra crunch. Breakfast Taco: As a Hispanic and Texan, well executed. Bacon throughout the taco and not just in one spot/side. Solid side of salsa that tastes better than Ive been served at some Tex-Mex in my life. The Expressos: Their Macchiato is a real one. Not the stuff you see people slamming down thats filled with loads of sugar/caramel. Its a small little expresso, as it should be. Highly recommend, as a coffee snob their macchiato and pricing will have me at least swing by for coffee now and then in mornings. Owner: She is super nice and kind. After the second experience I hope people give this place a try or two. My first experience the food was solid, but miscommunication had made my order run behind. (You could tell it was fixed on the second visit.)

Simply amazing! I love the donuts here, fabulous coffee and the matcha is very refreshing. I ve also enjoyed the London fogs here. The place it s self is very easygoing with a laidback feel and beautiful interior. I ve had the chicken sandwiches many times and the breakfast ones too. Everything is excellent, not one order has fallen below their standards. Consistent goodness out of this place.

Happened to finish up a tow service around the Flower Mound / Grapevine area. And noticed this Honey Bird joint. Very lightweight spot , couple of tables and chairs to share a coffee and a quick bite with someone to chat with. Guy who took my order a cool homie , got my Spicy sandwich with Tots, he recommended those, theyre fire by the way. The sandwich is amazing, I love chicken and it feels like my momma cooked it. Thumbs up to this spot. Definitely pulling up here more often.

I am on a diet and stop at the place next door for a smoothie. I decided to go to Honeybird and get a breakfast sandwich for my husband. I was in a hurry the first time I visited and order the sausage rolls and donut holes. This time I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. I had to take a bite because it took a minute for my sandwich to be ready and I couldnt understand how does a breakfast sandwich take so long to make. OMG NOW I KNOW.... The sandwich was huge in comparison to fast food restaurants And it was juicy, suckulent and it was flavor bomb out of this world. My husband took a bite and he had buttery juices dripping down the side of his mouth. I cannot wait for this diet to be over so I can get my own sandwich

I stopped by for breakfast & ordered a Black Forest ham & egg sandwich (held the hollandaise sauce) with my go-to iced caramel latte with Oatmilk. I wasn t disappointed at all. Been here multiple times now and everything is always out of this world delicious! I love their Chagaccino and their breakfast sandwiches. Their breakfast tacos are phenomenal and big, and their fried chicken sandwiches are also great! The donuts are absolutely amazing and they have some flavors offered regularly and others that are a monthly special. My personal favorite was the everything bagel donut with cream cheese filling. Probably one of the top things Ive eaten EVER! I wish they would bring that one back, but all their other flavors are still so good! This place is a MUST try for anyone!

This place deserves 6 stars. Friendly service, phenomenal food, clean. Had an egg tater tot taco and the strawberry shortcake donut/cronut was the real deal! The donut didnt stand a chance. Lots of eclectic types of donuts to choose from. The Honeybee Iced latte was tasty as well with the lavender syrup. My toddler made a little bit of a mess but the barista was kind and relaxed about it and said ill sweep it up no problem. We will be coming back very soon. Thanks!

Pure Perfection! We live close by and decided to stop on our way out for the day. We were not disappointed. I had the spicy bird, donut holes and lemonade and not 1 complaint. My mom had the sausage, egg cheese, donut holes and coffee she is sometimes hard to please but kept singing throughout our meal. Everything tasted homemade. Definitely will return! Wow! Just found my new favorite breakfast stop. The donuts are amazing! We had a basic glazed and a chocolate sprinkle. Growing up in Galveston there was a local owned Homecut Donuts and I have never found any like them until today!! Nothing compares and I will be back. Oh and wait! I had the Nashville hot fried chicken sandwich and it was greasy but delicious. I normally dont like spicy food but it wasnt too spicy for me. I ordered truffle fries with it and they were just ok and I would not get them again. The tots tasted better. The meal did not include the drink. In my opinion its kinda pricey but the fried chicken sandwich is worth trying. My daughter had the pj biscuit and she didnt like it although I liked the biscuit. She did like the crispy tots. I saw that there was only one Strawberry shortcake donut left so I thought that it was popular and got it. It had a beautiful presentation but the taste did not deliver. My daughter had a chocolate donut because there was no donut with sprinkles. She only ate the chocolate off the top and didnt want the rest of it because it dry. I did try a red velvet cupcake and that was good. The Cinnamon donut holes are good too.

Amazing! We got the dulce de leche donut, cookies & cream, and strawberry. Each was so great. The cookies & cream was my favorite as it is covered in cream and has cream inside of it as well! Nice location and very friendly staff! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and was disappointed that it was not spicy lol. I wasn t expecting something fiery but it tasted like a regular chicken sandwich. The fries were good but nothing fancy. I would probably prefer to go to chick fil a or Popeyes the next time I m in the mood for a chicken sandwich. Wow! We have been wanting to try this place and finally did! Spicy chicken sandwich was everything you hope it will be and more. Truffle fries yes!! I m not big into sweets but their donuts are unique and unbelievably good! Small cozy seating area so if you go during busy times, perhaps plan to take it to go or have a picnic! This was such a wonderful surprise! Its a tiny place with BIG flavor. The donuts are amazing, and the spicy chicken sandwich is to die for. The staff were wonderful as well. It has a bright and happy atmosphere about it. They have coffee and tea products for sell as well. I highly recommend going there and sitting outside on a nice and sunny day. Enjoy!

I like cake, and whats better then getting some sweet donuts and coffee on a friday morning?? Each donut was fairly large and a good price at $3.5. They are a newer shop so the chairs are nice and new. The coffee was made with a la marzocco. Great stuff! definitely one of the better ones out there. top 20% of coffee ive had. Good bitterly type taste. Perfect sweetness. They used 183 syrup, a good one as well. Oatmilk was not chalky. Came out to be $6 for it. I got 4 donuts, the only memorable one is the Taro Coconut. Cream was good, felt like eating a cake. The Matcha was weak, did not taste like matcha at all. Dont get the strawberry, be more adventurous with yourself! Horchata was also not my thing. Everything is an elevated level and def worth a try if you are a coffee or donut type of person! Ill be back at some point to try it out again.

Travel 2499 quite often and had a little extra time to investigate HoneyBird. Looked over their menu and went with HEC sandwich along with some of their pastries and a coffee. The sandwich was what you would expect. Total awesomeness.HEC Ham, egg, and cheese. It was good really good. Difinately worth the stop. Pastries were unbelievably the bomb. Yes they are a bit on the high side, worth every bite. Trust me on this. Difinately going back for some more of them. For me coffee is straight up black. Included photos and the menu QR code. Was not able to order through the website the other day. Hopefully you will not have any issues. If you want to try something good for breakfast. This is the spot.
