Went to a private birthday party in a party room downstairs.....it was great, had a full cash bar, restrooms were nice and spacious. Nice stage for a band, a dance floor and could seat about 100 guest....was just a great venue, pleasantly surprised.

They put me on a lane they knew had issues and it caused a chip in my ball. They fixed it for free and it came out looking worse than it did with the chip. The photo is after the fact i took it somewhere else and they actually smoothed it out and polished it.

It was fun went the weekend and it was busy but if you come about 10pm it wont be so many people the arcade is alright but some games do not work and if you do youll need a few dollars in quarts the games could get some newer games look extremely old..... didnt have the food but smelld good l, i think they should maybe invest in Remodeling, overall really fun

Fun people in a real bowling alley. There is no arcade, just lots of lanes, a bar, and pretty good bar food. You can bowl for 2 hours for $8, including shoe rental. The staff is friendly. Its a great way to spend an afternoon.

I called a few days before i came to make sure there was size 6 or 7 bowling balls. When i came i saw that the only available ones out were size 8. I went to go ask the young guy at front for a smaller size and he said that they only give those out to kids 10 and younger. While i am an older teen, i feel like i should have been able to use a size 6 if thats what i need. Since i was forced to use size 8 that was to heavy for me my wrist started hurting and i couldnt throw the bowling ball properly. I went during 11 am when there wasnt many people there, so if the balls are limited i should have still been able to get one. Again i dont why i shouldnt be able to get one, im guessing if there is a small number of those sizes than they should buy more. I chose that bowling place because i knew they had size 6. The young guy at front didnt even tell me no in a nice way. The only good thing about the place was the people cleaning the tables efficiently whom my group did tip. The whole place smelled like garbage as if people smoke there 24-7.

EXCELLENT place for family and friends! We love Cowtown Bowling Center! Everytime we have friends in from out of town we always schedule a day to go bowling and no other bowling g place compares to Cowtown Bowling Center! Came to Cowtown Bowling with my family. The table assigned to our lane was the length of two tables away from our lane. (This length was a very big gap of empty space) We scooted the table forward so that we could be closer to our lane. We were told to move the table back. I asked if we could please get moved to another lane. Our request was denied even though there were 8 other lanes open.All of the lanes except ours had a table close to their lane. Below are pictures of were I had to sit verses the tables for all of the other lanes. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

We arrived early on a Saturday. They had league bowling and initially told us they didnt have room. We explained that we drove over an hour and asked if there was any way they could work us in. They needed up letting us take two lanes that were supposed to be reserved for league spares. They were super accommodating and very friendly. I cant speak of the food taste, but is smelled pretty good. Just what youd expect to find at a bowling alley.

This could be a great place to bowl. We have bowled here several times. I have talked to the general manager once. It s sad to say of the personnel that works here at night is very very rude. We had to reset our lane at least 18 times in one night. The lady started ignoring us when we were having problems on our lane. It s sad to say she lost 10 people tonight because of her rudeness. It s a shame a great place like this could be better without employees like this. I ve owned several businesses looking to buy one myself. Good luck, Cowtown we will not be returning. looking forward to talking to the management of the property. You continue this type of service you will be put out of business.

This was a great little place to go bowling. I believe theres 32 bowling lanes, 2 pool tables, and a bar/ lounge. We had a party of 12 that wished to bowl side-by-side, and we only had to wait roughly 20-30 minutes on a Saturday. The set up is a bit different, there isnt the traditional bowling benches by the lanes, but rather tables. Bumpers are only for ages 10 and under, and I did not see any dinosaur bowling aids for children. Regardless, our family had a great time and for the price you cant beat it.

For some of the reviews I ve read I was expecting a bad experience, but I was pleasantly surprised by friendly staff, clean bathrooms and no smell. lanes had dashes in between the dots to aid in training (during cosmic bowling), and the bowling was very inexpensive. They have limited pool tables (2) that had a reasonable price, and two or three tvs dedicated to sporting events, so that s a little low, but it works somehow. Not much of an arcade.

To Whom It May Concern: I have been a patron of this fine establishment for about 30-35 years. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect until tonight. On January 19, 2024, I was invited as a guest to a friends birthday bowling party. At that time two young men were cleaning and preparing the lane next to us. I then got approached by one of the young man and asked me to move because where I was sitting belonged to the lane they had prepared. I said that I was going to eat my nachos there because our space was limited. The young man stated that I had to MOVE. I asked him that if they had a table accessible for a disabled person which I am. I have some physical limitations as I have had two back surgeries and a kidney transplant. He just kept saying that I hade to move. I said that I was going to finish my food and then I would move. The person who invited me asked the young man if they bring us a table for us to use but when they brought it the table was very wobbly and unstable and I asked to talk to the manager present. The manager came to where I was seated and angrily asked me to move or else. I just plain told her that I was going to finish my food where I was seated because the table they brought me was very unstable and asked her if they had access to a place for people with disabilities but she said that I had to move because I was not respecting other peoples space since they had rented that lane. I also told her that we were also paying customer. The discussion elevated and she told me to move and walked away. The young man came and told me to move. I said I am going to eat my food. The manager returned very angry and at that point in time had lost all of her professional decorum. I got up and showed her how wobbly that table they brought was and then she said go sit wit your group but as I mentioned earlier we had about 40 people and space was tight. I said I am disabled and felt that I asked for an accessible place for people with disability and told her that I felt a bit discriminated because I was disabled and a Hispanic. She angrily walked away. Here is the kicker, I stayed for an hour sitting at that wobbly table and for the entire time, no one from the other party even sat at the table where I was initially seated. I took pictures and recorded two videos showing that no one ever sat at that table. I also recorded a video to show how wobbly and unstable the table was. When i was done, I told her to take a look at the table she moved me from and no one was seating on that table. I asked her for the main managers number and her name and telepjhone number and she refused to give it to me. She told me to google it and that if I did not like it for me to leave. So.... I did. I am an elementary school principal and as the leader of my campus, I send my employees for sensitive training and teach them not to talk with their emotions. The manager who was working tonight did not have any tact. The emotions got the best of her and she caused a scene, an unnecessary scene. I do have evidence in the form of photos and videos to prove what I am saying is true. Other member of our group also took videos showing the lack of professionalism exhibited by your night manager. I felt humiliated and discriminated because of my double whammy, being limited physically and because I am a minority. I am requesting that some of your employees, especially the ones on management to receive sensitive training. Customers from all walks of life should be treated with dignity and respect. I did express my feeling of how I felt but she ignored me. I left the establishment very disappointed. As stated earlier I have been patronizing Cowtown Bowling palace longer that her age. I have mixed emotions about returning to bowl there. I want to thank you in advance for minding my concern. Respectfully,

Mornings front desk clerk Diane has zero customer appreciation skills. A small group of friends have been bowling there weekly for six plus years. She gives us a hassle for requesting two lanes when less than eight lanes are occupied at 10:00 am. Sometimes she denies our request for two lanes or says she can t give us two lanes side by side. My family and I have been coming here for years but I m finding it hard to understand how can a business increase their prices but not the quality of their business we have loved this place until the last few visits because of the lanes malfunctioning. Last month because of this the manager Mike was nice as always and offered us a free visit back and we were okay with that. But this last time we came was on tonight and as always when we have out of town company we bring them here for a fun night but this visit was beyond not only embarrassing but did not go well at all. The lanes malfunctioned as in the scores wasn t adding up correctly, balls got stuck twice, and it was giving some bowlers more than 2 bowls and skipping to the wrong person etc. at this point my husband was frustrated and as we had paid for 2 hours we had only bowled about 45 min. It s not fun when you gotta stop, make an employee aware of the situation, and then wait on them to figure out how to fix it or fix it and a lot of times they waste alot of time trying to figure out how to fix it! My husband asked for a refund because we weren t even having fun at this point. He asked CHACE for a refund and he told him that he couldn t do that because the lanes malfunction and that was part of their job to fix it. Well my husband wasn t happy because he didn t offer him anything at all and my husband cursed, not at him , but a curse word came out of his mouth and CHACE told me that he would ve given him a refund but the way he approached him and a curse word came out of his mouth then he wasn t as if it s at the discretion of the employee to make the decision to refund a persons money. We then asked for their refund policy and he said they didn t have one. We asked if it was on the website and he said it might be but he didn t know . At this point we are ready to go. So our out of town family asked well can you at least switch us to another lane or something?? CHACE agreed to do so but as a person that deals with the public and customers. If any other options were offered in the BEGINNING then we may have had a better visit. I blame this on poor training but it s sad to say that this company have forever lost our business and we will NOT be back nor recommend. I hope this helps because it seems as thought they have new staff members poor training will drive a business down, Although I don t wish this on anyone, even though we were treated unfair. It was a lot of fun bowling there. The price was right, felt old school like the bowling alleys growing up. Once it got late, they dimmed the lights and had strobe lights on the lanes. Best part was I felt safe there having the police officer at the door. I will definitely be going back.
