Mike has been great! I reached out to him to help me move my business to the next level. Based on our initial conversation, and how he completely understood what I needed (even more so than I did), I quickly engaged him to not only do the work I had originally inquired about, but I also had him update my existing contracts. Mike explains things well and helped me to understand the pros and cons of the different positions we could take. I searched for months to find a lawyer that could assist with my business needs. Michael Young was the first that truly understood the needs of my business. Mike is my go-to business legal advisor since I started working with him back in 2020. When the pandemic started, I had to pivot in my business to move majority of my training to online formats. While I had worked with business lawyers before, they didnt have the knowledge and expertise when it comes to online business. During our initial consultation, Mike was able to give insights and advise that none of my previous lawyers pointed out and that instantly established his unique expertise. Mike has reviewed all my existing legal documents/agreements and pointed out some of the loopholes that I have no idea of, and redrafted them as well as created new legal compliance and e-commerce agreements to accommodating ever-changing online business best practice. Hes very easy to work with, and more importantly, hes very communicative - some of my previous lawyers were constantly busy and not able to return email or phone calls, and thats never the case with Mike. He delivered all documents on time and took time to listen to my business needs and adjust accordingly. Recently, some competitors tried to solicit my proprietary training methodologies from some of my clients. Mike provided great advise to me on how to handle them before jumping into a legal battle that costly to me and my business. Mike is a lawyer that have your back and will give you some out of box solutions other lawyers not able to. While no one likes to reach out to lawyers all the time, Mike is definitely on my speed dial when I need business legal advise.

Ive been a client of Michael Youngs Law Office since 2007. My business provides IT consulting and development services to other businesses and consulting firms, which is an area of law often misunderstood by general business attorneys. Attorney Young creates and reviews all contracts for my business, plus advises me in matters of IT law. He is meticulous when it comes to contracts, and my business has avoided potential liabilities thanks for him. I feel his services are priced very fairly for the high quality and timely turnaround of his work, which is why I continue to rely on him.
