My brother was a resident at DaySpring Assisted Living in Plano, TX. He was not an easy person to get along with and had gone through several other caretakers, until HomeWell assigned Valery Ngundu to him. It s hard for me to put into words how wonderful Valery was to and for my brother. He was kind, understanding, a great listener, and has a way of working with a person like my brother to even make him smile and laugh. I believe Valery made the last few months of my brother s life not just bearable but peaceful. I will always be grateful to him. HomeWell has a wonderful employee who I m sure will succeed in his studies to become a nurse. I wish him the very best and thank HomeWell so much for assigning my brother s care to him. I will be forever grateful.

After coming home from having Hip replacement surgery, I needed short-term observation and assistance. Hired HomeWell Care Services to provide night time personnel to observe me for complications, assist in moving my legs off the bed for access to my Walker, and toilet assistance. Assigned staff observed me and responded as needed, helping me to transition to my next recovery phase and giving my family some well-deserved rest. HomeWell Management and Assessment staff were prompt and flexible. I would use again.

Lesley and Steve Whatley were amazing through my parents, multi-year care journey. They and their staff were compassionate, honest, and operated with integrity in every area of my parents care. They were a wealth of knowledge and helped me navigate the bewildering circumstances of my mom s dementia and Alzheimer s and cared for my dad as her caretaker, just because it was the right thing to do. They treated each of them with honor and respect, and I could not be more grateful.

We had a wonderful experience with HomeWell Care Services. The owners, Steve and Leslie are so easy to work with and really listened to my sister and I as we discussed our mothers needs with her dementia. My mother really bonded with one of their caregivers and we were so pleased. It was so nice having a caregiver come to her home to help us out a few hours every day when we couldnt be there. Everyone was so kind and went over and beyond to make a difference in my mothers life. We are so grateful to HomeWell Care Services! Also, we had interviewed several Home Care companies and felt so comfortable with Steve and Leslie at our appointment when they came to my mothers house. We knew right away that HomeWell Care Services was the one for us!

Great people who really care about providing good quality care for the elderly. I am grateful they are helping us care for my dad who has dementia. They try to have consistent caregivers care for him, which is really important for people with dementia.

We utilized Homewell Plano from January 2020 to March 2020 (we discontinued service due to COVID-19 concerns). We were pleased with the service provided. The owners were quick to respond to questions and concerns. The personal assistant that cared for my mother was professional, kind and attentive. I really like the variety and flexibility of in-home care service packages offered by Homewell. When ready, I will reach out to Homewell of help again.

Caregivers very kind and considerate. Prompt and flexible. Took good care of my mom. Mom enjoyed time with them. Left notes on what they did while here. Owners and office staff very easy to work with. Only caregivers which would listen to facilities rules during COVID. Others assured me they followed cdc guidelines, not that they would follow or even listen to facility rules. Will definitely use again in future.

The ladies who took care of our mom were very kind and caring. We realize that Caregiving is a difficult job, requiring experience, patience, and stamina. The caregivers answered our questions, and they also kept notes on the events during each shift, which they shared with us. We felt that we were kept well-informed.

Homewell was there at the most stressful time when we needed to find assistance for a dear friend after her husband died from Covid. Beverly has been a consistent and wonderful caregiver for well over a year. The owners (Leslie and Steve) are easy to reach and have had our friends best interest in mind as we navigated decisions for full time care.

Be careful. I wish there was an option for zero stars. The name is Homewell Cares but in my experience with this company, there is absolutely no concern for my dying mother nor the well being of her distraught family members. Main motive seems to be MONEY period. If you have an ailing parent close to death and would like to do business with an owner that has complete lack of empathy for you and your family then you ve found the right agency.

HomeWell Care Services is a company that I recommend without hesitancy. When my mother relocated to Texas to live with me after my fathers death they were there to help guide me. I wasnt sure which way to turn, what all I needed and how to best care for Mom. Their love and support helped me to love and support my mother. They not only provided the physical presence that I needed but they assisted me with necessary paperwork with Medicare and long-term care company. When I needed recommendations for supplies or any additional services their suggestions were exceptional. If youll searching for a company that is professional, compassionate and one that will work diligently for you and your family member look no further for HomeWell Care Services is the one.

I used them for about a month in 2017 when I had a broken ankle and wrist. We were pleased with the owners personalized service. Leslie would accompany the caregiver on their first visit to ensure everything was set up. If there was a replacement for some reason, again, Leslie came with them. All the workers took the initiative to get things done around the house and for me. They were pleasant, neatly dressed, and cooperative.

This is a sad company to work for Steve try to beat you out of your money want you to work but dont want to pay and when you try to go on and do better and move on with a better job he wants to short u on your money so please do not work for the man a straight rip off...
