Great experience this past Saturday. My kids love the little books they give with the kids meals but lately it seems they are just giving out the games cards even though you put 3 and under for the toy. The cards just get thrown away cause they are too little to know how to use them. I asked Carrie ,who was going around seeing if anyone needed anything, to see if there was any way she could get them those little books. She didn t say she would but that she was going to try. She did ended up getting them and my kids were so happy to finally get one! They have about 15 at home but they love them. Thank you Carrie for going above and beyond to put a smile on their face!

came in around 2 pm was dining in julie took my order her service was just not it seemed like she was just unhappy to be at her job i didn t say anything just kept a positive attitude she handed me so many sauces saw i already had stuff in my hand and expected me to carry even more? came to my table waited for my food someone else came and brought our food her service was very nice i said thank you she said my pleasure brought me an extra container i needed she definitely fixed my experience here unlike the lady who took my order her tone everything just was not it.

Had a little trip out .. decided to have Lunch ! Great Food .. had a Chicken Sandwich deluxe .. hot and prepared great ! As a senior they give you a free Drink & small ice cream which was Yummy ! The Owner operator Don was very active.. talking to customers and checking to see everything was Excellent! This Guy knows his stuff been with Chick Filet for 25 Yrs ! Also the Staff were very polite and checked up on me twice see if I needed anything! I highly recommend this Chick Filet location !

Ive never been inside this Chick-fil-A and sorry for not remembering her name, the name tag font was small. But the hospitality lady starts with a C she took the experience to another level for all of us parents. While the kids were in the play place she gave us ice cream, then for the kids.. Ice cream or not she made us laugh and made it seem like a full-service restaurant dining experience. There was someone always cleaning and the food was as expected, great. Thank you again, you made it an easy evening for us.

I don t usually make reviews but this was worth my time . went to this store and ordered $35 worth of food . after repeating my order twice to the worker my order was put in wrong. Immediately after realizing i informed a manager but with no surprises my order still came out completely wrong . When I told the same manager once again about the mistake . He took the salads and just picked the chicken off and put more on top. Fries were cold after requesting them fresh And they didn t include any of the additional to the neither salads I ordered . Overall not my best experience at CHICFILA

Morning was slower than usual with barely any customers in the drive-thru. My main problem though, was with the food presentation. This chicken biscuit looked like it was thrown around and wrapped. Very difficult to eat. What a disaster. 7/26/24: They messed up again. Ordered a chicken biscuit with egg and cheese. I unwrapped the food and it was a nasty english muffin with sausage egg and cheese.....Whats going on with chick fil a lately?

I know we live in a world of uncertainty; therefore, the values that Chick Fil A once held, is no longer prominent. This location constantly serves cold/warm food and silly me, I give them a chance time and time again. It would be one thing if I didn t specifically ask for my food fresh and let them know I don t mind the wait for it to be cooked fresh. It s like they purposely make me wait and still give me cold food or warm food that has been sitting out for a good amount of time. They even packed cold fries at the bottom of the container and top them with a couple of hot fries sometimes (that is disgusting behavior, not even a place like McDonald s would do something like that). I don t know what the disconnect is, but if you want FRESH food, drive the extra miles and go to the Eldorado location.

Easy order. Hash brown, water light ice, ketchup and hot sauce. Hash browns room temperature. No ketchup, no hot sauce, water heavy ice. Every time I come to this location the service is terrible. Chick-fil-A used to be a restaurant unlike others with the impeccable, customer service, and food quality.now everyone looks like they re in a stupor. I took the hashbrowns back in and a rather tall gentleman with exacto printed name tag took the hashbrowns to the back and came out with new set of hashbrowns. It took a total of 11 minutes for a hash brown. Then he handed it to me and moved on to help another customer. The second hash brown was hot, but the presentation and quality was not good. In the end, I just asked for refund. A total waste of time. I m wondering if Chick-fil-A sold to another company

Came to this location been here before and never had any issues at this location. I had placed an order for pickup I live about 10 minutes from this place got to the drive thru window and said they had no idea what order was placed so I had to pay twice to re order the food not only that they messed up my chicken sandwhich using *Grilled* instead of *fried*. Its really disappointing since I like this location, but tonight was not the night. It must have been training day.

Looks like a fairly new interior! Very chic but small. Worst location. People here act like they don t care to get the order right . I live far and this is the only location I can go to that is 20 min. I ordered a kids meal and number one. The kids meal came with only one strip and they charge me for another piece chicken strip so that it could be 3 in total. I only got one. No fries either. When I called the manger didn t wanna give me a refund and asked me to come back like dude I m not coming back. Yall suck. Yall have like 30 people working there , and still can t get anything right. This Chick-fil-A location is incredible! They have been blessing our organization with delicious and reasonable meals for years! McKinney North High School Band loves the food, the collaboration, the professionalism, the speedy communication, the staff, and the kindness shown in all our interactions. Overall I would give the location a 3.5. the service was alright. Not outstanding. This is a very busy area so I will give them credit for being fast getting the meals out to guests. But the food wasnt all that great . They also forgot my sons fries. The fries were dry and went cold fast. The grilled chicken sandwich used to be larger for the price. I dont remember the bun being that small either. It was more round and had a nice shiny coating to the top of it. The chicken was also dry in the sandwich. Without sauce it would have been hard to eat. The honey mustard wasnt as expected. It had too much horseradish. I prefer a cleaner tasting honey mustard. I do appreciate the playground. I was not aware of it. The total today was a little over 19.00 for a kids meal and one sandwich with fries. Not too sure of that price to portion ratio either.

We drove 15 minutes to get food at this location. We ordered through the drive thru, ordered 4 Chick-fil-a sauce, got to the window and payed. We were told they were OUT of Chick-fil-a sauce!!!! Went in to eat and regretted it. While the food and friendliness of the staff were good, the restaurant itself was very dirty and ill-kept. The floors were sticky and had large pieces of food scattered everywhere throughout the restaurant. I had to clean my table myself and so did other guests. No staff members were attempting to clean anything. This by far was the worst Chick-Fil-A I ve ever visited. Avoid this particular location and eat more chikin elsewhere.

Other than the jerk customers who cut into the drive thru line on us folks who go around the building and get in line the correct way. Came to this location this evening and am super disappointed. Window did not give me my complete order, and when i got home the chicken in the entire meal was less than luke-warm. In addition, we got no sauces nor straws. Most definitely the coldest stalest and disappointing chick fila chicken i have ever bought.
