I ve never been to a steakhouse that was so personable. I came here for a date night w/the birthday boy The chef himself came out checking to see if our food was satisfactory and told him hbd. The staff all went out of their way to come over to tell him hbd as well as giving him a signed card from all of them. This was a beautiful experience and will definitely be back!

Sorry, update: our servers name was Jennifer - shame on me for getting it wrong :-) Went to Flemings on Thurs evening for my wife and my 24th anniversary. We had just visited the restaurant a month earlier for a birthday celebration. Ive eaten at some of the best steakhouses in the country, but what makes Flemings stand out at the top is consistency and service. My wife and I each had filets topped with crabmeat, which were excellent as always. However, what made the night was our server, Jennifer. She was absolutely amazing! Very friendly with the perfect amount of attentiveness, always available when we needed something. Her contagious personality and attention is what its all about! Usually, we visit Flemings a few times per year, but well start visiting a little more often because of the fantastic service - thank you Jennifer!

Had an excellent dinner at Fleming s celebrating a birthday and anniversary! We received complimentary champagne and there was a birthday card on the table signed by all the staff. Our waiter was Kelly and he was very nice and made great recommendations! We enjoyed everything we ordered from the filet mignon, mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, Brussel sprouts, asparagus and for dessert our favorite was the carrot cake and the chocolate cake was good! Highly recommend Fleming s: amazing service, delicious food, friendly staff, and great atmosphere:)

Service was great. My husbands filet mignon was way over cooked. He asked for medium rare, it was more like medium well. The scallops were very bland. The worst part was the lobster tails I ordered. Very rubbery, tough to cut. I would expect this quality of lobster to something served at Red Lobster, except with a 60 dollar price tag. Very disappointing. We won t be back nor recommend it to anyone else.

Wow! Ive gone to steakhouses all over the world but who knew in Plano, TX I would find one of my favorite servers of all time. The food was good, our tomahawk was cooked how we asked and seasoned. The baked potato was just fine BUT the star of the show was Austin! Austin is a gem. He is everything that when hiring you want a wait staff person to be. He was kind, endearing, knowledgeable. He personalized our service. He even created a memorable wine experience for my husband. Im just in awe of how wonderful he was! Ryan, the manager, was kind too and checked in on us as well. Even the guy who cleared our dishes and brought bread was wonderful. Overall, the food was fine but man, Id return 1,000 times if Austin is our waiter! He is a STAR! Parking: Valet was great too!

In a hyper competitive restaurant market like Dallas, this is a quiet hidden gem. Located in the first floor of the crestron building at legacy and tollway it s has very easy access. Valet is right in front door and there s a parking garage attached with covered entrance from the garage to the restaurant. The food is always good and the place is sparkling clean every time I ve been in, lunch or dinner, but the service is what always impresses the most. Highly recommend for a quiet but great evening out.

We had a rough visit the first time we went to this spot for my Mothers birthday in July. However, Hailey made sure to make good on our previous disappointment and took care of us the second visit which was for my birthday. I ve never seen someone go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Our waiter Edgar was superb as well. I recently visited Flemings and my experience wasnt as I expected and the manager Haley Fleming reached out to invite us back.The service on 8/12/24 exceeded our expectations.The server Edgar was so attentive to our party of 8.The food was exceptional and the extra added moments to make my nieces birthday a moment to remember was very memorable.I recommend for you to have any celebration here because their attention to detail is unmatched.The champagne toast at the end was the icing on the cake Thanks Haley and staff we truly appreciated the experience.

We went back July 28 and wasnt nearly as good. My filet should have been medium rare and it was almost well done, plus a little salty. The carrot cake wasnt as good as the last time. Flemings has been my favorite restaurant and it wasnt busy. I just was let down on the quality and service this time. Kelly H did an awesome job at serving us in March. The filets and crab cakes were amazing. The experience was a fantastic and great way to celebrate our anniversary. Great first time visit! What a wonderful restaurant. We will be going back!

My birthday was horrible it took us almost a hour just to get our salads. The food even took longer alot of the order was messed up potatoes dry and burnt the steak order was messed up. Fantastic take-out experience, first time ever visiting a Flemings and the staff were extremely polite, attentive and accomadating even after a long day, I came in around 9pm on Wednesday June 5th. The hostess was nice and inviting, Stephanie at the bar was wonderful and the manager was very polite and professional. Thank you all for this. The atmosphere is nostalgic, nice and quiet not too many people were here at the time and the music was low, no one at the bar so it was very calming. I moved here two months ago and had some friends in town. We decided to come here to celebrate a few milestones in our lives. This place did not disappoint everything we had was EXCELLENT. Collectively we ordered the Filet, New York strip bone in, Chilean seabass, lobster Mac and cheese, fried mushrooms (we liked them so much we ordered two), crab cake, sautéed mushrooms, mash potatoes and broccolini as well as two rounds of the lemon drop, strawberry, and blueberry martini. EVERYTHING was delicious! I am still talking about those fried mushrooms. Our server was very nice, they gave me a card for my birthday and she gave all three of us chocolate truffles. We spent well over $400 and will do it again!!!! I will recommend this place and will be back again!!!!!!

Having the opportunity to celebrate my Birthday at Fleming s was such an enjoyable experience. I couldn t wait to visit because I always passed the restaurant, and I couldn t wait to visit. The staff including valet, was so accommodative and kind to myself and my guests. They made provisions for my Birthday cake, and provided a lovely table with a great view of the restaurant. The food was absolutely incredible! The menu is diverse, and perfect for various palates. My steak & lobster was prepared to my liking. The ambience is high end; perfect for an intimate dining experience with friends. I came here with my sister on my recent trip to DTX to visit her, and we had such a great time! We came for social hour on a late Sunday afternoon. There wasnt hardly anyone there, which was fine with me. The food was delicious. I want to jump into this worst part then dive into the wonderful experience we had. We arrived for my best friend and I s birthday celebration. Upon arrival we entered and talked to our host at the entrance named Carmen . We advised that our party of 12 was reduced to 6 unfortunately for unprecedented reasons. Main reason we did that was to maybe open up some space for other clients to be seated since our party got cut in half. Carmen stated our table was already set and they had to re-do our table rolled her eyes and walked away and left us standing there. Luckily there was another host named Paige that welcomed us in and even stated we could sit at the bar while our table was being set up. The gentleman at the bar named Tom was there I declined a drink then after he checked in again I got a quick Paloma. Tom was very kind, friendly, and hospitable I will most definitely come grab a drink with him if I ever dine in alone. Let s jump into the rest of the experience since this is what you would like to hear. Our server was Jurez that took care of us the whole night. There was a bday card signed by the whole staff which was very thoughtful. We were poured up a glass of champagne for the whole table not just the two bday people which I felt was great to have the whole table included compared to two. We did not order any starters because none of them seemed to be up to our liking but Jurez offered a lot of his own opinions which I asked for since it was our first time there.They do offer bread as soon as you are seated which was good as well as the butter and I am not a big butter fan to begin with but that butter was good. I ordered the dry aged ribeye and my girlfriend ordered a bone in ribeye. We got the Flemings Potatoes recommended as well as the Mac and cheese. We proceeded to order more drinks ranging from an espresso martini for the ladies to a ranch water and a blue berry lemonade drink that were all great. Our food came out they asked us to cut our steaks to make sure they were up to our liking which let me know they had no problem taking them back to get redone if needed. I ordered and received medium well which was amazing. The sides were great mac n cheese was good and the Fleming potatoes were one of the best potatoes I ve had compared to a lot of other restaurants au gratin potatoes. For dessert we ordered cheese cake which was great not too dry but rather fluffy to perfection and fresh strawberry s. Over all we had a great experience now it all starts from the first impression which was not great but the rest of the team pulled it together for the high hopes we had for Flemings. Flemings saved date night with a last-minute reservation after the sad experience we had with another reservation. Prime location! The food was delicious, and the waitstaff was professional and kind. Ash knew the menu and was able to make suggestions based on what we had a taste for. The Blueberry Lemon Drop was delicious, and I had 2! Food options were plenty whether you want steak, seafood, or even a salad. I had the double-breasted chicken, and my date had a rib eye and added crab as a topping. My wife and I were looking forward to visiting Flemmings for a long time. We made reservations for Saturday night at 7:45 PM. We just had a wait a short time to get our table, no big deal. The initial interaction with our waiter was very good. But after that, everything went downhill. My wife ordered the Seabass and it was very very dry. Not good at all. I had the bone in fillet, and that actually did taste good. Our waiter disappeared, and we didn t see him for almost 15 to 20 minutes. He was focused on, multiple tables at once. Our suspicion is he had too many tables to service. We had to wait about 20 minutes to have him offer us desert. And then another 15 minutes on top of that for the dessert to even arrive. And another 15 minutes to be able to pay. The rating Is strictly based off of the slow service.

01/27/24 - Update. My wife and daughter were out of town, and my son wanted to go out for dinner. He likes one of the sides at Flemings so I agreed to go even though I didnt want to. Interestingly we were sat at a table served by the same person as our last experience, which was not good at all. I dont know if that was by design or coincidence. Ill admit I had very low expectations for Jennifer. She surprised me, even though the restaurant was very busy and her station was completely full, her performance was solid. Considering how busy she was Id say she was 8/10. She tended to be overly optimistic on the speed of the kitchen, but she cant control them, and since they were slammed I didnt expect quick turn around. The only time I thought they took too long was our dessert took 20 mins to appear. She seems to have improved greatly in her ability to balance thrle time she spends at each table. I want to commend her on that improvement. Her performance has restored my rating of service at Flemings from a 2/5 to 4/5, close to where they were in the past. 11/25/23 - Update. We dined at Flemings for dinner yesterday to celebrate four birthdays in our family that all occur in November. Weve dined at this Flemings for several years multiple times per year, but this was likely our last. While the food was still great, the level of service has dropped significantly again. Our server (Jennifer) was not organized at all and completely below the level of server this restaurant should hire. We had to remind her of several items she forgot or failed to have delivered including drinks (three times), missing food from both our appetizers and the main (twice), and she never once refilled our wine glasses (three misses on that). She seemed more into chatting up one table than serving her others. I noticed another party where the manager had to refill glasses in her station. She was never there when we needed her. A complete frustration and disappointment from a restaurant that used to be a solid option for our family. Hopefully, they can fix whats wrong and return to what they once were. Parking: While there is plenty of parking it can be a bit of a hike, but the valet is free and they can park your vehicle in a parking garage that most people cannot access. Kid-friendliness: They have a childrens menu. It is still a nice steak restaurant so parents should be respectful of the other patrons and ensure their children are prepared to behave correctly. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are all wide but not automatic. The main aisle in the restaurant is wide for access.

I did enjoy dining at Flemings. Waiters were very attentive, and dinner was excellent. It was my husbands birthday and they brought out champagne for everyone and ginger ale in flutes for the 2 children. I only have 2 complaints hence the four stars. For dessert I ordered the gooey chocolate butter cake. It was a brownie. I wouldn t have ordered it if I knew that. Nothing gooey about it. Also the $44 bottle of wine pino noir had a twist cap and tasted cheap.I Don t recommend that wine. I know it was on the low end of the wine list but in a fine restaurant it should have had a cork. There s something about a server popping open the bottle at your table. But all in all we enjoyed our meal, steaks and sides were delicious.

Tonight (1/13/24), we celebrated my fathers birthday dinner. We ordered appetizers, food, and drinks all at the same time. It took 1.5 hours for our food to arrive. Haley, a manager, must have sensed something was not right. She stopped by our table to check on us. I advised her of the wait. She advised she would check on our food. Our food arrived within minutes, she provided us with dessert and a champagne toast to celebrate my fathers birthday. First time here and it was a poor experience of a steakhouse. We were sitting right by one of the server register stations and one of the servers was coughing directing at our table the whole time. The steak itself was not good either. We both ordered medium rare Filets and both couldn t even get through half the steaks. Im not sure if the hostess guessed my party correctly based on race or if we were the only ones with reservations at that time. Please dont risk it and make it clear to your customer what parties have reservations at that time and are still waiting on people and ask the latecomer which he would like to join. Do not guess/suggest only one as it can raise questions. Our waiter was excellent. I enjoyed the bread and compound butter/brie, and the creamed spinach. The remaining food was disappointing. All steaks made me wonder how much we wouldve saved had we purchased steaks from Costco and cooked them ourselves, and whether we would be just as disappointed. I did enjoy getting to taste/experience dry-aged beef, and did feel the beef flavor was more intense, but questioned the incremental benefit. Butters included with the steaks were strangely bitter and inedible. Miso sea bass was on a bed of spinach in sesame oil. We went through a Japanese-food kick for a while and ate so much sesame-soy dressed spinach I got sick of it. Not Flemmingss fault, but once again it begged the question of whether Id be just as disappointed for less money if I had attempted the same dish at home. Flemings isnt my scene anyway (Im not their target audience), and I wish them success, but did want to provide my personal experience.

1 hour behind for a reservation, how is that even possible. Haven t even been seated and having a 1 star experience. It seems that reservations don t matter here, too many great steakhouses within a couple miles of here this will be the last visit. UPDATE: Once finally seated the were out of bread, and from order to delivery of our steaks was over an hour. They did bring a free calamari over (which was good tasting) but the wait was absurd. Ah, they were also out of the bone in filet, which was then switched to a bone in NY Strip that came out almost raw, was sent back and still came back a second time undercooked. Our 7:15p reservation had us leaving the restaurant after 10:00pm and there was NO lollygagging on our part. The service was marginal, and there was NO APOLOGIES on the part of anyone at Flemings. Again, I suggest finding a different place to go. Customer service is clearly not a focus here. Overbooking and treating the customer like its there problem to suck up seems to be the play here.

Overall, its a good steak house with some great options and good service. We live almost an hour away and went to try it out due to an Instagram video :-) I know but its a good way to find new spots to try. Service was great overall. Server was professional, engaging and good overall. The one criticism I have, and its a small one and maybe just a misread, but the attention could have been a bit better given the caliber of the restaurant. Typically there is a little more attention to detail and check in at the table than what we saw. Again, this was very minor but did take about a third of a start away from a perfect experience. If you have been to a higher end steak house, you will know what I am speaking of. On food, again, great overall with some minor criticisms. Again, the details are what make for the difference in a great and good experience. We went to the Tuesday special which is a fantastic value. If you dont drink and can stick to the items on the special (that is hard to do at this place) its affordable for what you get. The criticism was on three things. Food temp was just a bit under what it should have been. The cut of steak (Tomahawk) was well marbled but had a very large piece of fat in the middle that took a significant cut from the overall volume. This is not necessarily unusual (I have had more than my fair share of steaks), and the overall marbling was great. Finally, the cut of wedge on the wedge salad was poor. Wedges are a HUGE money maker for these places. Fortunately for them, I love a wedge and have had wedges around the world. When you take the top center portion of the wedge, it can be slightly bitter, harder to cut into and is usually the piece that gets tossed. Again, overall the food was great but the little things took away another third of a star. Finally, the greeter, although perfectly acceptable for any restaurant, for this place should have shined a bit more. Other top notch places know that the first impression at walking in is the most important part of the visit and can rival the food. With that in mind, the overall experience is great and if in the area, we would go back and recommend it. Its just NOT a higher end place that it strives to be. Its good, but at this level, the game is tougher. What we loved the most was the special. I have not seen a special as good at this and the specials can sometimes suffer from lack of quality. This did not. Definitely visit if you get a chance.

However, this time all 3 dining individuals were very disappointed with their steaks. The ribeyes and filet were way over salted and severely under cooked. But my most recent visit on 11/14 we came in to celebrate our 25th anniversary. My favorite starter is Beef Carpaccio. The best steak in town is Prime Dry Aged Ribeye!! Medium rare is like butter!! So the wife and I decided to pick this place for a late lunch last week. Only one person working the floor as both bartender and server, so we decided to sit at the bar. We got there at 2pm knowing we had a 2 hour window before having to move on with the rest of our day and pick up the kids from school at 4pm. Started off great. Wife had a martini that was done well while I was introduced to a new Texas whisky I really enjoyed. So we think we have plenty of time to relax, enjoy a cocktail or two and each others company before we order apps or entrees. Yeah, this is where things went south. We order an appetizer after about 20 minutes of arriving. Plate came our shortly after and was good. Bartender asks us if we would like to order entrees. We said well wait a few minutes. So its 2:45pm now, weve had a second cocktail and are ready to order. Nothing complicated. Two filets (one medium rare, the other medium well) with Oscar style on top and an order of Flemings potatoes. Well have that right out. 3:05 rolls around. 3:20 rolls around. 3:30 rolls around and no food after 45 minutes. Remember, were the only customers in the restaurant. Finally the food comes out with the explanations that the medium well steak took longer to cook. Great, that means they put them on at the same time and my medium rare is now going to be cold since were waiting on the medium well. Well, guess what? Yep, they overcooked the steaks. Mine was medium well at least and my wifes looked like it suffered in an industrial fire. Were running out of time at this point but are hungry. They offer to remake the steaks and take them to go. Im not taking a $400 meal to go. I told them we would wait and eat but they need to get it together quickly, which they somewhat did. So now Im having to rush and scarf this meal down instead of being able to enjoy it. To top it off there was no offer of any type of comp or some way to make the experience better, just an insincere oh, Im so sorry. Needless to say well being going back to our regular steakhouse across the street from now on.

From the second we arrived we were treated exceptionally well. The hostesses wished us a Happy Anniversary, our table was beautifully decorated, and we even had a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary from the staff! I am so DISAPPOINTED in last night s dinner. I used to love coming here all the time for the great food and service despite the place looking dead and tired in recent years. Yesterday, however was the worst experience. It took over a long good hour for our main entrees to come out. We even ordered appetizers, salads and cocktails to keep us satiated until the mains. They were quick to clear the appetizers way before the steak and salmon (and lots of sides) came out. No offer of bread re-fill for the long wait. I was getting bored and sleepy. When the food finally did come out, everything was warm/hot except for my salmon dish- was served to me COLD like it was sitting out there for the last hour, forgotten. In between the long wait, no one came by to give us an update as to why our food was taking so long to come out. Waiter Eddie didn t even ask for a refill/second drink. Not even once. Not until AFTER the mains came out did a manager come by to extend his apologies for the excruciatingly long wait. Took them long enough. Empty apologies and no offer to remedy the terrible experience but that s okay. I am not one to beg for a discount/comp/free food. When I am paying this much for dinner, I expect food and service to be exceptional. PERIOD. Made me sick to my stomach when paying the bill and tip. At end of the day, bad service is still service, so rest assured your people were taken care of even though it was UNDESERVING.

We went on a Thursday to celebrate our 5th anniversary. I had the tomahawk ribeye and they offered to slice it off the bone for me. The wife had the filet with lobster tail. The server asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, and we told him yes, our anniversary, and it was our 1st time visiting. It went over his head, I guess. Appetizer, we ordered the oysters on the half shell. Which was amazing . The oysters were fresh, and the sauce it came with was super delicious. We were excited about the main course meal we ordered. I got the king crab leg with filet mignon with cream spinach and scalloped potatoes. What I received was a crispy cooked piece of meat and a stuffed crab leg. Hmm, not what I was expecting. My boyfriend ordered a Tomahawk steak, which was also a bit too crispy. We had ordered medium rare. The cheesecake was really good. For the price $$$$that we paid, we were left thinking we should have cooked ourselves.

Everything was just fine, Jared was very polite and took a good care of us. Celebrated sons b-day. Parking: parked in shopping center cross from the bldg.
