Had a graduation party this past Saturday and I must say that it was beyond what we expected. The hall was beautifully decorated and the guests were raving about the food. Both the owner and the staff were very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely use in the future!

Completely dissatisfied. These guys are find throwing food than feed guests. My eat of photographers and videographers did a sweet 16 birthday and after then shoot at 10:00 PM when we went to get some food, there were no plates. when asked they said they are out of plates. I think this is the only event center that does not have plates to feed guests. When asked, they say they only had 100 plates and all were taken. They are ok to throw all the food than feed guests. If you are hosting your party here, make sure to check about the plates and glasses. Or ask your guests to bring their own plate and water so they dont starve.

I had an event there on July 1st everything was wonderful I have no complaints about anything. The venue was set up nicely the food was good, restrooms was nice and clean anytime we needed anything Steven was asked and it was done without any problems all three of the guys were very polite and helpful. If you need an event venue Aurora is the place! I will book there again! Thank you all for all your help!

The manager wasn t cooperating with us at all and made fun of my sister when she asked questions , they push for paying the deposit and after you pay any requests or accommodation They make it impossible or they ask you to bring your own stuff after you already paid for it .

My experience with Aurora event center is beyond words. The service, the food, the atmosphere and the decor was beautifully and perfectly done. Ms Eboney was so helpful in every way. She answered all my questions! We got so many compliments on the venue, decor and food. 5 star service!

I still can t forget what an awful experience we had here. I just want to give an honest opinion. They have the worst customer service ever. While everybody else were refunding their money without any questions during the pandemic and these people are just after the money at that time. They don t have any humanity. We booked this center for our daughter s 1st birthday party in last year. We booked for May and paid big amount of deposit money in few months advanced. When Covid started, and we were not allowed to do big gatherings, we tried to cancel the party. They were nice while we booked and convinced us with nice words, well the true face came out when we canceled it. At first they told us to return some portion of the money, then we tried to contact probably 4 months constantly. They tried to avoid every time we called them. They didn t want to talk or let us know any status. Even if you want to keep the money, you need to let the customer know. I tried to talk with the lady owner and she told me she can t talk, I can only text. I have all the emails and chat conversations where they agreed on something and next time they denied. When I sent them those screenshots, this women behaved so bad and she told that we will not get any refund with anything we do and to stop wasting our efforts and not to contact anymore. I was so shocked to see her attitude towards her customer. We ll never going there and don t want anyone else to suffer like that. Please stay away from this place and don t plan any event there. I will rate 0 for this center.

Experience Aurora Event Center ! Great evening starts here.. Mr and Mrs. Sadi both were really helpful throughout the process of planning and execution of the event. They are very process driven but it is to ensure that you have a great event and nothing is missed from a memorable family dinner and party. As guests, we had exciting time with great food appreciated by everyone and other amenities like sound system, lighting were excellent. Most importantly all of us had a relaxing and comfortable holiday party event. Mrs. Sadi was very customer friendly and their staff was very attentive, always ready to address your needs throughout the evening. We had a memorable family holiday party 2019. Thanks again for the support and will definitely recommend hosting such events in 2020.

The day of 9/28/19 we had a wedding in this place and for me it was a very bad experience the people in charge are shown as very friendly but do not expect the party to end to collect the ornaments, slats of chair ornaments that is disrespectful they start picking up dishes off the table before guests eats dinner, ask them to turn on the stage lights charged us $200 when the DJ sound was already included in the contract and then the family asked for beer we warned them and charged us $350 more supposedly was city permit for bringing beer and then we couldnt enjoy the party because we had to be watching them so much because they were pick up your water bottle even if it was about half way , your beer even if you didnt finish it (wow everything has and order dishes get picked up when guests have already finished eating not before, the arrangements do not pick them up until the party ends, the drinks are not collected if the guests are enjoying the party and their drinks) this is disrespectful, be careful read your contract before signing because these people wait the right moment to take money out of you since it s costly party now you feel obligate to pay more money to turn on stage lights and bring drinks. El día de 9/28/19 tuvimos una boda en este lugar y para mi fue una experiencia muy mala las personas encargadas se muestran como muy amables pero no esperan que la fiesta se termine para recoger los adornos, listones de adornos, de sillas eso es una falta de respeto se ponen a recoger los platos de la mesa antes de que los invitados coman les pides que prendan las luces del stage nos cobraron $200 cuando el sonido de DJ ya estaba incluido en el contrato y después la familia pedían cerveza les avisamos y nos cobraron $350 más que por que el permiso de la ciudad por traer cerveza y después no podíamos disfrutar de la fiesta por que los teníamos que estar vigilando por qué todo levantaban antes de tiempo, tu botella de agua aunque estuviera como a la mitad, tu cerveza aunque no te la terminaras ( wow todo lleva un orden levantas los platos cuando tus invitados ya terminaron de comer o a como van terminando no los levantas antes, los arreglos no los recoges asta que la fiesta se termina, las bebidas no se recogen si los invitados están disfrutando la fiesta y sus bebidas ) que falta de respeto, cuidado lean su contrato antes de firmar por qué después estas personas te sacan dinero y como son fiestas donde cuesta bastante dinero pues te miras obligado a pagar por que prendan las luces y por qué puedas llevar tus botellas de agua y tu cerveza.

My husband and I booked our reception here and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. I searched high and low for an event center and everyone in the Dallas area was so expensive. I found Aurora by looking on Instagram and my day was more than beautiful and the food was Devine!! Definitely recommend them for any of your events

Beautiful venue! We held our Freedom Martial Arts of Plano Black Belt Test here this weekend as well as another test. The staff is very helpful. Sound and lights are super as well.

I had my daughters graduation/birthday party here. The owner is amazing! He is very organized and honest. He was very open to our ideas of decorations. The food was amazing! Everything was as promised! After months of research this was the cleanest and most reasonable priced venue in the metroplex. Would highly recommend this place!

What a wonderful place! The ambience was perfect for our sons graduation party. The AV system was outstanding for a dance party and everyone who came said that they had a terrific time. Sadi was very helpful is helping us plan the event and introduced us to the DJ. The bartenders were excellent, the food was great, and the decor was exactly what we wanted.

I rented this venue for a full year and had an amazing experience while there. Mr. Sadi and his staff made us feel at home as their eatablishment served as our initial place of worship. I highly recommend The Aurora Event Center as an excellent venue and multi purpose facility to meet just about any of your corporate, ministry or social needs!

We had our wedding here this past weekend and it was amazing!!! We had a beautiful set up for the ceremony which was held there at the venue. We had a gorgeous sweetheart table for the bride and groom. Our guest list consisted of 100 guests and we had more than enough space to walk, dance, and mingle freely. The food was a hit. Everyone complimented us on how much they liked the chicken and steak fajitas. Props to the chef mrs. Francis. The bartenders were so friendly and sweet. It honestly felt as if we were all one big family. The sound system provided by the venue was of great quality. The chandeliers add such an elegant touch, the restroom are very well kept. Sadi kept in touch with me throughout the process, anytime I called or texted he answered all of my questions. I put all my trust in him and he delivered. All I had to worry about was finding our cake one our music. I had many guest approach me to ask for information on the venue. Highly recommend! And if I could give more stars I would! Thank you to the Aurora event center for everything!

Sabi of Aurora Event Center coordinated my 30th high school reunion on September 16th. It was an excellent experience. He and his staff were friendly and helpful to make sure that all of the guests enjoyed themselves. The facility was clean and elegant. Sabi is very professional. I will use them for future events and even recommend them to my friends.
