The Weeks Law Firm walked us through the process of setting up a guardianship, special needs trust, and updating our wills. Our special needs son was turning 18 and this was something we needed to do but had 100 s of questions about. We appreciate the kindness and patience every employee at the law firm showed us! I highly recommend the Weeks Law Firm for estate planning services. I recently worked with attorney Tresi Weeks and her staff, to create a living trust and a special needs trust. I was very impressed with their professionalism, care, customer service, and ability to work with my financial advising team throughout the process. The process began with a questionnaire to gather information about my assets and my wishes for my estate. After I completed the questionnaire, I met with Tresi online to go over the documentation and answer any questions I had. She also met with my financial advising team to ensure that my estate plan aligned with my financial goals. Finally, I met with Tresi in person to sign the documents. Throughout the process, the Weeks Law Firm was responsive to my questions and concerns. They explained everything clearly and concisely, and they were always patient and helpful. I felt confident that they were taking care of my needs and that my estate plan was in good hands. I also appreciate that the Weeks Law Firm offers a review of my estate plan every three years. This ensures that my plan is up-to-date and that it reflects my current wishes. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the Weeks Law Firm. I was extremely pleased working with the Weeks Law Firm on my estate planning. Jennifer Finch handled all of the legal details and was great to work with. She initially sat down with me and carefully reviewed my specific situation, desires, etc. and answered numerous questions I had. She then prepared all of the relevant documents and reviewed each of them with me, carefully explaining each of the documents. The final documents were then prepared and were signed. Daniela Nevarez was excellnt in corrdinating with me the various meetings I had with Jennifer (both in person and via Zoom). Overall, I couldnt have been more pleased with the professionalism, level of service, and friendly and welcoming attitude of everyone I came into contact with at the Weeks Law Firm.

My mother needed a Special Needs Trust set up for a family member due to the previous attorney not understanding her needs.
