If your going for the Sunday vet they have here call before hand. We just arrived and they told us the vet called and cancelled this morning. Despite that they had a big sign talking about their vet clinic every Sunday. They only put up a paper after we and another customer asked about it.

The cashier did tell me in which aisle I could find a product, he only told me the aisle number, and when I came back to say that there was no if I could check where I can get it in another location, he told me to go to the customer service. . At the service, but I spent a while waiting and walking between the aisles and I didnt find anyone and there was only one customer between the aisles, and I came back to say that there was no one and I just raised my shoulders and as if to say I cant do anything. I would understand that there were people trained to pay but I felt somewhat discriminated against for not speaking English.

I ve currently been waiting for 30 minutes to get propane. This location is just as bad as the Hutto location. There are no staff members around to help, and all the merchandise outside is dry-rotted and sunbaked. The staff members are so stressed that the lady working at the front took her microphone off and said she s quitting because the store is so terrible. Edit: After they finally filled my propane tank, they closed the gate and put up a sign saying they re out of propane.

Called today and asked if they exchange or Refill propane. Guy said they can Refill but decided NOT to tell me that there was no propane. Drove 20 minutes to get here just to be told that there is none. Extremely disappointed.

My dog and cats love the food I get from tractor supply for them. I m very pleasantly surprised at how good it s been for them! People working here are nice and they take Apple Pay. For those looking to use the veterinary clinic services: they are only there on Sundays from 1 PM to 2:30 PM.

Jacob was very polite and friendly. He offered help with getting 3 chicken feeds on the cart bed and loading them in my truck. He also helped me find the product and offered me a raincheck since the store was out of it. Thank you for going above and beyond. Wishing you ALL the best!

prices are high in comparison to other box stores. tried to continue shopping there but then ran into the chicken police. wouldnt sell us a number approved by the city (they limit how many you can have), so we tried to buy more. Wouldnt sell them to us unless we gave them all our info for some weird sort of chicken registry. Add in the chicken feed problems and were moving on to a local feed store.

Great customer service experience. Dawn was incredibly helpful in assisting me to find the correct product, get me a flat bed to load it up, and get all the bags in my car. She was fantastic and I was very grateful for her assistance. Definitely the only tractor supply I will go to from here on out.

With recent road changes it s nearly impossible to get to this store now. Hwy 29 is blocked from turning across; the Williams Dr exit Northbound is blocked from turns. You either have to wait through two bad intersections or exit an exit early and wait through an intersection. Save your time and go to a different location. I cancelled my prepaid online order and went to Hutto instead.

Stopped there to get deer corn. Parking was convenient, the checkout girl was helpful (she pointed out where to go). The store was clean. And they had plenty of deer corn. It seemed pleasant to hear some conversation between the checkout girl and people checking out, gave it a bit of small town atmosphere.

I think the management at the Georgetown, TX. store has gone brain dead! I used to order my dog food from them on line and they would deliver it to the store for free. Last time I wanted to order it they wanted $20 to deliver it to the store for me to pick up. Guess what folks? The dog food is the same price on Amazon and delivered to my door with no charge for shipping since I am a Prime member. Wake up Tractor Supply. You just lost a good customer!

This store is one of my favorite parts about Georgetown. I walked in and the nicest lady at the register was all smiles and immediately asked me if she could help (likely she saw the distress in between my brows!). I explained my situation and as if my experience couldnt get any better, she patched her store manager, Jennifer, who was sent straight from the heavens! She showed me multiple options, was fast, friendly, efficient and especially personable and kind. If youre not going to this store for your farm and domestic animal needs youre missing out on an ENTIRE EXPERIENCE, not just a box with shelves. I will continue to shop here, you should too!!

Absolute worst TS I have ever been too. Go to the one in Jarrell and you will be way happier. The store is messy, the kid who works there will avoid you if he doesnt know what the answer when you ask where something is, than he will say he is going to ask someone and hide from you for 20+ minutes. When you ask the cashier about am item that shows 4 in stock, she will call for help and you get the same kid who has 0 clue whats going on. I ended up putting a cart full of stuff back and leaving after wasting over 30 minutes in the store and getting nowhere with their employees. Like I said, go to Jarrell. Its cleaner, more organized and a way better staff

Went to return an item that was unused. I did not have the receipt but they found my information in the computer and I had the card I used to purchase the item. When processing the return the manager grabbed a gift card. I asked if I could have the money put back on the card instead of getting a gift card upon which the manager rudely snapped at me saying I dont have the receipt so no. While I think it is ridiculous they can not just put the money back on my debt card, I was more put off with the total lack of caring and rude attitude coming from the manager.

I love all Tractor Supply stores. This one is no exception. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that it is a little difficult to get to. Little did I know that you must go through the HEB parking lot entrance to access the TSC entrance. There is no separate entrance to TSC from the northbound IH35 frontage road. After I passed it up I took a short tour of Georgetown to finally reach my destination. But like all other TSC stores, it has a little bit of everything and the people are genuine and very helpful folks.

Terrible Customer service! Went in for a propane refill and was told by staff to wait in side lot and someone would be right with me. I waited 10 minutes and when no one showed I called and was told it would be a few minutes and no one showed. I went elsewhere, I wont be going to Tractor Supply in Georgetown for anything in the future. A lot of people looking for work, they should hire some new customer oriented staff.

Great place for experienced farmers as well as back yard gardeners. I get most of my lawn seeds here as well as my replacement mower parts. Plenty of nicknacks and such for sprucing up a front porch or driveway. Good tool selection, always gotta get some of the old fashion candies at the register. Good selection of nuts bolts screws washers in a smaller, accessible area than big home improvement stores. Plenty of fencing materials available. Friendly staff, always willing to help, usually available throughout the store.
