Going through a divorce and fighting for custody of my child has been the hardest thing I ve ever had to do. I ve served in the Marines for eight years and played collegiate football, but nothing compares to the difficulty of this process. That said, I cannot thank my attorney, Brian Bagwell, his amazing paralegal, Kristen, and the incredible office manager, Nikki, enough for their support. This legal team was with me every step of the way, making sure that I felt at ease and confident in the decisions being made. Worst attorney. If you want to be ignored, lose everything, be lied to constantly, have to beg for work to be done, then hire this one! He doesnt return emails or phone calls, doesnt do his job. He needs to be sued for malpractice.

The complete lack of communication, provision of inaccurate and misleading information, and horrible customer service rendered by this office has been absolutely infuriating over the course of more than a year. Brian consistently employs smooth talk while deflecting blame onto his staff. Despite the facade of assistance, hes actually detrimentally impacting your case. This firms negligence is glaring, evidenced by frequent missed phone calls and meetings, failure to provide crucial documents to opposing counsel, non-responsiveness to emails, and a general lack of transparency regarding their actions. Their incompetence ultimately undermines your credibility in any legal dispute. If negative stars were an option, theyd certainly deserve them.

By far the best people in the business. From the beginning, Brian and his team made me feel comfortable and laid out various scenarios of how the process would go. Communication was always on point and you can tell they really about their clients. Kristen is always responsive and quick to contact the other parties representation. Brian made sure we were more than prepared for mediation and trial. Even after my case was finished, they followed up to see how things were going and made sure my needs were met. If you want to throw your case away, hire Brian to defend you. Im not saying he is a terrible attorney, but the level of negligence is alarming. Communication is seriously lacking. I was in the dark for the 2 years my divorce case was in court and had to do most of the work myself. Good luck dealing with him though.

Communication is lacking in a big way. I meant to review a month ago, but have been cleaning up the mess. No calls answered or email communication after trying multiple times. I had no idea what was going on before my divorce was finished. I have to agree with some of the previous comments, Kristen makes Brian look incompetent when he isnt. I dont think he is a negligent attorney by any means, but the extremely poor communication is why I had to give 1 star rating.

Totally agree with others who talked about communication that almost non existing! You have to schedule 5 calls to get one if you are lucky. Theyre not even replying to others party attorney which causes a long delay even in simple case. Very disappointed !

This legal team in my opinion, is elite. I can t say enough good about them. Brian has went ABOVE and BEYOND in making sure my kids have their father in their lives. If they re busy Gwen will make sure that my message is relayed and I always get a prompt response. Kristen gives sound advice and is always available for my questions even outside of business hours, she will respond to my call or email. The communication has been great. Although I didnt get the exact result I was hoping for, I got the results that I needed! Brian and his team were more than helpful to me. They never stressed out push the issue of payments, were able to explain all invoices, there was constant communication between emails, phone calls, and text messages. They charge fair hourly rates and are 20%+ less expensive than the other law firms I consulted. I have referred close friends to them, and they have been pleased with their results. I can NOT say enough about this firm!! It took two very long and very stressful years to get my matter complete. Brian continued throughout to work diligently and forcefully so that we were victorious! His staff, Kristen and Gwen, were wonderful! If Kristen can respond to emails and phones calls in a timely manner then it wouldnt make Brian look incompetent. Procrastination when it comes to getting paper work filed and sent over to opposing party. Its very frustrating when youre ready to get your divorce finaled. Kristen is either sick most of the time or whatever excuse Gwen has to use for her. Please respond back to emails etc and add another paralegal to your law firm whose compassionate and enjoys getting things resolved in a timely manner. Other than that Brian is a great attorney. COMMUNICATION is needed and a must.

All talk, no action. I waited 11 months for something to be done on a modification of custody and he didn t do anything and would blame it on anyone but his office. There s no excuses for not communicating, there s no excuses for how my case was ignored. If Brian had a full case load he shouldn t have accepted the case when I was in dire need of doing something that was time sensitive when CPS was involved. He wasted my time. Had I known that he didn t actually care about my situation, I would ve gone elsewhere but he has a way of words to make you feel like your situation is important and that he can help. I wouldn t recommend him to anyone unless you have over a year to wait on anything being done. You ll spend more time speaking to his receptionist than anyone else, very rarely I spoke to Brian after I gave him the deposit. Alas, he puts on a good show. That s about it.

I wish I could leave more. Brian is a great guy to talk to on the phone, but really no action to back it up. I had (4) calls scheduled by Gwen that he never made. In a couple of cases the was not even a call from the firm to inform me of the projected phone call would not be made. Even my wifes attorney had to reach out to her to say he could not get a hold of him. I just plain lost $2500 on this deal. The 15th ST will be informed.

If you need a hands on, caring, and a great attorney, Brian Bagley is your guy. He s been helping my husband and I on a family law case and I couldn t be more thankful for finding him. Out of 20 attorneys I called for help and pricing, Brian by far has the most competitive pricing and the ONLY one who called me back that helped me right away. Within 5 minutes of our first phone conversation he was searching things for me, telling me how to go about a situation properly. He s been a huge blessing to our family.
