My child turned 18 and graduated from high school so it was time to end my child support payments. After several failed attempts to get this taken care of myself over several months I had absolutely nothing to show for it. I reached out to the Armstrong family law group to see if they could help. And help they did! They handled what I could not in a matter of just a few weeks, and now it s like I ve had a raise at work. Not to mention the fact that the cost was significantly less than I had expected it to be. Rebecca came highly recommended; however, I cannot caution you enough to completely remove Rebecca Armstrong as a consideration for legal representation. Her lack of preparation, misleading information, and poor representation (recording wouldnt play, stumbled over questions, didnt ask questions to address evidence provided) in the courtroom for my temporary hearing in Denton County caused traumatizing and devastating results. She was outmaneuvered in every way by opposing counsel, offered incorrect information about judge and previous rulings, and took little to no responsibility afterwards except to bill for her time.

Going through divorce is tough and battling through it with an unreasonable ex is exhausting and draining and Rebeccas firm really does get this and cares. I definitely feel fortunate to have worked with Rebeccas firm. I worked with Tiffany, Kassandra, and Rebecca. Tiffany was very responsive and helped me tremendously in organizing all the discovery requests and throughout. Kassandra was very patient and took time to go through my case and next steps and took me through all the motions, mediation, conducting depositions, and hearings until final trial. Rebecca went to final trial and she definitely showed out. Her preparationwas just simply superior. From opening statement, to the way she poses questions and follow up, to closing - it was impressive. She called the next day after trial with a positive custody and property split. Relief. First off I just want to say that if you are having to deal with any type of family law attorney situation my heart goes out to you. As a single father going through a lengthy custody suit and dealing with the court systems for several years I completely understand all the frustrations involved. I learned firsthand how devastating it can be when you do not have good legal representation (prior to when I hired Rebecca to represent me). I started working with Rebecca while she was at her prior law firm, and followed her over as she decided to branch out and start her own firm. Rebecca has now represented me for well over five years, and through multiple hearings. To say that she has been a blessing for me and my family would be a gross understatement. She has always been extremely professional, and knowledgeable about every aspect of the family law court system (particularly here in North Texas). I hired Rebecca after being referred to her from a friend who used her in her divorce and highly recommended her. I looked at quite a few firms prior to choosing Armstrong for my divorce. When I first called them I was unsure of the questions to ask and what I needed to do. Everyone on staff that I spoke to was very professional and treated my situation with such compassion. My daughter had a messy divorce initially handled by a law firm that had to be replaced. I hired Armstrong Law to take over the case and to renegotiate the divorce terms. Rebecca Armstrong and Hayley Glisson picked up the pieces of the divorce proceedings and successfully negotiated a fair settlement. Rebecca has been so available and helpful over the past 8 years with my sister s divorce and custody arrangements. A close family friend hired Rebecca for his custody case against his now ex girlfriend. I was a witness in this case and rather uncomfortable at the original thought of it. However, Rebecca and her team made me feel very at ease during the process and in the court room. I am a past client. I received the upmost care and service from the Managing Partner and her representatives. I went through a divorce where my ex was just looking to drain me of every penny I owned. Ms. Armstrong and her team realized this were very sensitive to me and the financial demands the case was putting on me.
