Although some of the games were knocked out because of the storm we had a great date night we stayed until closing the staff was super friendly and all the games are free for a flat fee and you get drinks with the vip which is like 20 bucks with tax I literally had to step away from the display cases because I was about to leave broke because I was about to buy collectables they have all the old school arcade games and they have karaoke on Fridays best believe we will be returning they have pool tables, virtual games Nintendo switch etc thanks for a great time

Took my daughters, my grandson and granddaughter. Entry fee of 15.00 gets unlimited play on every game and 2 drinks. They have every kind of game you can think of-pool, Atari, Xbox, Play Station, air hockey, Pac man, pinball and an area to play board games with the games. They have a bar for grown up beverages and a snack bar. We had a great time. Will certainly be going back.

My hubby and I came here for the first time a few days ago and we loved it! The staff members were very nice and helpful, and there were so many games to play. We couldnt pass up the $15 VIP pass deal which included the unlimited games and 2 drinks each (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). We cant wait to return and we have already been telling so many of our friends about this place! Love having awesome indoor entertainment so close to where we live :)

The place is not to bad. They have all the latest consoles. Just have to ask for controllers and what not. Most arcades and pinballs are down... I also dont consider immulator or modded cabs to be that great. If youre in Pasadena maybe check it out. But TBH Houston area has much better arcades that are more affordable.

It was ok kinda of pricey to get in for some of the games, not to work. The guy there when we came in was not very nice. Also, I told him that I had lost my DL, but I had it on my cell phone wallet, and he wouldnt accept it. I always use my DL off my cell phone wallet with no issues. All in all, my boy enjoyed it.

Finally a barcade on our side of town! Darts, pool, retro console games, arcades, tournaments and entertainment for the night. I havent drank the few times I went, but from what Ive seen and heard, the drinks are good! Some games need maintenance and are sometimes not working, but the staff is always on top of it. As a DDR player, I wish the setup was a little bit better (the play mats are a little off) and in a place we could hear the music when they have karaoke on Friday.

The first time I went to this place I had an awesome experience and really felt like I found a hidden gem. They hadnt been open long and I liked how new things were being added. Went back today and unfortunately was disappointed to say the least. First arcade game I tried the down direction had problems on the joystick. Went to play Frogger, joystick also malfunctioning. Funhouse, one of my favorite pinball games, was missing the pinball, the machine next to it, Demolition Man, had a broken DMD display and right flipper that didnt go all the way down, and issues with the right flipper on the machine next to that one. Wanted to try ski ball, but they had the machines disabled, and several others were either unplayable, out of order, or Arcade1up replicas. For a price of $15 per person, I feel a better job could be done with keeping the machines maintained, and at least put an Out of Order sign on the ones not working. Test your equipment regularly and audit them to see what isnt working, etc. Not sure if I would go back, but if I do hopefully they can get these issues ironed out because I love the idea of having a family friendly game room with old school games in the area.

Absolutely love A.K.A. I first visited when they first opened up and they were good. Visited again now that its been awhile and now they are even better! They have tons of arcade games. They have classic video game systems like Atari and Gensis that speak to my childhood. But they also have Xbox and Ps5s. They have pool, air hockey, and darts! Absolutely great, especially for the price. So much fun that Im considering getting the membership. I definitely recommend. I used to go to Cidercade in Houston but A.K.A is way better. More stuff and has a great liquor selection! Keep at it guys!

Great little place to spend a few hours! They have all kinds of retro arcade games, newer age games, pinball, basketball, skee ball, air hockey, pool tables, darts, TV video games, and even board games! They have something for everyone! The price of admission is cheap considering you get unlimited play! The staff and owners are super nice and welcoming. We also grabbed some food there. We ate the cheese burgers, fries, and the Philly cheese steak egg rolls. Hands down, the burgers were great. The reason I only give this place 4 stars is because of the darkness and the number of games that dont work. When I say darkness, it feels like you are walking into a basement from the 80s. It definitely fits the retro theme, but it does make the space feel a little closed in. All in all, we will definitely be returning and enjoying another date night here! Thank you, AKA, for bringing back some of our childhood memories!

My family and I had been looking for a family friendly place to spend time together and we all actually have a good time. It took me awhile to check this place out. But all it took was 1 time and we were HOOKED! Now, we go at least once each week. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and dedicated. They are always adding new things, new drinks, have various specials, events like karaoke, stand up comedians, NYE party, pics with Santa, pool, darts, and various gaming tournaments, vendors, etc. The prices are so affordable and they offer a monthly memberships! Soooooo many games! All of the old and new popular gaming consoles, pinball machines (including one from the original Gilleys), board games, VR Room, and the list goes on and on! This is everything a local arcade should be, cheap entrance fee, all game and activities are free, friendly staff delicious drinks, modern and classic game machines and consoles, pool, darts, comedy stand up shows, boardgames, etc etc!. Most mixed drinks are priced over 10$ witch is a bit much, and a few of their machines are faulty. Despite some flaws I think this is gonna be the new SPOT in Pasadena, I cant wait to go back!

A hidden gem! This arcade has all your late 90s early 2000s games. So much nostalgia while walking in. Went there last night with my son and mom. We had the most fun! The price was definitely right. The service was actually GREAT. Lately its hard to find even decent customer service. The dj was jammin. They had pool,darts,arcades, and every console you can imagine. Even atari. Also the food was very reasonably priced. Im not the most tech savvy person and my son is 6 so I needed assistance finding and downloading on the Xbox and they were quick to come help get us set up so we could maximize our fun time. Ill write the pros first because it wasnt a horrible experience as far as the place itself and just going for a day and paying regular price is okay but I WOULD NOT recommend booking a party for soooo many reasons! Check out cidercade downtown instead, I wish I would have know about them sooner! Pretty decent prices , almost everything is free play with a variety of games including a wall of pinball machines and even old school atari and genesis consoles next to Xbox and Playstations, Even board games! The entrance price is great for the pool tables alone. Alot of the games you have to check out the items (console controllers, pool balls, air hockey, darts etc) by giving them your ID to hold. There are a handful of broken games, wish they had signs on them. Now for the very lengthy cons and my bad experience in detail.... I talked to BOTH owners (husband and wife) over a month in advance of my sons bday party, I was convinced by owner to have it on a sat instead of friday, i was asked about cake details as well as which food options I wanted (a slice of pizza or hotdog and fries). Two in a half weeks before I tried calling and getting in touch with owner to go over and confirm details and send deposit, I could not get ahold of her but was texted and said she was occupied and would call soon....several times. A few days before she called and everything was changed as far as what was offered, no food package, no party package at all despite me willing to pay $200 for the package without the host and only having about half the people min. Allowed for the price. The husband and wife talked and told me they would give me a discount on admission of $10/ person. I was very clear and said several times that I would be paying for everybody, there was !!NOT!! Any mention of the price of only kids or only for birthday kid or NOTHING!! My mother arrived before me and was charged $15 each, I got there and the host Tatiana was initially sweet and helpful , she decorated and set up two tables for us which was sweet and looked good, more than I was expecting. She became hard to find once I told her (three times) I would not be ordering any food. Even when I asked her to bring out the cake and (my) ice cream she disappeared after bringing them out. I wasnt worried about it because I was already having a horrible experience and didnt expect any more from them. Every single one of my guest was not only over charged but the girl at the door was ARGUING with me and one of my guest that he HAD to pay after agreeing that I would pay for everybody all together at end of night. He paid to stop the arguing. So I had to refund my guests not the $10/person it was SUPPOSED to be but $15 each!! I was and still am lividly pissed about that !! I am now completely flat broke barely having made it home bc no gas money or nothing. There were alot of younger staff just sitting around playing games themselves or sitting AT THE BAR! not really doing much of anything, just makes me wonder who was actually a paid employee and who were the friends hanging out and drinking for free? So instead of paying what should have been $90 entrance fees + $25 cake ($115) ended up total cost being $155 plus food ! All of my guests were uncomfortable in one way or another with the staff being rude and intimidating, us having to do everything ourselves including getting the console game area up and running despite asking for help several times. NEITHER OF THE OWNERS EVEN SHOWED FACE to welcome us, say happy birthday, ask if everything was okay NOTHING until end of night when the host and the little gang of kids was trying to force me to pay EVEN MORE MONEY!! Even the man acted like he didnt know about the discount I was supposed to receive, claiming his wife said it was only for me and my son (BULLSHH!!) but didnt even know about me paying the deposit that was part of total cost....so how does that even add up. MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH COMMUNICATION, TRUTHFULLNESS AND OVERALL PLANNING ON THEIR PART !! The cake was really great! Loved it!

I took my kid and went during the day. I purchased $20 passes for the day. They have pool tables, air hockey, electronic dart boards and darts you can use. Tons of arcades, pinball machines and basically every video game console you can think of (including retro consoles). It is a very neat little place and if you compare it to other game/entertainment places, it has WAY better value. You will spend a lot more than $20 to play all these games at other places. I would imagine that going with adults and getting drinks from the bar would be a blast.

I joined my friends here and the second I stepped in and saw the games, it was immediately nostalgic in the best way! Theres pool, ski ball, air hockey, arcade games that take you back and so much more. All you do is pay a low entree fee at the door and you can play anything! The food is really good, especially the wings! The owners are awesome and attentive too!! I have fun every time I come here, its definitely worth it!

Great spot! Awesome drinks! You don t have to be 21 to play at the arcade (lol like duh) some of the games don t work - but it lowkey adds to the aesthetic. We went on barbie/ken night and got goodybags for wearing pink!

This place is a great little hang out with plenty of things to do and is a very friendly/mellow environment. The bartender here is also excellent at making smooth drinks and is very friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for a night out with your friends or just when your looking for something fun to do.

Its ok for the price. All games are included in the $10 per person entrance fee. Pool and darts and well. Some areas definitely seem a bit old and but thats sort of the vibe of the place ig. Plenty of parking. My only complaint is with the bar. First of all theres only 1 lady at the bar. She took super long to make peoples drinks. The worst part is I was standing there waiting for service and she never acknowledged me. In fact she took peoples order who she clearly saw get there after me without hesitation. I tried twice to get a drink. 1 of those times I was waiting and another guy came up next to me and she immediately asked him what he wanted. Not sure what her deal was. You could argue and say it was a bit busy, but there was not many people. She was just slow and sure seemed like she purposely was skipping over me. Pretty much the only thing bringing down the stars on this review.

Its a great fun little place. Its a work in progress. Owner seems really set on improving it over time and adding on. Lots of real arcades, lots of multi-game arcades. Multiple pool tables. Some machines a little buggy/needing some tweaking, but overall a lot of games and console games as well. Food is pretty simple and good. Bar area as well. Its more of a family place to enjoy for a few hours and overall just a nice vibe. Kenny was fun to talk to looking forward to the improvements. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

This place need help fas. Half the games don t work and the one s that do are just old and boring games. The food ( Pizza) is frozen pizza that you buy from the store. The place smells like cigarette smoke. The owner is cool but she needs to do better with advertising and letting folks know what they offer. They have a room that has about 20 tv s in it but I did not find out why they had all them tv s into we walked out and I asked why. And the young lady at the front desk said you can borrower gaming systems from them to play. No where does it say they can loan out a gaming system to play. This would be a ok place if they would just fix the games they have and get some better food and get a better bartender that knows how to make mix drinks.

I was conflicted about putting 3 or 4 stars for this place. Since it just opened and the staff was nice so i went with a 4. My wife and i were there last week to check it out for a birthday venue. Its an awesome concept, but a lot of the games were not working properly or not at all. There was also a lot AC drip in the middle of the game room. The staff was nice and attentive though. I hope yall fix your games and AC issue. Would love to come again once the issues are fixed. I also hope yall will hold tournaments in the future. it looks like a great place to have those.
