Haven t been to this place in a while new ownership took over. The service was great he always checked on us and made sure we were good or needed anything. The food was very tasty with a bit spiciness to it. They have Sunday buffet I learned about so will be trying that out too :) other then that I would recommend it and looking forward to the new things they have planned :)

Avoid this place. The management here is extremely poor & the attitude of the owner is beyond worse. We ordered a few things and he would deliver the other orders first before us. Total chaos Our ordered literally took 1 hour and 30 mins to come and the parathas were not cooked perfectly and meat was under cooked. This guy need to have training with staff to run a place. I have never been more disappointed and appalled by a dining experience than my recent visit to [jimmy grill]. I eagerly arrived, excited to indulge in what we had heard were their renowned dishes. Little did we know, this would turn into a night of sheer frustration and hunger. Upon entering, the atmosphere seemed promising, with a lively ambiance and the aroma of food tantalizing our senses. However, my hopes were soon dashed when we realized that despite being seated promptly, our waiter seemed to vanish into thin air after taking my order for a small chicken tikka roll. One hour. Yes, you read that correctly.I waited a full hour without a single morsel of food appearing on our table. Meanwhile, tables around us were served promptly, leaving us to wonder if we had somehow been forgotten or purposefully neglected. The lack of communication was appalling. No updates, no apologies, not even a reassurance that our orders were on their way. It was as if My hunger and time were of no concern to the staff. As our patience wore thin, i finally decided to approach the hyderabadi guy who was on reception who took my order, hoping for an explanation or perhaps some form of compensation. Instead, I were met with indifference and excuses about kitchen delays and unforeseen circumstances. While I understand that issues can arise in any restaurant, the complete disregard for customer satisfaction was inexcusable. To add insult to injury, when we expressed our frustration and requested to cancel our orders, the manager had the audacity to act as if we were inconveniencing them. No offer to make things right, no gesture of goodwill just a dismissive attitude that left us feeling disrespected and utterly disappointed. In conclusion, if you value your time, your appetite, and your sanity, I strongly urge you to steer clear of [jimmy grill]. The incompetence, lack of customer service, and overall disregard for patrons experience make it abundantly clear that this establishment does not deserve your hard-earned money. There are countless other dining options in the area that will treat you with the respect and courtesy you deserve. Save yourself the frustration and dine elsewhere.

Came earlier in the day a bit after they opened but the food was not good at all. It seemed like they used old and dirty oil to fry all their chicken. The zinger burgers were dry and had a weird after taste, wings were dry and weren t seasoned properly and the burgers were dry and flavorless. Bathroom was also very disgusting. I went there today for iftar. The food buffet was very few and had no taste. They had only one sauce and two different rice one of them was bad. I was awed by how we were received and treated while trying to order our food. We were a big group and as we approached to look at the menu, I let them know it was my first time there. The gentleman who was to take our order had a great big smile and proceeded to gather us all in a group and went over the menu with precision and thoroughness. His demeanor was inviting, courteous and friendly. He made us all feel so welcome and even went over to our table to check on us. I m definitely coming back, no doubt. Jimmy burger used to be such an amazing place to get food. They had excellent customer service and excellent, fresh, flavorful food. Yesterday we ordered food and I wish I had never ordered from here. We ordered a swiss mushroom burger and chapli kabob. Both items were not cooked, very pink on the inside. The only flavor was of raw meat. We unfortunately couldnt eat any of our order and had to discard. Upon calling the restaurant, I was notified that is how they prepare the food and nothing could be done. I wish that they still had their old quality of food. Very disappointed!! Will not be coming here again, even though they are right in the neighborhood.

Id like to give you 1 star or even 0 stars, but I believe it could negatively impact your business, and I want to support desi small businesses in our community. However, the owner really needs to assess the quality of their rolls. Are they even remotely close to what desis expect in a malai boti roll? Have they never tried a true desi malai boti roll? Its crucial to review the menu and strive for improvement in the dishes. The service was also subpar; on a Sunday, there was only one person managing the cash register and serving 12-15 people. Additionally, theres a strange smell in the store, possibly coming from the restroom. Frankly, your restaurant is nowhere near the standard set by Jimmy Grill Plano.

Burger was ok. Bun burger ratio was like 8/4. Too much bun for me, too much bread. The place seems lively and fresh atmosphere. The Indian cuisine seemed interesting and I ll be back to try it. The burgers are good. Portion size is fairly big. They have variety, which is nice and sets them ahead of nearby burger places. The side items need work. They don t taste bad, but the presentation and price point needs improvement. Then again, I assume they have to make up the cost for what they probably spend on the quality of meat they use. The overall look of the place and how they market themselves needs a lot of work, but that will most likely come with time and whatever their financial situation is when it comes to investing money into the place. There wasn t a lot of people working when I went, so I m not sure how the service is during their peak times. I look forward to seeing how they grow their business and I ll be back to try their other burgers and possibly more traditional food. Best of luck!

I recently ordered two kabab rolls, chicken tenders and tandoori chicken. The kebab rolls were still half frozen. I guess they didn t microwave them for long enough. My wife didn t like the tandoori chicken. The cheese burger was really amazing. The staff was friendly but didn t take any action on my complaints. The thing that really made me upset was them asking for a tip of 18% or more. With the lack of service, ambiance or food quality, it seems like Jimmy s is just trying to rip you off.

This restaurant has definitely a desi Swad. A delicacy of great items such as chicken & goat Karahi s. Their chicken tikka masala & Beef Bihari Kabab platers were Amazing. Very disappointing. Restaurant was empty in mid-afternoon but not a single table had been cleared from earlier lunch crowd & the half-eaten meals left an unpleasant view and smell throughout the restaurant. I had decided to give Jimmy s another try after a recent good experience at the Plano location for weekend brunch but the food here was dismal. I ordered a jalapeno cheese burger which I couldn t force myself to finish. Jalapeños had no taste & weren t even grilled/cooked. The beef patty was completely tasteless and I m pretty certain they just use cheap, mass produced frozen patties. I ve had veggie and beyond burger patties which tasted 1000% better. My significant other had chicken pesto panini which tasted better- likely because chicken at least was not processed/frozen- but it was a little greasy. The sweet chili chicken wings were not only cloyingly sweet but the sauce also just tasted bad to the point we didn t eat them. I m not sure if it s a cook issue at this specific location or lack of managerial oversight but this was a dreadful lunch and I will definitely not be visiting again.

Back during the Ramadan -I had come by to buy a MacBook off of somone , but the owners Son saw me and went out to give me a menu and I m not gonna lie the variety astounded me . Fresh ingredients were coming in seemingly every 15 min , and the community of people that came outside to pray was really beautiful to get to know a diffrent culture from mine. When the pizza was served (Ik I need to try out different things next time ) it was just *chefs kiss . Un knowingly I met the owner and the son , had great conversations and from there I understood that they don t just have clients , they really enjoy building a friendship . Months after I came here and I still remember this vividly .

I ordered chicken shawarma platter, chicken shawarma and masala fries. Masala fries were awesome chicken shawarma was soo little for the price and the naan with it was definitely not fresh so hard to chew.. the shawarma roll was indeed full of chicken but the chicken was soo hard to chew it wasn t tender and juicy at all .. Would not recommmend spending approx 40$ on something below average .

Had some family come in town and took them to jimmys in irving. One of the 6 items I ordered was a gyro platter. I got home and the food was spoiled. I called them giving them a chance to fix it and they sure as hell didn t want to. She demanded we go back and bring the food before placing the replacement order. So we did figuring she needed proof. She still refused to give a refund or even a replacement and proceeded to tell us that it s impossible that the food was bad. So we are lying? My husband tells her the food is right there you can smell it or you can taste it and find out for yourself. We brought proof. They also served my guests their burgers without the top buns. We were being very patient but this attitude and refusal to fix the mistake wasn t nice. Finally agrees to refund and tells my husband not to ever come back here again. Definitely do not recommend and will never go back.

The best way to describe this restaurant is mediocre at best. My first time here, it smelled like sewage, and they were trying to figure out how to solve it. I had tried their jungle burger, which they said was popular. It wasnt anything special in terms of the beef, the bread, the sauce, the cheese, or the veggies. I came back to give it another shot today since my kid was craving a cheese pizza. I remember hearing from the cashier that they were well known for it. So, I went for a half chicken Tikka and half cheese pizza. He rang it up as $20, whereas the chicken Tikka was $17 on the menu, and the cheese was $14. I pointed to the menu, and he said the system was right and began whiting out all the menus, haha. Ive never seen a business not honor whats on their own print before. It was seriously laughable. I paid $25 total for something not worth $12 in my opinion, and it took 20 minutes to prepare when the restaurant was pretty much empty. Oh, and the chicken Tikka side didnt taste good and barely had any chicken. Ive had much better pizzas in this style. I can confidently say Im never coming back here again, and I dont recommend it to you either, unless you like mediocrity. When I go out to eat and spend from my limited, hard-earned cash, I want it to be a worthwhile experience.

First time patron, we enjoyed visiting Sultani Grill / Jimmy s Burger. The food tasted extremely delicious. We tried their burgers this time. I was told they also have a full desi breakfast on the weekends. Met Maaz who provided superb service. I fully support this relatively new desi business. One small issue, we noticed a certain smell inside which could be due to the renovations they are going under and could be treated easily. Please give them a try.

From start to finish this was THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!! We were greeted upon arrival & made comfortable. I will admit that I was questioning the price I told my husband it was too expensive. But the GIANT burgers delivered to our table was worth every dime. The burger had flavor & was so juicy, the fries were crispy & my grandson who eats us into the pour house had to tap out. He only ate half of his burger. I recommend everyone to try this place. The menu has a few things that I will be back to try. This hidden Gem deserves a 10/10. Vegetarian options: They have Indian dishes as well. Kid-friendliness: Something for everyone on the menu.

We ate here, but they dont really have table service. You order and pay at the counter, and then they will bring the food. Hamburger was very good, juicy, and flavorful. Curly fries were good, but I would have liked a little more fries. Place smelled really strong of inscense. Its not bad, but I would suggest takeout. Cost about $35 for a double cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, fries, and a can of soda. Kid-friendliness: They have high seats

Couldnt have been a better choice for Eid dinner with the family visiting from out of town. The service and the ambiance were great, and the food, let me tell you, was on point. Never have I ever found a place that serves authentic traditional Pakistani food and yet offers just as good variety and an overall taste in American food such as burgers and fries at a very competitive pricing. Its a must-go place!

Food was not up to the mark, services were pathetic, we were three people and placed three different items, believe me after 25 minutes we got only one dish and my brother he started eating. We both are again waiting for our turn. After another 15 minutes, I went to the counter, and then I saw the cashier was busy with another customer, and my food was there unattended. Ohh let me add here. The manager was there but was busy chatting on the cell phone , I am pretty coveiencd not visit there. Thank you jimmys irving

First off, the food was absolutely delicious. I had the gyro platter and it was just how I wanted it to taste. My wife had the butter chicken and she was licking her fingers dry by the end of the meal! That brings me to the second point - the service. She s never had butter chicken until tonight and tried it after a recommendation from the employee behind the counter - he could not have been more helpful and more accurate in his recommendation. We hope to be back in the area and try this place again - great experience all around!

My daughter and I were waiting to catch a flight out of Dallas, to go back home. We had to spend some time around town, and we grabbed a bite here. It was amazing. The menu has 2 sides, American cuisine and flip to International Cuisine. It was so good, seriously. I am from the west coast, and left fat dumb and happy!!! The homie behind the counter couldn t have been any more helpful, shout out to the whole place. We had wings, burger and fries, garlic naan bread and a chicken tikka pizza, it was bomb! Full recommend.
