I could not of hoped for a better representation than what Jason and his team provided for me over the past 18 months over an incident which should have never been a court problem. I would recommend him and his crew to anyone needing a legal team, very Respectful, very Competent, just outstanding in everyway he handled this old mans problems. For the farmers looking at this, I broke the 3rd rule of farmers about approaching this type of person from any direction and wound up having to be put through the full judicial process with a dismissal at the end. I highly recommend them. They were unbelievable in solving my case in short time. I talked with Whitney Cutlip from their firm and she was empathetic from the very start and put me at ease when everything seemed hopeless. Ive been trying to get back on SSI since they stopped my payments after getting stimulus checks. I had an issue arise from the sale of my home 2 years after the transaction was finalized. I couldnt have found anyone better to represent me than Jason Zendeh Del! Jason has prior experience working for the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and knew the details and caveats of the TREC contracts used for real estate transactions in Texas. Jason worked diligently to come up with a reasonable agreement that both parties could agree to. A few Thursdays ago at around 12:33pm I was transferred to Jason. I had a very nonchalant consultation. He asked me about the situation and I stated what I understood which was much nothing and I was given very short responses. There was moments of dead air on the phone the call just did not feel welcoming. Like I understand that my kid may or may have not did something. I also feel like it should have not went this far, the school should have handled this situation but I could barely get answer from them. I need help and a better understanding and I didn t get that from this law firm. What I did get was your child did something wrong and you have to wait and see what happens call us when you have a case. Now why in the ham biscuits and gravy would I call when you didn t really wanted talk to me to begin with. You didn t even take the time to look over the documents I sent. You would have saw somewhat of why am I confused about this whole situation the dates on the document don t match what happened. Meetings occurred at the school about my kid and my spouse nor I was there WTH And all get from my consultation is wait until you go to court. This was my experience with this law firm. SMH. I gave two stars because Karla was nice.

Currently using this company and they have done a great job so far except for one little communication issue which I was told half their office has been out due to COVID. We recieved an additional letter from USCIS requesting a form to be completed which we werent expecting. Its basically an immigration physical and isnt covered by insurance. It costs $300+ depending on the civil surgeon you choose. I recommend calling around. Overall, I recommend this company.

Poor communication, came in for a simple traffic violation, no one was there until 8:30am. Was told the person who takes care of them wasnt there. They took a copy of my ticket and gave them my phone number and they told me they would call me back. Its been 4 days and no call. Ive tried to call numerous times, but no answer. A few years ago I was dealing with a simple case and had the misfortune of hiring Mr. Jason Zendeh Del. The average duration for such a case is not so long, however my case ended up taking more than a year to be said and done. Jason was very critical and rude during every meeting, seeming more like a prosecutor than a defense attorney. This is the second time I have used Zendel Del Law firm and worked directly with Jason both times for my daughters case. Jason is very professional, proactive and communicates extremely well. My son was subject to a small town arrest on a very obscure law (read: used to generate money for the town). I was very impressed with Zendeh Del Law firm. From the moment I reached out to them, Jason and his team were extremely responsive. They provided timely on my traffic situation. They were able to get the fees reduced provided I met the conditions of deferred. In addition, I had a need for more time on the fine. Jason worked on a case for me with the NTTA and was able to negotiate a settlement to where the fees I had to pay were cut down to less than half. Fast forward a year later the NTTA applied my payment incorrectly and a blocked was placed on my registration. Jason went to bat for me to make sure it was rectified. I had bad experience here. I called to have face to face appointment with their immigration attorney and I was told by the front desk, he does that only on Thursdays and scheduled me for a one week later appointment. On the appointment day, they called and told me that the attorney will take it on phone. I argued that I did specifically wanted F2F and I have also paid their upfront $100 consultation fees. They said they cant do anything and have to schedule it again a week later appointment. I was very frustrated and did not take their service. Whats bad was their attitude despite the mistake is on their part.

We used this firm for our immigration needs. Our Attorney was Russ Di Capo and his services were nothing short of spectacular. He advised us from the moment we got engaged through our green card. I wish I could say my husband and I had a wonderful experience as others have had with this law firm. I chose Zendeh Del Law Firm based on the great reviews and because they were in my company s benefit service plan. My husband and I consulted Zendeh Del Law Firm for assistance in filing for an adjustment in immigration status for my husband. I cannot begin to express how unhappy we are with Russ DiCapo. His lack of attention to detail, inaccuracy of information he gave us in our case, and blatant disregard of emails and voicemails is completely unacceptable. To begin with, a few minutes before we were to arrive for our initial consultation last October, the receptionist called to inform us that Russ computer had crashed and he had lost all of our paperwork/forms and had no back up. That should have been a clue but we continued. He told us that the entire process from beginning to end, at the time we filed, would take about six months, despite the fact that their website stated a year. When our case was ready to be scheduled for an interview back in December, I told him the website showed their processing time to be a year from the date we filed; he told me to disregard since the USCIS likes to put that up there so people don t call every day to check their status . It did take a year from the date we filed. Back in the spring, my husband needed his Austrian passport updated with his fingerprints last spring so I mentioned to Russ that from what I read and understood on the Austrian consulate website, he would need to fly to the Austrian consulate in DC to be fingerprinted. He disagreed and told us he shouldnt need to since my husband s fingerprints had been run through the FBI database; he would confirm and get back with me. During the two weeks waiting for any response from Russ, I contacted the Austrian consulate myself to confirm what I had read on their website. He was required to fly to DC to be fingerprinted and as I suspected, the fact that he had been fingerprinted in the FBI system had nothing to do with Austrian regulations for passport. When I finally heard from Russ, he told me he was still waiting for confirmation from the consulate and to hold off. I had no issues contacting them at all and obtaining confirmation so I let him know that I had already taken care of it and booked his flight. Thankfully we chose to have all communication from USCIS sent to our address as well as to the law firm. Our second notice from USCIS was returned from the law firm. As I was concerned that the message telling us to update our address might delay further communication from USCIS, I called Russ back in June to inquire about our interview status. Russ told me that he had planned to go to the immigration office the following day to check the status of a few cases, including ours, and asked that I schedule a time later that week to call him back for the update. We agreed upon Friday morning that same week at a particular time. I called and left a voice mail on his cell as he requested and to this day he never returned my call or sent an email even acknowledging my question. I called a few weeks later and told the receptionist that he had specifically asked me to call him on his cell phone this time and that I had (and left a voicemail) but no call had been returned. She replied with yeah, he isn t the best at returning phone calls . I understand that we were not his only clients but blatantly disregarding voicemails and emails on a routine basis is completely unacceptable as clients. Emails were lost and several voicemails were not returned. We finally gave up on him. We couldn t trust any of the information that he gave us was correct and he wouldn t acknowledge any of our questions, anyway. Poor excuse for a legal professional and I use the term professional loosely as he certainly lacked professionalism in our case.

I had a great experience with Zendeh Del Law PLLC. I received two driving violations in Collin County, and had a past stop sign violation in Hunt County that needed clearing up as well. I sat down with Jason at our first appointment and he explained thoroughly everything that I needed to do in order get all of this cleared up.
