The 1st attorney I had for my case ended up being extremely incompetent. He had it for over 2 years before he ended hanging up his license. Hunt was referred to me by a friend. Did some due diligence and decided to cross my fingers and hope for the best. After having my case for about 4 1/2 months I got my settlement and I am VERY happy with it, as well as the whole firm. This is the best experience I have had with an attorney. Hunt and his staff were efficient in contacting me, and would give me updates on where we stand. I felt like they were going to go out and do what they can in the case. It was easy to go along with using their firm. They re more about the clients than worrying about getting their share. Before I came to the Bonneau Lawfirm I already had a lawyers firm representing me. Needless to say I just had to many problems out the gate with them and did not feel 100 percent in good hands. A friend of my mother s recommended Hunt to me and I am glad I made the switch. I got every single dollar there was to get on the payout. It was my choice to settle but he was ready to go after the defendant for me all he needed was the green light. Love these people. Tracy really really put in the work for me especially in these past couple months. Because of her Christmas came early! This was my first experience with any law firm to seek help with a valid insurance claim. Im now a client for life. Not only was my initial claim resolved, but the team, in particular Tracy, found further valid claims with a policy I had purchased to to get additional help for future medical issues related to the accident. I came to Hunt at The Bonneau Law Firm after a drunk driver hit me at a stop light and I was suffering injuries and was in a lot of pain. The other partys insurance company was trying to settle for an extremely low amount and dismiss my case off as a mild one. But thank God for Hunt, he educated me on how serious of a case this is, how I deserved to get treated for my back pains, and how I deserved much more than what they were willing to settle with me. He set me up with Chiropractor appointments, physical therapy, and pain treatments, and went to battle for me with the other partys insurance and made sure I got the settlement I deserved. I found all of the employees at the Bonneau lawfirm to be completely professional, on time and the very helpful every step of the way. I spoke with Liali Abushanab, a legal assistant for the firm, for 8 months concerning a car wreck that I was involved in. She contacted me regularly throughout the months to check on my health and on my rehabilitation. In 2015 I was in a pretty bad accident. Hunt helped me so much to make up for lost wages, a new car, and paying the medical bills. Dealing with the aftermath of an accident is not only physically painful, it s also mentally draining and a huge inconvenience. My daughter and I were referred to the Bonneau Law Firm. Due to the location of the accident and the number of people involved, we had to travel to San Antonio for a mediation. December 7, 2015, my motorcycle was struck by a hit and run driver and my insurance company refused to pay any uninsured motorist medical expenses because they said there was no proof that the person hit me, I was directed to Hunt Bonneau by a mutual friend. I met with Hunt and was convinced of his character and principles and authorized him to pursue whatever legal action was warranted. It was his investigation that turned up a witness who told of two other witnesses who had seen the accident and saw the person hit me; an account which escaped the notice of the investigating police officer. Hunt knew that the insurance company had also talked to this witness and was still refusing to pay any expenses. Hunt filed a law suit and within a couple of hours received a phone call from the insurance company offering to settle. Additionally, Hunt and his wonderful assistant Susan Provost were able to negotiate with other involved parties a settlement amount much more reasonable than their inflated claims against us, so that we are now debt free. We actually receive a small amount of cash to repay ourselves almost all of our out of pocket expense. Of course, Mr. Bonneau was not one of those out of pocket expenses, as he was paid only if he got results and he did. As I look at it, the insurance company ended up paying him with no risk of further encumberment to my wife and I.

I came across Hunts name through the Coppell Facebook page. My son and I were T-boned by a distracted driver in May 2014 on Sandy Lake & Freeport Pkwy. I was given the run-around by State Farm (the other drivers insurance) for close to two years. I finally gave up trying to negotiate with them directly and engaged Hunt to work with State Farm on my behalf. He was able to negotiate a reasonable settlement for me. His staff was very responsive to my inquiries and were very prudent with expenses too. Hunt was always available via text and phone for providing advice. I highly recommend Hunt for his professionalism and customer focus. My only regret is not engaging him and his staff earlier in the process (when the accident happened) as opposed to when my statute of limitation was expiring.
