Erlinda Perez went to bat for me. After the settlement was already signed, one of the medical providers told Linda that their services were actually $3000 more than what they originally quoted, which was going to have to come out of my final disbursement. in 2018 i was in an accident on my motorized bike with an at fault driver who cut in front of me to make a turn. i was injured with a leg fracture and wrist injury. this lawyer contacted me out of the blue and offered to take my case. i accept and was seen by their dr racking up $2000 in mri medical bills. after 11 months of waiting i am given a big rude middle finger and told they cant help me any further. i am left with an unpaid bill due to this fake! i got absolutely NOTHING ! STEER CLEAR!

When I recently had my accident I didnt know what to do, I was very afraid, I was very afraid and I didnt know what to do, I received the hospital bills and it was a lot of money and where I had my accident they only wanted to give me 1000 dollars and I couldnt do anything with that, the lawyers recommended me. Helping people commit FRAUD with unlawful claims. A guy that brake checked me at a green light was sent to the hospital for severe pains. this accident was at 15mph after they hit the brakes after accelerating on a green light. They then claimed a bunch of pains to my insurance. Also, i see the driver and passenger in the area at local stores, and theyre walking like they won the lottery. Suing people for the fun of it is unethical. i give God the vengeance.

Update:: I decided to update and change my review rating because of how professional and amazing Kristi has been these last few weeks. She took over my case after having bad experiences with Eduardo (last person working on my case) and has reassured me that this firm takes their clients serious. She apologized for any prior bad experiences I ve had and told me she is going to make it right because this firm cares about their clients. Since then she has been responsive, updates me if there is a change or even if there isn t one and follows through with everything she says. It s be such a great experience having Kristi working on my case. It s given me that confirmation that her and the Cesar Ornelas team have my back, that I m not at the bottom of the stack and where they are working hard to achieve the best results for my case. Thank y all so much! Previous review: Got in an accident in 2018 went with this law firm and to this day nothing. They told me the insurance company went bankrupt about 2 years after my accident. They keep saying they are working on my case but at this point I feel they just put me at the bottom of the stack. They have switched my case to one person, then another and another. It s been a nightmare dealing with this firm. What makes me more mad is all the therapy I had to do, MRI s/X-Rays etc they asked me to get done for this. They have also made me feel like me and my case are not worth their time. Don t make the mistake of choosing this firm just GO AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I was referred to this firm by a friend of mine. They quickly made the arrangements for my physical therapy and treatments which was much appreciated. For a while I felt I was left in the dark because I wasn t receiving any updates, or being informed about much at all unless I called to get the updates myself. Cesar Ornelas Law kept an innocent man out of prison and is a true advocate for the people. The lawyer I had before was just taking my money and never made any effort to get the criminal case dropped. I originally hired this firm to handle my civil law suit. Once I saw how they were handling my civil lawsuit, I knew that I needed them to handle my criminal case so I fired my other lawyer. Angela came in like a bulldog and got more accomplished in less amount of time by pushing for this case to get dismissed based on all the evidence pointing to My innocences. Everyone else just wanted to leave it alone until things just panned out on their own and the public forgot about it. I spent 3 years as a suspect for a crime I didn t commit, spent over 100 days in jail, and wore an ankle monitor for over 2 years, awaiting an inditement that never came due to a lack of evidence. Angela identified deficiencies in the investigation and brought evidence (or lack there of) to light that significantly helped my case. Being that she was a female prosecuting attorney for those who committed sexual crimes, it was a really big deal to have her in my corner. This law firm is about the clients they represent, not about their own personal gain in their careers or about waves they make in the process. They are all working to see real justice! They not only worked to clear my charges but they are also working to clear my name publicly, going above and beyond to help me get my life back.
