If you re here reading these reviews you come to the right place for an excellent lawyer to defend you. Her reputation definitely proceeds her truly. For the longest time I had a dark cloud hovering over my head and Katheryn was able to get my case dismissed and finally given me peace. Katheryn is such a hero!! Smart, friendly, approachable, and perceptive. Reassuring (but also realistic) whenever we had questions and concerns. Ms. Haywood was by far the most experienced, aggressive and capable lawyer around. Trust me, we spent weeks interviewing many lawyers. We chose her because frankly she came off as no nonsense and eager to get justice. Her demeanor put my family at ease. That meant a lot to us because we needed a lawyer who was not going to promise us one thing and deliver another. She was honest and up front from the beginning. We needed someone who could call a situation what it was, had contacts all over Collin and Dallas county, and decades of dealing with these type of cases and difficult people under her belt. She had all of that and came with a true passion for our case. We could not have asked for a better attorney in the darkest hour of need. If you need an attorney, look no further.

This lady is top notch and went above and beyond for me! She was court appointed but defended me as if I paid a large retainer fee! She was on top of everything and was able to get the best possible outcome and did it quickly! I was robbed at gunpoint 2 weeks before my court date and lost everything! I barely made it to court and had no idea how I was going to make it back to where I live in Dallas from McKinney. Ms Haywood was kind enough to buy me breakfast and offer an Uber home for me! This lady is worth more than her weight in gold and has compassion for her clients like I have never before experienced or heard of! If you have her defending you, you will be impressed! Thank you again for everything Ma Haywood!

I have known Katheryn for about 20 years. Katheryn is one of the most tenacious and diligent lawyers that I have practiced with. She really listens to her Clients and then uses her keen knowledge of the law to provide exceptional representation to everyone who she represents. She doesnt discriminate against people needing representation, whatever their circumstances may be. Whatever she may charge, shes worth the investment.

Katherine is absolutely the best defense attorney I have had the pleasure of knowing in my 60 years on this earth.
