I work on the road a lot and was looking for something fresh and healthy. Lucky for me I stumbled upon cava. Went inside, found exactly what I was looking for. Tried Cava in Chicago and loved it. So came back home and went to this location. It was nowhere close to what I experienced before. All the ingredients were not fresh. Black lentil were uncooked and were hard as stone. Falafel were uncooked. The dining area was very dirty and had trash all over on the floor. Staff was slow and appeared not interested in working.

Earlier this week my boyfriend and I went to Cava for the first time and it was a great experience. We got a bowl with both chicken, some steak, brown rice, lettuce, spinach, corn, mixed vegetables, spicy sauce, pita chips and strawberry citrus. The food was very fresh, meat tender and the guys who helped provided amazing service. The slim African American guy was very hospitable, and gave great recommendations. We will definitely come back.

Our kids picked our lunch place today and without hesitation, they asked for Cava!! We love that they get such a healthy meal that they feel is a treat!! Yay! Win win! Our 3 year old kept telling us how much she loved Cava the whole time she was eating her bowl. They love hummus, chicken, pickles, corn, & avocados. Unfortunately this review is a reflection of my disappointment they replaced Zoes with CAVA. There is no comparison to the food quality between the two. That being said, the service was very good; however, the food quality (somewhat compared to Zoes) was terrible. I ordered Chicken/Avocado Pita. There was not one normal sized piece of actual chicken I could eat. Every normal sized piece was mostly fat/connective tissue. I ate the corn, pita, and hummus, and missed Zoes even more.

Look the food has always been good but the last couple times I ve been very disappointed with the service that I ve gotten. I placed at order at 6:40pm to be ready at 7:00. I arrived and didn t receive my food until 7:08 and I was ignored by both employees twice. They just walked right past the drive through window and didn t check it, my order was ready and they couldn t take the 3 seconds it would ve taken to hand me my order. Second, If I m paying $14 for a bowl of food I expect it to be filled completely, not half full. I love the food but if these things aren t improved by the next visit I won t come again. I was introducing my family to this restaurant tonight because I ve enjoyed it in the past and they were disappointed as well. Ive been eating at Cava 3 times a week for the past 3 years, so it is time for a review. This place is clean and has an easy parking spot. The food quality is very consistent. It is hard to find a place that balances flavor, healthy choices and an affordable price. I think CAVA checks all the boxes. I do go to other salad options, but I cannot keep eating the same dishes. CAVA is different; I enjoy the flavor, seasoning, and dressing options. The portions are very generous. You might have seen the pushback from the portion size on another chain. This is not the case with CAVA. Sometimes my bow can barely close the lid. Since I go so often, I know the staff. As in most food businesses, staffing is a difficult part of the restaurant business, but CAVA does a good job of maintaining the quality of the staff despite the turnover. Last is the reward program, which gives you points towards future purchases. It is like around a 10% discount if you accumulate 880 points 10 points for every $1 and with 880 points, you get an $8 discount for your next purchase. Vegetarian options: The animal protein is separate and you have the option to choose vegetals and make your entire bow vegetals only. Tzaziki is yogurt based dish but you can choose the dips and opt for nondairy like hummus or eggplant. Parking: This is in a shopping strip. Parking is right in front

First time trying this place out today and didn t really have any expectations except that everyone at work has been talking about it. Wow! We will definitely be back. It s basically a Mediterranean version of Chipotle is how it feels. Very delicious food! I recommend the lamb meatballs, the red pepper hummus, and the feta dip the most. My husband and I also liked the fried pita chips - delicious. The employees were very helpful and friendly - especially Joey who went out of his way to give us recommendations, let us try samples, and took his time to look into a corn allergy that I had to make sure the oil they use doesn t have corn in it. The restaurant was very clean - tabletops and floors. We will definitely be back! Dietary restrictions: No corn oil used in their fryers. No HFCS in the juices.

We just left, our first time there, food was fantastic, but the restaurant was filthy, not a clean table anywhere, and we werent the only ones put off. I thought I grabbed the only clean table, but it was super sticky. If we dine there again, it will definitely be togo.

I ve been a long time customer of this location, and it s had its ups and downs. But lately it s definitely been on the up and up. I ve met the new manager Joseph and he seems to really have a hang on what the store needs to provide the level of service and quality of food consistently that is expected of Cava. Their inventory and their atmosphere seems to be moving in a direction that should sustain lots of happy regular customers! Vegetarian options: Most of their dishes can be either adjusted to be vegetarian or vegan, and since it s a build your own style, you can specify which ingredients you would like to use. Lots of fresh veggies, and vegan and vegetarian sauces.

The phone line to the location doesnt even ring when you ask to speak to someone, just goes straight to a voicemail that is full. (trying to call and order in for pick up) since youre forced to make an account to order online, and was placing one for a work order, and needed to pay at pick up. Then tried to email the support thats in a couple other comments, and its not even a valid email address. Havent event gotten food yet and super disappointed.

My coworker and I ordered online and he accidentally ordered at this CAVA that was 20 minutes away, our bad right. So we figured we could call and cancel the order. Nope, the phone goes straight to voicemail and you can t leave a message. Ok fine, I drive to go get it. I ordered a greens and grains bowl with braised lamb which is an extra $3.25. I pick up the food, drive back to work and find they gave me falafel instead of lamb so I paid extra for nothing and can t take another 20 minutes to go back and can t call anyone because they don t answer so now here we are.

I generally love Cava but wont be back at this location. Gave them a second chance and still as disappointed as the first visit... The service was extremely slow and everyone behind the counter was not enthusiastic about being there. There was a line but zero sense of urgency or cohesiveness of a team. They were running out of items and didnt even have some of them at all. We had to repeat what we wanted and still left without some of the items we asked for. This location is in desperate need of a better trained team, otherwise theyll be out of business soon.

Not a very adventurous diner here. I like what I like. Especially at todays higher price points. But when my wife suggested we try something new, I caved. Gotta say--this food is AMAZING. WAY better (higher quality and bigger servings) than Chipotle and lots of healthy options. And the best part? Very affordable. Easily 20-30% lower than comparable chains. Ill be eating here once a week.

Went in to an empty restaurant and stood in line for 5 minutes (with no one in front of me) before anyone acknowledged me, even though there were multiple staff standing around. Finally, a girl with a star sticker on her nose helped me lazily. I ordered a steak and feta pita and was told they needed to cook the steak. The person I was with finished their meal after about 20 minutes, when I was approached asking if I wanted everything on my pita. I declined the order and will not be returning. The tables were filthy, the floor had food all over it, and the kids working there were more concerned about their phones and talking to eachother than they were helping the individuals that were standing in line that went around the corner. The person with me paid $19 for a bowl and a small drink and stated that the food was subpar. I guess the poor service saved me money.
