We eat here often for lunch on weekdays as our office is a walkable distance from this location. Aside from the handful of minor and totally understandable errors sometimes when they re busy or someone s new (and I gotta emphasize, only a *handful* over the course of near weekly visits for about two years), we ve never had a problem here! Food s always good, servers are always kind, and they re very accommodating if we re in a rush and let them know. We each have our favorite thing we keep going back to, but the menu is also worth branching out for. It would take A LOT to keep us from coming back you ve got three loyal regulars in my small team, Pluckers!

Dont come here OR order on game day. The app is awesome. I place an order and it says pickup at 7:09pm (20 mins after my order time). I show up and all they say is yeah, few more minutes. Cool no big deal. Go back in 7:19pm. Still waiting for orders. Cool. Now Ive waited 30 minutes for food and 10 mins past your promise time. 1. Give an accurate pickup time to manage expectations, 2. At least pretend to be apologetic about it and 3. If I was sitting at a table, 30 mins for wings is ridiculous. Update. Got my food at 7:35pm with them saying oh I was wondering where you were. REALLY? Got home to great wings, soggy cold friends and soupy pickle sticks that didnt even have breading. Update: I already sent an email to the address they spam you with. They never responded. I recently celebrated my birthday at Pluckers in Plano, and it was an outstanding experience! The highlight of the evening was definitely our server, Elijah. He went above and beyond with his exceptional service, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the night. His friendly demeanor and attentive nature added a special touch to our celebration. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a birthday gathering. Went in after a game and was very dissappointed. Service was not bad but she was stressed with too many tables resulting in her forgetting several requests. Food was horrible. Wings were room temp. The waffle fries were cold and rubbery. One basket of fries was nothing but crumbs. Definitely not what I m used to from pluckers. Wasn t even very busy. It was our first visit to this place. Got the table ready before we arrived. Staff was polite and environment was little noisy as we were there at the peak hour. After we ordered the food, about 20min later, waitress informed that one of our kids meal was ran out of stock and we had to order another item. Food delivered little late about 30min after order and it was not hot. Disappointed with the turn around time and food would have tasted better when served hot. (07/26): It was our come back visit to this place after a month and we arrived on an anniversary week. I see a visible change in terms of quality, taste and service offered. USED to be a quick place for lunch. Today there was guy in a button up shirt but not a pluckers shirt working behind the bar. Took forever to place a drink order then had to wait for him to come back to take my lunch order. If you have a set amount of time for lunch, I would avoid this place. This guy looks way out of his element. Hope he isn t a manager, he didn t even know how to use the phone app system for points and payment. Was busy talking to women at the bar and not helping people.

Unfortunately this review comes after a few visits and a few too many opportunities. The service was dismal from the hosts, the mistakes made on the wait time were outrageous. Our server today was friendly and the most competent we ve had. However, a warning about the beer would ve been appreciated before waiting about 20 minutes to just be told we can t order a pint. The food also left much to be desired. The honey barbecue burger was flavorless. The Cajun wings also lacked flavor. The beer was the best thing we ve ordered; we enjoyed the local blood & honey revolver as well as a Dos Equis.

My buddy and I visited the local Pluckers and had some wings and a beer. The wings were decent but the fries were cold. However, when I went to pay I presented a coupon that I got at the Rangers game for 5 free wings but was told I had to present this before ordering. At that point I realized that Pluckers has a scam going. They give you a coupon that really do not want to honor just to get you in the door. Pluckers is always a hit for sports. We went with a friend who s a big basketball fan to watch March Madness. He always has the $5 wing coupons from Mavs games for Pluckers - smart partnership! I got the boneless basket, I wish they just had 5 boneless instead of a whole basket like the bone-in wings. I got the spicy ranch flavor - I love dry rubs. I got the sweet potato fries and my friend got regular and they accidentally put the spicy ranch seasoning on it which I didn t know you could do. Too salty!!! Weve eaten here many times, always good but today it was so salty and truly uncomfortable eating the dry lemon pepper rub. Not good! A change is worth letting people know youre moving to a healthier version with a lower sodium recipe, they can add more if they choose. Too much salt is the reason people get too much sodium in the diet which can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. It can also cause calcium losses, weakening your bones. Too much salt is bad PLEASE consider making this change across your Franchises. Advertise healthier ingredients,.... Be the Leader in healthier ingredients for all restaurants. At the very least, less salt. Thank you for your consideration.

Pluckers has always been my go-to place when it comes to American hot wings. I highly recommend the Fire in the hole. It will rock your world! The reason why I am giving this place a three star rating is that the price of these has gone up and is RIDICULOUSLY expensive. For two people ordering 10 to 15 wings each, you will be spending close to 60 dollars with beverage. Close to what you would pay if you went to a steak restaurant. I love pluckers dont get me wrong. Its got a great ambience and the service is always good. But to pay 50-60 dollars is way out of most peoples budget (at least when it comes to bar food).

I ve been a Pluckers club member since 2014 and I love coming to eat here as often as I possibly can. I will say, the service has fallen off a little since I first started coming here, but I can tell management is trying to keep the place staffed with the adequate amount of servers, and are training them properly. Overall, I wouldn t say that takes away from the experience. Another critique I have is the temperature of the food. On occasion, by the time the wings get to the table they aren t as hot as you would expect. Besides that, what more can I say than great wings and ice cold beer! They have an abundance of TVs and are very willing to change the channel to whatever game you re trying to watch. It s a very family friendly environment. I have it nearly every week from Dallas to Houston and the San Antonio area, these last few times at this locations the service has been a little rough, from being seated in sections where the waiter was in meetings to being helped by servers that appeared to be in training and missing wings or mixed up drinks, both during busy hours and not busy hours, just a little better management and QC would really make the place stand out! It was my first time going to a Pluckers and honestly? Not impressed. I dont want to hold anything against the server but multiple things were wrong on my order. Wrong sauce on my wings (Buffalo was good though once I got jt), cold fries (stale as well, low key tasted like bagged frozen fries which they probably are. I was anticipating a tasty spiked lemonade based on the menu (Says vodka and lemonade) but I got a pink tea tasting drink. No lemon taste at all, I assumed I was given the wrong drink. Asked for a remake and....it was the same. I looked online and apparently theres raspberry liquor? I thought I was goin crazy, double checked the menu and everything. No mention of raspberry. So in essence, wrong drink, mid wings, cold fries, and a stressed waiter trying to keep up with it all. Id rather go to Wingstop.

I used to love this location, it definitely has gone a bit down hill from the condition of their booths and tables to the food quality. With the increase in price youd think theyd be able to provide their customers with seats that arent broken and bowed in. The tables also feel sticky not sure whats going on internally but they are in desperate need of a revamp.

Horrible experience. I ordered the boneless basket and the 10 pc bone in wings and they got everything wrong. Ordered the boneless ones with no sauce plain with staving on side and the bone in ones hot and when I got home we noticed the boneless ones where all hot so my son couldnt eat them so had to throw them away and then noticed my wings where still pink and raw and had feathers so that was very very very disappointed I could have gotten real sick so had to throw those as well. Someone by the the name of Gretchen Leonard who said she s the AGM contacted me however she was useless and didn t solve anything. I told her I paid cash and she said she can t find the ticket so she didn t resolve anything. I emailed the email that was provided and no response.

TK was an excellent server when I came in today. He did everything he could to make sure that my party had everything we needed or wanted in a timely manner checked up on us constantly for refills and was very very hospitable. It is my belief that this man fully exemplifies the servers professional attitude I will definitely be coming back and requesting him to be my server. At first he is a little imposing tall slightly heavy set male with tattoos but he was extremely warm and friendly.

I wanted to give a detailed review about the five-star experience I had today at this location. My husband and I bought a 20 wing dinner from this location, and when he arrived home, there were only 10 wings in the box. I reached out to pluckers and advised them that only 10 wings in the box and they transferred me to the manager Gretchen. She was extremely nice and gracious, and offered to make the food again for my husband to pick up fresh and also refund us for our dinner tonight. She didn t have to give us a refund as we were just happy to pick up the missing food. Service is such a big deal these days and I will always go to this location because of my experience with Gretchen today.

Great location. Usually has fair wait times. A heads up about the online waitlist system. It s useless. The online waitlist gives you an arrival time, but once you check in, you re added to the restaurant s actual waitlist. Our party of 4 showed up this cold damp evening only to be told the waitlist was 45 minutes. Currently freezing on the patio with the rest of my group :( wish we had known.

This place is a half mile from my house. I used to like it and frequently ate in the dinning room as well as getting takeout. The last 4 or 5 times the service has been super slow! Tonight it took 45 minutes for them to fulfill my order of 10 wings and some fried pickles and an nuggets appetizer. The wings where good, the blue cheese was missing from the nuggets and the fried pickles where slimy greasy mess. It time to permanently remove this place from my go to local places and go with an alternative for my wings.

I had 10 flappers and two Coors lights and it was delicious when I got done I thought I was still hungry till I got in my truck and then I realized I had plenty just took a little bit of time for that food to hit my brain however, I was going to complain that the wings were super warm but that s OK.
