I just got done picking up a 125$ catering order to go from this restaurant for my daughters 12th birthday and when we got home we realized we were missing our dozen breadsticks, which really sucks if you have ever eaten at olive garden but mistakes happen. Upon calling the restaurant for a refund for the missing sticks I got put on hold 3 times for over 15 minutes being told repeatedly they were in there.... which they were not. After arguing that the breadsticks were in the bag for another 3 minutes the manager snapped at me with attitude asking for the last 4 of my card number. At this point I told him forget it, way to go man you took a simple mistake with simple solution and turned it into a negative experience. I now have to explain to my 5 kids why we will no longer be visiting your establishment. It was their favorite restaurant. To the manager you know who you are... over what 10$? I really hope you learn from this experience. Judging by the other reviews I saw from others, mine wasnt the only dinner experience you ruined tonight.

My husband and I went to eat for date night and we were seated and 8 mins later we got up and walked out. No one greeted us once seated. The waitresses served every other table in our section but us. We felt singled out. We wont be back. Its crazy they must be doing great to let paying customers just walk out. Thank u Ms. Bianca, hostess, you were very kind.

Our server Elliot was amazing!! We were having a get together for my mother s birthday and we are a handful. She did not miss a beat. She made sure we had everything we needed. Food/drinks were on point everything was delicious! She was attentive. Her smile was great just all around an awesome server. Andrew one of the managers came by to check on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a very enjoyable afternoon at the Killeen Olive Garden. Best location ever.

Posted pictures from appetizers, drinks, meal, to dessert. Only thing that would make this a 5 star is if it was from scratch. The food comes like the pictures, is hot, textures are right, tastes like you would expect, and always consistent. Servers are polite. You get checked on multiple times. Theres a way to also order at the table. If you dont like your food drowned in sauce you should order the sauce on the side. Bathrooms are clean. Plenty of parking. Parking for curbside pick up. Small separate area to eat at the bar with a few booth options if you dont want to eat in the main dining areas. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. Families and dates dining here so no one bats an eye at noise level.

The service was good and the waitress was sweet. But the food was really bad. Mine was both mushy and burnt and my husbands was greasy, mushy, and had way too cheesy. Really disappointing especially after the long wait. Best food we got was probably the mozerella cheese appetizers. Very unlikely to go back.

Food was delicious. Service was good. We had a big party of like 25 people. We were seated in an area far in the back and baby!!! Tell me why it was sooooo hot in there???? I am fanning myself with the menu. My friend is sweating. Literally his forehead had perspiration. Everyone around me is saying they re hot. When we were leaving and entered the main area of the restaurant, it was cool! It s summer time. The vents or something to be fixed in that area of seating. Other than that, it was a good time.

Meh as usual, every now and again its good. Its beyond me why an Alfredo dish leaves the kitchen with broken sauce, but here we are. Then it comes out cold. Instead of remaking your order they just pop it in the microwave. Good thing its hard to screw up salad and breadsticks.

I dont know what happened but Im taking the extra time to make drinks and food myself, thank you for teaching me self reliance, because not even chef boyardi would approve of that food, everything from the craft drinks down to appetizers and food was absolutely disgusting, was there for almost 2 hours until all the food was at the table, and it was absolutely awful. The customer service was great, our server was sweet and understood our situation and that we werent trying to be a hastle but I ended up throwing up everything I tried to eat as soon as I got home. This place is awful and disgusting, but the service is the only thing that saved the experience.

Our server was stressed out. She was very professional, but took too long to get our food & was forgetting our order. The manager was inexperienced & insisted on redoing our order, instead of giving a discount or voucher for future meal. When spend over a 125 for a meal excuses are not included in the price. Not a happy customer w/ olive garden. The service & food has continued to decline over the years.

Enjoyed lunch with the family here. Atmosphere could be a little better, food was on my daughters chicken was not cooked all the way and had to send it back to the kitchen so she didn t get to eat with us. I tried the chicken Marsala and definitely have had better. Drinks were delicious and our server who was also the bartender was amazing. The chef did apologize and visited the table multiple times. Kudos to the host she was so sweet and inviting. Dietary restrictions: Helpful and cautious if you have an allergy.

Sunday after church I took my kiddos to get lunch. Knowing how much they enjoy pasta, Olive Garden was the place to be! We were seated quickly and drinks ordered right away. After ordering, the kids food came out surprisingly fast. Service was amazing as always. I love this place and now so do the boys! Kid-friendliness: Waitress was extremely patient with my kids. Treated them like young adults and was very professional while taking their orders.

My food made me sick. I got the seafood Alfredo, I substituted the shrimp for the extra scallops. The soupa Toscana was OK. My friend got the same thing,, he barely touched his entrée, he stopped eating his soup chicken & Gnocchi, so I tasted it, it was basically a spoonful of salt...it was horrible. The server, herself was fabulous. Extremely attentive and made sure we were wonderfully taken care of. No we didnt say anything about the food, it was a critique for the rating. Not for free food. Becareful of Killeen Olive Garden, their kitchen staff, chefs, cooks (what ever they call themselves) are questionable, they truly could learn from the O.G. Waco Kitchen Staff.

During my visit I had the Fried Mozzarella appetizer, fettuccine alfredo with a salad, a vanilla iced coffee, and the tiramisu as dessert. Final price came to be ~$41, before the tip, which I feel is reasonable given the portion sizes and both the quality of food. Everything was a perfect temperature and my server, Jeremy who was also the bartender, did spectacular. Easily handling 7 people at the bar, memorizing orders, and still getting out various drinks on time. And the manager, Mr. Will, did a great job of checking on the customers and providing support where needed to his team. 5 stars!

Olive Garden is one of my favorite places, and it always will be. But on Mothers Day, I guess it is not a time for me to go. We sat at our table and ordered our food by 12 pm by 1:30 pm. We still had not had our food. But the two parties that came in after us had received their food. And when I asked them if they could cancel our order. They said it was no problem because it hadnt even been put in anyway. So, I paid for tea and appetizers. And we left. This is the 2nd year this has happened.

Olive Garden is expensive. Nobody would dispute that. At $20+ for every meal option, we do not go often. We decided that we deserved a treat and my wife suggested this place in Killeen. Initial attendance by the server was great, we ordered drinks and food and the drinks arrived. Then we were told there would be salad and breadsticks, so we waited...and waited...and waited. Eventually the salad and breadsticks arrived and we eagerly awaited the appetizers...and waited...and waited...and waited. Eventually we decided that the server had likely gone home and so we alerted another server and advised how long we had been waiting and just asked for the check. We agreed to stay if the food was ready and well look at that, as soon as we said we were leaving, out came the food. Then the manager came to the table to check if everything was ok. No, not really. The service is terrible. We have waited ages for our food.. The managers response? Oh ok, can I get you anything else?. Well I ordered another bowl of soup, since I had no idea how long I might have to wait otherwise. The soup was brought by the manager and the manager left never to be seen again. So then we wanted to order a dessert to-go and get to-go boxes and the check. We waited...and waited...you get the idea by now. My wife had to go and find another server to help us, who got everything we needed. I understand the server not being to blame when maybe the food isnt ready but to be as ineffectual as to not even tend to drink refills and salad/soup refills is entirely their fault. As a point of reference, a party of 6 came in after us and had been served, ate, settled their check, and still left before us. Will we be returning? No we will not. Will I be emailing guest relations? No I will not. Please just do better.

We went to Olive Garden after church on Sunday it was a horrible experience. I suggested to my husband it may have been because we allowed them to seat us in the bar area. The service was so bad, we had to get up and get our own silver ware. Every time we needed something we had to wait ungodly time to get it. The young man who waited on us was horrible. By the time a manager did help us it was no salvaging thus experience. My salad was wilted lettuce. We just recently returned from Greece and wanted to keep our experience going, but it fell flat. We will return this is one of the only better restaurants in our area. But I suggest they work on this. Killeen will run a popular restaurant out of business if food gets bad and service is bad. Ask Red Lobster you rarely see people there anymore. Just because youre a big chain doesnt excuse proper service. Yest this is long because this was very disappointing.

We arrived and were pleasantly greeted. There were five in our party and were going to be seated in a booth. Uhm, no thank you - a table, please. The place wasnt that full but it took them about more than five minutes because the table they wanted us to sit at needed to be bussed. We sat down, and drinks were ordered. The girl brought out the drinks, took our order, and then about 5 minutes she brought out the salad. We didnt see her again for about, maybe 15 min, we had finished salad and most of our drinks. She said that our order was almost ready. Another 20 minutes passed, she came by again, filled the drinks, and didnt return for another 10 minutes. I ordered steak, which was good, but when I cut into it to make sure it was cooked correctly, it suited greasy blood all over my shirt. I told her, showed her my shirt, she glanced at it, and didnt say a word. I wasnt happy about it. No, I didnt tell a manager but I guess I should have. I doubt I will be back seeing that we were just passing through on our way home.

Server was on point, and the food was fabulous I get the shrimp alfredo but sub the noodles for broccoli get it, you wont miss the noodles!!! Its so amazing we tried the chocolate lasagna heaven!!!! Today is Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Met a friend here for lunch today. We walked in and were pleasantly greeted by the hostess. We were seated right away. Our waitress, Erin, was there directly to welcome us and take our drink orders. It took us a minute to decide. Erin also made a suggestion for our lunch. Which we appreciated. Once we ordered, we received our lunch items quickly; everything was fresh and piping hot. Throughout our meal, Erin and Im assuming the manager came by to make sure everything was good. We came in for date night last night after calling ahead to check for a wait. Sam answered the phone, she was also kind and professional. Elli the greeter smiled and sat us to our table right away. First time going to olive garden in about 7 years. Server was nice, but seemed to almost forget about us? The table behind us that arrived 30 minutes after we ordered, got their food before us. We were there 2 hours before getting our food, at which point we asked for to go boxes for when our food came out. My kids literally fell asleep at the table, which is unheard of for them. We sat with empty drinks for an hour. We watched our server visit every other table multiple times and not visiting ours at all. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 little kids and they brought us 2 breadsticks. I laughed because I was so confused. Salad was also way over dressed. Every leaf was dripping and soggy. The bottom of the bowl had at least a cup of dressing left after the salad was divided still pooled in dressing on plates Only reason they get more than 1 star is because when I ate my food the following day, it was still really good. I had the shrimp scampi. If I ever decide to get olive garden again, Ill definitely just order it to go.

I always get the soup, salad and breadsticks because they are so good. A nice bowl of zuppa Toscana or chicken gnocchi is so satisfying. And the breadsticks are the perfect appetizer, side dish and dessert. Service was great, and for one we didnt even have loud kids near us.

I cant comment on the food unfortunately because I walked out before eating. I waited for 3 minutes to be greeted/seated. Noone came so I leaned to look around down to the seating area and saw 5 or 6 servers talking and laughing. One saw me and pretended not to and kept talking. Finally a young lady casually strolled up with a smirk and insincere welcome so I said no thank you, and left.

We went there tonight 4/08 and it was good. Our server got out whole order wrong but she was so sweet and tried to take it back and get it fixed but honestly I m glad she mixed it up both my husband and I loved what we got and wouldn t have gotten it because well I m scared to try new foods and well he will eat anything. But i highly recommend going they are just so sweet the food is good and even if they do mess it up they offer to fix it immediately. (But honestly if you were the server that served us tonight don t be to hard on yourself mistakes happen you did great trying to fix it the only thing.)

I had an absolutely phenomenal outing with the family tonight. Our waitress was one of the best I had in a very long time; she was great with the kids, knew the menu very well, and my drink never went empty. I would most definitely recommend this to friends and family in the area, and I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

The food was great and very clean... only complaint was there was plenty of staff, for seated immediately, however I could hear the tone from the server seating us like it was an inconvenience to just seat us. I had a bad feeling about her, and I was right because 10 min later, I HAD TO GO GET SOMEONE to serve us... and SHE HAD NO IDEA we were even seated or where we were. She was GREAT AND KEPT APOLOGIZING TO US, saying shes so sorry and its completely unacceptable for us to have to wait that long. But I knew its because the lady who sat us never told anyone about us. Only complaint. Severs are great, but this hostess lady was not very good at all!

Please clean the light fixtures. Nothing worse than having dust and grease above your head while trying to eat. Last 2 times I have come to Olive Garden, I felt rushed. I would get my appetizer and meal less than 5 minutes apart. The younger employees are there for social hour, while only a select few are actually working their butt off.

We usually have a good experience here but today was horrible. We ordered for pick up. I got the Five Cheese Ziti pasta with the minestrone soup and the Chicken Parmigiana with the Pasta e Fagioli soup. The Five Cheese Ziti pasta smelled and tasted different kind of like burnt peanuts. The minestrone and bread sticks were so salty. The Pasta e Fagiola was lacking flavor like there was no salt. Disappointed.

My family and I went to this location to celebrate my daughters 12th birthday. She loves pasta and great food, so olive garden came to mind. This location did not disappoint!! We ALL enjoyed our food, it was all freshly made and delicious. The service was great, and the wait for a table was exactly how long they said it was going to be. We will definitely be back soon!!

Sharing my experience at the Killeen, TX Olive Garden again. My 13 year old daughter absolutely loves this restaurant and I love reminiscing when I smell Italian food since my family is Sicilian. Every time we dine here as opposed to Temple or Waco, the waitress performs a take-our-order-and dash maneuver. Never came back to fill our salad or soup since I always order soup and salad. Another waitstaff asked what I was looking for and I said my waitress after nearly 20 minutes after our food arrived. She came briefly to see what I wanted but that was it. Put dishes stacked at the top of the table and never refilled my drinks again. Worst part, I asked the Hostess at the front upon leaving what the manager s name was and she repeated it three times. She knew I wanted to complain and was very sarcastic making me feel like an idiot when she asked why I wanted to know. I just walked out. This is the 4th time waitstaff take our orders and disappear. And I was the still-hungry guest that was dumb enough to leave a tip! I ll never return for my daughter to see me get upset!!

I recently had the pleasure to do some catering for a local business. The online ordering was simple and easy and the food was ready for pickup at the exact desired time. Stephanie and Samantha we re a delight and made sure everything I ordered was included. I couldn t be happier with the solution provided with Olive Garden. If you need a local restaurant that offers amazing catering. Than be sure to communicate with Olive Garden! Parking: Curbside pickup is wonderful.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. Server never showed up, manager took our order to start us off. Server didnt make her self known until our food (main course) got to our table. I had to ask if she was in fact our server. She blamed having other tables for the reason she had not got to us. Manager had to refill drinks. Some other server checked on us twice before our server showed up. Food came out wrong, meaning the manager cant do the job right either. Needless to say, we left. Tried paying for the appetizer, as that is the only thing we somewhat got to enjoy. I remember when there was a window checker making sure food matched the tickets before they would send them to the tables. I remember when there was a 3 table max per server. I remember when Olive Garden stood behind the when youre here, youre family slogan. I will never visit this place again. The answer is always we will cover your bill and do nothing to change the experience or environment.

Went in for dinner after a long day on the road. Our server was a bit slow getting the entrees out. Seemed like they had rested under a heat lamp for a bit, due to the sauce drying up some. The floor manager, Amber, was attentive and did make sure our server came back to refill tea. Food was still tasty and the atmosphere was great. Service was good overall. I especially liked that our server boxed our leftovers right there at the table for us. Would recommend

Don t go here on a Friday night around 9:30 pm unless you want to eat with plastic utensils. Employees too lazy to wash dishes??? My wife and I walked out. Going to pay good money for meal means eating with real utensils. Not going back
