ChickenJoy! That pretty much says it all! We were incredibly excited to try the spaghetti and chicken as we have only seen it in Las Vegas so finding it in DFW area was the best thing ever. The chicken was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked and all the food was super hot, not even a little cold. Delicious. Please make an at home frozen spaghetti for the grocery frozen section so I can have Jollibee at home.

I got the 2 piece spicy chicken joy with mashed potatoes and gravy. The spicy chicken was very well seasoned and perfectly cooked, the chicken even has spicy seasoning inside the chicken under the breading. I will warn that they dont mess around with spice here, it is pretty hot. The mashed potatoes were quite good, I have no complaints from them, they were buttery, well seasoned and had just the right amount of texture still left. My meal was very good and the food came out very quickly. I tried some of my partners food and I found the original non-spicy chicken extremely bland, still well cooked, but almost no flavor aside from chicken, salt, and oil. If you can handle the heat, I recommend the spicy chicken much, much more. Additionally, they were sold out of a good amount of their menu, I dont know how frequently this happens, but you should know that it does.

There s 100% a gimmick factor to this place. I will preface by saying I ve visited Japan, so I ve tried Asian style fried chicken AND pasta, and I struggled with this. The plain, non-spicy chicken (as I don t like spice) had no flavor in the breading. The chicken was juicy and decently cooked, but the breading fell completely flat and also tasted old in a bad way. I got the side of spaghetti, and bf and I agreed it tasted like BBQ sauce in a really weird way. Bf said the gravy tasted similar so maybe there was gravy in it. I took two bites and did not finish it. To top all of it off, the soda I tried to get tasted flat and off. I don t think I ll be back. I m glad I at least gave it a try, but there s MANY other fried chickens I d rather get for my money.

Best fried chicken chain by a country mile. Got the spicy fried chicken, which was very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, as well as the spaghetti, which is deceptively good for fast-food pasta. Finally, I was recommended a fried pie that had a purple fruit on the inside, Taro, I believe, was delicious. I felt very welcome there and highly recommend this chain to anyone who hasnt tried Filipino food yet.

Way over hyped and overpriced. The palabok was bland, and so was the chicken. The burger steaks are just frozen Salisbury steaks with a brown gravy. The gravy is actually pretty good. It had a good flavor. Very clean inside and staffed was friendly.

This was my first time going to Jollibee, I ordered the spicy chicken 6piece meal with mashed potatoes and spaghetti on the side, the pineapple drink, both apple pies, the chicken sandwich and etc. The chicken didn t taste fresh even after being asked to pull to the side and they will bring my order out, the food tasted like it wasn t fresh or had been sitting out for a while. I m not sure if it s just this location or I personally just had a bad experience but after that I definitely will never go back which was surprising because the line was wrapped around the building!

The service was super slow. The drive through attendant could barely speak English which was frustrating when trying to order. But I could overlook all of that if the food was good. The chicken tenders were rubbery and flavorless. One of the worst fast food tenders Ive ever had. The fries were pretty good texture wise but they desperately needed some salt. Tried this for the first time and we will be back! Dining area has plenty of seating and it is very clean. We tried the spicy chicken, and it was crispilicious! The peach mango pie topped off the meal. Kinda wish there was a biscuit that went with thr chicken, but the meal was still good. About a quarter size drop of sauce on an almost 2 in thick chicken sandwich. 2 jalapeños on the whole sandwich. The mashed potatoes cup was half full with a tiny drop of gravy. I had to stop at another place to get their sauce to make the sandwich taste good. I dont get why the line is so long. This is not a craveable sandwich by any means. Not sure about their regular fried chicken as I didnt try that.

When we get to the drive through line, there were about 5 cars ahead of us. It took about half an hour to get to place our order and another half an hour to get our chicken order. Looks like there wasnt enough staffing hence there wasnt enough food ready. When peeking through the drive through window, there is only about 3 staffs manning the front area. Chicken is crispy and tasty, rice is a little wet but not bad at all, pineapple drink is too sweet (tastes like it came straight from the can and added more sugar- not worth the extra .50), the mango-preach dessert was delicious and fresh. Edit 2024: Been back multiple times over the years for a quick spicy chicken sandwich meal and the mango pie. The drive through isnt as busy but still slow at times. Sundays around lunch seem to be pretty busy around here. Still worth it, in my opinion. Original Review 2021: The regular and spicy chicken sandwiches are pretty good. I would come back for that and the peach mango pie. These are top notch. As for the fried chicken, it has a very good outer crispy texture, its not greasy and and the meat is very tender and moist, not dry at all. Having said that, the taste isnt bad but it wasnt flavorful. It seemed like all the flavor was on the breading. The spaghetti wasnt bad but the palabok is way better, had the most flavor. Id go back for that as well. I would skip the burger steaks, there was something off about it for me. Other people might like it. The menu isnt big so I essentially tried every single item on the menu. Worth a return trip for my recommended items.

I discovered Jollibee on SnapChat. After learning about its popularity in the Phillipines and reading reviews, I decided to give them a shot. When it first opened the lines were pretty long. So I decided to wait. I had heard that the spaghetti was one of their most popular dishes , but I was not feeling brave enough to try it. . I ordered a Chickenenjoy leg and their Palabok dish. The chicken was visually beautiful. Large in size with a beautiful brown fried skin! Sadly, it lacked seasoning. It was heartbreaking because it looked much better than it tasted. I did like the chicken dipped in the gravy better. There is a spicy fried chicken on the menu too. I probably should ve tried that one. I imagine that it has more flavor than the regular version. On to the Palabok. This dish consists of glass noodles covered in a garlic sauce with ground pork and egg. It was a little sauce heavy for the glass noodles. That didn t stop me from enjoying it. I would ask for light sauce the next time that I order that. I recommend it for those that wanna try something different. I plan to go back and try a couple more of the menu items to see if it changes my thoughts.

Been here 3 time chicken was hot fresh and SPICYYYYY today chicken warm not spicy at all and they replaced it and it still was NOT SPICY I m pass disgusted and upset because I came way from Denton just for spicy chicken and got nothing but a refund disappointed

Having tried many fried chicken restaurants, I really like Jollibee. Chicken is always crunchy and just the right amount of seasoning. Its nort salty like some other places. The chicken sandwich, spaghetti and adobo rice is spot on. Cant go wrong with any items here. The mango peach, coconut pies are my favorite. Give it a try.

Food is always good! We go here once every 2 weeks because my kids love their chicken, French fries, peach mango pie, and pineapple quencher. We love their spaghetti, palabok, burger steak, aloha burger, and yumburgers. The only thing Im not satisfied with is that sometimes, because it gets super busy, they forget to make sure that the tables are wiped down and that the floor is free from food clutter. On the other hand, the restroom is always squeaky clean.

I went to visit the Plano location and when I tell you they did not disappoint. The restaurant was clean, and the restroom as well. I ordered two 2 piece chicken meals and the chicken was hot and fresh and the seasoned rice was good and fries. Also, the Mango fried pie was the bomb. I really enjoyed Jollibees and will most definitely be back.

Not really the same as Filipino Jollibee. But it was fine. Also I visited three times thinking maybe the spicy chicken is already available but still NO. Edit: We went here again last Friday night and the spicy chicken is still unavailable. I wonder maybe if we come early like in the morning, well get to have that. From watching Youtubers to finally getting to eat here today wasnt as awesome as they said it would be. Restrooms are nasty, Drive thru employee accent was so bad I didnt understand what he was saying. As I drove off, they forgot one of my sides with my meals. I wont be coming back for that side since I was driving back home out of state. I prefer Popeyes.

Good place to be introduced to Filipino fast food if you are not familiar with it. My kids are usually averse to new foods, but they loved this place. We ordered about four or five different meals we thought we would like, cut them up into smaller sizes, put them all in the middle of the table, and then made plates from all of them to try as much of the menu as we could in one visit.
