Spontaneous moment...been passing it for 7 years until this August...now this was fun for the whole family! Bean Burger was Yummy....but so was everything ordered. Was there like 8 hours & didnt realize because theres so many things to do...didnt golf but did everything else. Found out the kids like to bowl! They overcame whatever fear they initially had with rock climbing with time went from no to up & down 8x. Great way to celebrate life ...regardless of age as it was bday weekend. Batting was fun as well- thank you!

This place is kind of like a different take on main event. It has a lot of the same things. Im not sure if main event has a bowling alley, but this place does, but the staff were friendly. My kids had a great time on a Saturday night, all employees were very kind inside! They enjoyed rock climbing a lot, and we played lots of games! We will definitely be back! 1 of 4 rides outside are broken down. Don t let the short lines at the Go Karts fool you, it s still a VERY long wait to race as staff is extremely slow out there. Can tell the staff lack of interest outside, no managers pushing things along. Restrooms are god awful, very dirty and the smell.. so beware of restrooms!

The height requirement for the gokarts is ridiculous! Im 17 with a drivers permit and they declined service to ride alone because of my height. If im able to drive a vehicle why not a gokart. The manager supposedly said it wasnt allowed but on of its employees before said it was fine as long as I met the age requirement. Ridiculous! Before that, I rode the gokart alone, the employee stated, You are just on the line, I will let you test drive and if you dont crash you are allowed to. I drove perfectly fine, even a grown man almost flipped his car and just because he is tall he didnt receive any form of punishment. They declined service just for that. Will never be coming back again, 1/5, 0 if I could.

Whenever I take my kids here, I grab a Groupon. It s a pretty decent deal. It s like $90 but you re getting the credit as if you spent 200 so you get something like 900 credits which you pretty much burn in about an hour and change honestly that s about all I wanna be in an arcade packed with little kids easy way to win the cool parent award for the day.

This will make my third time bringing my grandkids here and every time we come all the rides are not working are they don t have people to run them. The only reason why I come cause of the no wait time now I see why Even after reporting the concern and giving them time to have someone come to operate the ride we still found ourselves waiting in the hot sun and no one showed up. I spent over $500.00 at this place tickets and food and I am very disappointed to find out that only two rides was available. But online it states that all the rides were open except one. Will not recommend we will go to Six Flags next time.

Kids had fun with the various activities: putting, go-carts, rides, games. The staff treated us well and helped me with a few questions. One area that could be improved upon is the VR games. I knocked off one star because some headsets were worn and not clean, thus the kids didnt play. They probably need to be a regular cleaning and disinfecting item.

This place has potential. After spending $250 for the unlimited pass for the family I was in shock at how many problems we had and encountered. First, when we went to ride one of the rides, my 14-year-old noticed that the card reader deducted points from his card. After the ride we went inside to check on the machine and sure enough, he had points taken away from two rides. Out of 4 cards, two took away points and 2 didn t. Ok, mistake, it can be fixed. Went to the counter to explain what happened. After maybe 30-45 minutes and two managers assisted, they gave me new cards that loaded correctly as unlimited pass cards. Left he counter and went straight to the kiosk to check the cards. All 4 didn t get loaded with the points we had before. Went back to the counter and explained what was going on. Spent another 30 minutes waiting for anyone to figure out what was going on. At first the worker tried to tell me that I used all the point already, in the 2 minutes I went from the counter to the kiosk and back. They had to call a manager over to get it all figured out. Finally .at least we thought the entire situation was figured out and we could go about our day. Wrong. Now all cards are deducting points when we swipe them for anything. Gave up at that point and tried to enjoy the rest of our time there. Decided that we would just go inside and go bowling. Walk up the counter and tell the girl we want to bowl she pulls out a tablet and tells me there is a 40-minute wait. I turn and see 5 lanes being used currently, the rest are completely shut off and no one around. She tells me that the other lanes are reserved. Really? Why not a first come first serve for bowling? In 4 hours, we got to ride 2 rides, putt putt 1 round, go carts once and laser tag once. Definitely not worth $250 at all. After being told there was a 40-minute wait to bowl on the many empty not used lanes and combined with the prior experience I had there, we just left. I would say that maybe 75% of the arcade was working. Many games were either turned off, took your points but didn t play or said it required an attendant attention. They use some weird point system for the games. One game could be 8.6 points and another 14 points. We only played one putt putt course, and it was alright. Nothing special. Just hit the ball in the cup, maybe 3 holes were different, the rest were just hit the ball straight and you get a hole in one. Go carts are at least gas powered unlike most places that are electric. The track is nice, and the carts are in good condition. The line can get long for the single carts. Lastly, why do they have armbands for the unlimited pass when we still must swipe the play card for everything?

Finally, I had the pleasure of checking this establishment out on a date night and had a decent time. Inside and out was very clean, and the staff was busy helping or serving people. Started with some bowling and some snacks and drinks upstairs, and things were very nice with some comfy seating. Then, we went to check out the go carts, which was okay, but we spent more time waiting to drive than actually on the track. The arcade was next, and there was plenty to do, but it was very busy as well, so we spent some time just strolling around, waiting for things to become available. As youd expect, drinks, snacks, and food were a bit pricey for what you got, but expected. Overall, it was a very nice time that we enjoyed and will probably bring the kids next time.

This is my very first time coming to an alley cats with my gf, we re playing normally in the arcade we decided to go to the go karts. we listen to directions being respectful! we raced and of course got bumped into because of other. IT S BOUND TO HAPPEN! and after we all got done a girl worker came up to me as I was still waiting to leave off the kart. she asked me for my card demanding for it almost. tone of voice and attitude was RUDE! I gave it to her and she put a (x) on it. she told me, this is your last time on a go kart here , aging with an ugly attitude. It was just rude and bad energy. I was very shocked on the approach it just made our mood very upset. it could have been a better approach of respect.

The arcade was great, plenty of game options for all ages. Our entire group did the rock walls, ages 4-42 were able to do it. Unfortunately, the only outdoor activities we got to was the go karts, which were fun, but the Texas heat was not playing and it was just too hot with little to no shade or fans for visitors to be able to enjoy the outdoors. Even the poor staff didnt have much shade to stand under. The staff we interacted with were all lovely and professional. Big shout out to the ones working the prize-ticket check area. We had a ton of tickets with 3 indecisive kids and they were so patient and we were just 1 of several people trying to cash in. Overall fun for all ages with plenty things to pick from. The cost was well worth it with great package options.

The best part of this visit was the enormous salad which was so delicious and worth the price. Also, this Watermelon Lemonade is a MUST have. However . 2 of the rides were broken. When I asked how long they ve been down or when they ll be operable, I was advised they don t know, as the rides have been down for a while awaiting parts. This was such a bummer for the kids, they were looking forward to the rollercoaster and the drop ride. Also, we placed separate food orders for the same bowling lane. My food came out but after 30 mins or so we checked on the second order and they told us they cancelled it since it was for the same lane, they assumed it was a duplicate. There s no way that should ve happened because the orders were completely different. We had to wait an additional 15-20 mins for that order to come out. Overall, the kids had fun but being that we paid $60 each for them to do everything but everything wasn t available (rides and some out of order game machines) it really felt like we were robbed of the full experience.

Our Groupon here went a long way. We were able to use the Groupon for our group of 6 for go carts, 1 hour of bowling and shoes and arcade. I like that the bowling has 4 different options of game play. We choose the one were you take selfies and the screen makes these cute little and hilarious cartoons with your selfie. The employees at the prize counter were helpful. The only thing needed attention were the restrooms.

When we first got there we got in line to get our card, the line wasnt that bad. The first thing we did was the Go-Karts and they were fun. Theyre really hard to control and you accidentally bump people and the people that work there will warn you that they will ban you from the karts. Next we went bowling for an hour and was fun. The bumpers were not working though. Later we went to the arcade, some games were broken, but overall everything was good at the arcade. When we went to redeem our tickets the people there were really nice. This place is good for kids partys.

This place was great. Went for a work party that we can bring our kids to and all the employees were so incredibly helpful and very friendly. Parking was easy. The variety of things to do there well seriously keep your kids busy for hours. Whoever runs this joint does a great job training because that is definitely what stood out the most. Waited for laser tag for 45 minutes but no body was coming out to let the next group in....each game was supposed to be 15 to 20 minutes. Ordered supreme nachos at our bowling lane and it came without meat. Even after we notified employee, she never came with the meat. Asked for ranch and ketchup, they brought it like 30 minutes later. Visited today and it was extremely busy. My 11 year old special needs son had an issue at the go karts and an employee was a bit rude. I talked to the manager, Dakota, and he got both sides of the story. Long story short, there were mistakes in attitude on both my son s part and the employee s. Understandably, the employee was under a lot of stress due to the amount of kids there, and my son does not process people s body language well. The reason for the 4-star review is because of how Dakota handled the situation. He was the definition of calm under pressure and he took the time to explain everything to my son. In the end, my son was able to learn a lesson in a complicated social situation, and I appreciate the way Dakota handled it in a kind manner.

They are pick and choose people. Says no bumping on go karts and they allow grown men to yell at little girls. Why because the man got confronted for bumping into people. He didnt like what they had to say cops get involved and boom he gets away with it. When we have known people to get kicked out due to problems same as this. This place is over priced 50$ for 300 points that maybe only last for 30mins especially if you only have multiple kids and the unlimited car can only be used on one person they need to add time cards here instead of only being able to add points

I paid over five hundred dollars for a party here and my party host was so rude. Didnt smile. Was being rude to my mother. I would never book here again. I dont remember her name but if I did I would definitely post it and request that none of you guys get her as a party host. She needs to be fired to pay over five hundred dollars for a party and not even have good customer service is crazy.

The token based system they use is a rip off. Example, it is $10 per person to play mini-golf cash. It is $10.75 when using their game card (tokens). You cannot pay the difference, you must buy more tokens on your card. The games are purposely set at fractional amounts to prevent you from using all your tokens. Example; one game may cost 6.7 tokens to play. Not 7 or 6, but .7 or .8... Now all this said, if the place was cleaner and was well kept, it would be easier to accept. To me Alley Cats feel like you are going to a really cheap fair. I will most likely not be back.

Got the best night ever pass so we could do go carts with the kids but they closed the double go carts at 5pm. The best night ever past doesn t start until 6pm and there is nothing that says the double go carts will be closed at 5pm. Do better at informing people prior to purchase.

Great Fun and Fast Go-Karts! We had a great time, we got a good deal on a groupon and enjoyed the Go-karts, mini golf, laser tag, the rock wall and arcade games. everyone was very nice and friendly, it was clean and we didnt encounter anything broken. the double rider go karts are super fast, lol. We had a great time. We had a problem (on our end) and the manager of the food court was amazing, kind and friendly and understanding. We will definitely be back! Thanks!
