Were big fans of Brazilian steakhouses and have tried quite a few, but Brasao has quickly become one of our top two favorites. The grilled shrimp is full of flavor, and the beef and lamb are absolutely delicious. The salad bar offers a great variety of fresh options. We also met Gabriel for the first time and were really impressed with his excellent service.

The meat and shrimp are great. We typically avoid chicken in steakhouses. I wish they had food labels on the salad bar for allergies/ ingredients because of religious and dietary restrictions. The servers were very friendly - service was fast and consistent too. Fanay was great. You won t wait long to get your next round. Highly recommend this place! You will get charged for water. We got a free dessert for celebrating our anniversary! We went a second time and Marcel was awesome he helped us pick the best options on the dessert menu.

We went with a large group on Sunday. We lived all their meat options and the yummy cheese bread. I was disappointed with the salad bar. It didnt have a big variety at the salad bar compared to their Brazilian competitor restaurants. Also, when we were given the check, we were surprised to see a charge for the water. It was $30 for a big bottle of water. It would be okay but at least make us aware of the charge.

My wife and I are from north Jersey, where there are an abundance of rodizio restaurants. However, this place is by far top 5 we have ever dined in! Service was amazing (Shoutout to our server Josh). The rodizio, top shelf! Never have I had garlic shrimp that came out with rodizio. And, the meats literally came to our table like every two minutes. I had to tap out in less than an hr. Drinks were good as well. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful food, service, and ambiance from start to finish! Our server Diana was a rock star! She was so warm and friendly and incredibly attentive to making sure we enjoyed our experience. We started with the fantastic salad bar, and then were soon overwhelmed (in a good way) as they brought us one delicious cut of meat after another. Not one thing we ate was a disappointment. We shared a slice of tres leches cake for dessert, which was decorated with a lovely Happy Anniversary message. Overall a wonderful evening out. We will definitely be back for our special occasions.

First timers. We were immediately greeted by our server Reagan. We were very impressed by the service Here! Everything she said she would do and bring us came to the table despite how busy the place was . So many people checked on us and it was a very busy Saturday night. We went to this restaurant to celebrate our son s first birthday, and we had an amazing experience! Foid: We enjoyed the food. I particularly enjoyed the salad bar & went for seconds We didnt try the chicken, pork, or sausage. The steak & lamb were delish. The shrimp was ok, but it was not my favorite. The pineapple was really good. Service: Upon entering, the staff welcomed us very well and sat us. Upon seating, the waiter was pleasant and gave us a quick breakdown of what was offered. A few of the servers that brought the meat were speaking very rushed and unclear. For the most part, we were ok as we had to ask a second time to make sure we were served what we wanted. Overall, the service was good. Hopefully, servers can be less hasty while communicating what they are about to serve. Price: I think the price could be better. I will post the receipt. For 2 people, I felt our bill was on the high side. Speaking from experience. Atmosphere: I loved the background music. It set the mood. Made me feel relaxed while enjoying my meal.

Definitely a great place to go to. Went here for a birthday celebration and service was great. They even pull your chair out for you to sit. The steaks were delicious alongside with the other meats they have. Waiters and the waitresses are so accommodating. Oh and dont forgot to get the flamming cheesecake for desert.....yes its called the flamming cheesecake...and also dont forget to video the whole flamming cheesecake experience!

Wanted a new place for our weekly date night. We both were new to this place, showed up pretty early for our reservation and said we could just sit in the bar for now. This palace was amazing, better than other Brazilian steakhouses Ive been too. Maybe it is because we arrived right before a rush. But they were on top of it. Our server asked if we wanted regular or sparkling water. And we had, regular for him, sparkling for me, before she even finished with the greeting by her coworkers working while she gave us the greeting. We got our salads, came back to the able and flipped our card, and back to back to back got the different meats brought to our table. My personal favorite was the spicy picanha, my husbands was the picanha. And of course we both loved the pineapple. It was an anniversary dinner so we got a free dessert. Mostly free the free dessert to a max, and we picked over that, so we paid 5 dollars for it. We got a flaming cheesecake, it was pretty cool. Staff were on top of things. Anytime we asked for anything it was there within minutes even after the rush hour started

We went to Brasão for our anniversary and it was fabulous. The biggest difference between it and other Brazilian steakhouses we ve been to is that the meats were all seasoned so well that they each had their own individual flavor. We had Andres as one of our servers and he was attentive and delightful to speak to. We also had Stephanie help at our table and I really appreciated her attention to detail and warm demeanor. I wanted to say I was quite disappointed in the overall experience as reviews were raving about how great this place is. (Not sure why, especially if youve eaten at other brazilian steakhouses...) I unfortunately did not get to experience this. Made reservations on saturday night this past week and was seated promptly by the server station on the upper level. Hostess that greeted us was very friendly but it went downhill from there. I mentioned it was our first time there and was here for restaurant week and we were celebrating a birthday. Was immediately told to upgrade to regular dinner as RW special only covered 8 meat varieties and regular dinner is 16? We decided to do the regular dinner because of the lamb, ribeye, shrimp option. Salad bar was not appealing and very bland, lots of cucumber dishes if you are into that. Our server was MIA throughout most of the meal. The meats that kept coming to our table was the same Picanha House special and bottom sirloin. We counted 7 times. However the specialty meats didnt. We were passed up multiple times as they were offering cuts to other tables while our card was green on the table. We had to constantly call for someone to send a server back because they kept skipping us. Had to request for the lamb and shrimp because we were halfway into dinner at this point and they still have not made an appearance. Meats were either bloody or overcooked and mostly lacked flavor. Filet mignon was overcooked to the point we did not even bother eating it. They did offer a dessert of choice for the birthday which was nice, however the flaming cheesecake option was additional $3 charge for the flaming liquor. That was pretty good. After everything was cleaned from the table, our server was at the server station and still havent acknowledged us so I had to request for the check. We waited as he was more so fixated on providing the best service for the older clients. We waited some more. The manager probably saw how annoyed we are at this point because no one was bringing our check and stopped by to ask if we needed anything. 15 mins we finally got the check. Honestly for a upscale steakhouse I would assume they would hire more knowledgeable and experience staff. Overall, this was the least satisfying Brazilian steakhouse Ive ever been to. If you are going to upsell at least tell first time customers what is included in the options and maybe send the upgraded meat cuts to the people that are paying for a regular dinner experience. If youre a fan of the Picanha this place would be perfect for you as they seem to have difficulty getting rid of it the entire night.

I visit the location at Irving, Texas, a couple of days ago to celebrate an important date. I must say that I really enjoyed my time in this restaurant and I was very impressed with the attention received starting at the entry point from the hostess. For this celebration I was lucky enough to have Maria as my server, she was flawless! Payed attention to detail, was checking on us continuously and made sure that nothing was missing and care enough for our demands. Being this my first time at this location, I must say that I had a great time and felt cared by the staff, Maria, our server did an awesome job always with a smile and the best attitude with all the tables I observed her taking care of. The food was awesome and the drinks as well! I really enjoyed my celebration and it was very special!

The venue is very elegant and charming. The salad bar had hundreds of delectable items and had beautiful presentation. The service was efficient and prompt. 2024 DFW restaurants week lunch menu The meats are delicious!!! I have been to Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil. However, I have a better experience in Brasao. I like the fat part of meat. They make meat so juicy and tender. I also love their grilled pineapple so delicious! The servers are friendly and helpful! We were there celebrating a birthday with coworkers, and had a wonderful experience!

I want to start by saying I have never experienced such exceptional service. Everyone here was on their A game. Jean was our server and he along with other servers always made sure we were taken care of. The meats are spectacular but the pineapple is out of this world and im my opinion I would say its better than the meats without discrediting them of course. I was celebrating my 20th birthday with a party of 7 and they gave me a birthday card plus a complimentary dessert. This is a very nice place to visit on a special occasion and I will definitely be back.

We had an incredible dining experience at Brasao we were celebrating our son s 21st birthday and they made the experience very special. All of the meat was well seasoned, and I especially liked the lamb and the garlic picanha. The salad bar was well stocked with many delicious options. My faves were the artichokes, the mini wedge salad and the asparagus. We were a party of 5 and we were very well attended to. Andres was our server, and he made sure he didn t miss a single detail, including my son s complimentary birthday dessert. I ll definitely be going back!
