All in all they have been around here a long time my wife says but I done had a couple of bad experiences from the restaurant and they prices changes every time I order we can never buy the exact same thing and get the exact same price the next visit

Everything is through drive thru First off wanted grilled. They say they dont grill anything. Well they use too! Ordered 6 shrimp and 6 oysters combo. Get home which is maybe 4 minutes away. Food was still hot. But shrimp was butterflied (didnt ask for butterflied). They must of flattened the butterfly with a meat tenderizer; with the crust lucky if it was 1/4 inch thick. Bite I to and it was like rubber. The oysters had a funny taste and the shape was like a cocoon and very hard. Last time Ill ever go! PERIOD!

I hate to give a low rating. The young girl in the window is nice, the food is good, but the popcorn shrimp keep getting smaller and smaller, almost to the point it s basically nothing but crust and they didn t have tarter sauce, you can t run out of tarter sauce when you are a seafood restaurant............ PLEASE FIX THIS

Food is good but the service/customer service was HORRIBLE on this last visit. Its NEVER been like that before. We placed our order before we got in to Bridge City, Texas. Thinking that would be ample time as I told the young lady that I could be at their establishment in 15-20 mins. She said that was fine and that our food should be ready by the time we get to Port Arthur. We get there and there is little acknowledgement, food wasnt ready, and the young man at the window was SUPER RUDE (him and the young lady was more interested in getting on their cell phones instead of helping us). All of this lead to disagreements and a demand for returned payment. We expressed our concerns to the manager/owner...HE ACTED as if he wasnt too concerned with the way the employees handled us as customers. We wound up keeping our food, but not too sure about EVER going back. Very disappointed with Vinces Seafoods professionalism and customer service.

I would call my order in and get there in 15 to 20 minutes on my lunch break and they would not cook the food until I got there so the third day I asked why and the father replied that he didnt want me to complain about not having hot food I let him know my time was of more value than warm food the next day I ordered crawfish and the same thing happened so Im done with them

What can I say about Vinces Seafood except, ALWAYS A PLEASURE !!. Good food is the order of the day ... Pricing is on target and reasonable ... Food is hot and ready to enjoy in minutes. Im really glad that the restaurant is only 4 blocks from the house. When doing a no-go order, the food is hot when I get back home. Staff, here, is super friendly and I always feel welcome !!! The food is good although a bit pricey considering Hungs offers basic fish and shrimp plates with a choice of fried rice or french fires without any extra charge and a few dollars cheaper. Vinces has a bigger selection of items though. I stopped visiting Vinces because they process debit & credit card transactions deceitfully. They do not disclose that they will charge extra if you pay with a card. Imagine my surprise when I got the receipt and the quoted price was different than what was charged. The owner sneered and told me he charges the fee after the fact. Bad business practice! I havent eaten there in over 3 years and never will now. Bait and switch someone else.
