I visited this place recently, excited for a fun night out, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. From the moment we sat down, the service was lacking. We politely asked for a couple of minutes to look over the menu, but when we tried to get their attention again, it took far too long. One server even ignored me after I waved, and another signaled for someone else to come over, who eventually approached us with no greeting or smile. We come to places like this to have a good time, and the lack of warmth from the staff really affected the mood. I hope management can address this and encourage the team to be more welcoming. A smile or a friendly greeting can go a long way in creating a positive atmosphere. I was really looking forward to a nice evening, but this experience left me disappointed.

Visited Brothers Grill yesterday with friends casually. Food: 3/5 Service: 3/5. Extra * for Terry who was our table attender. Atmosphere:3/5 We were seated immediately on arrival but took 5-10 min for someone to come and take order. Terry apologized for delay and took our order. I ordered their in house special Watermelon Black tea and my friends ordered for beer samples. Black tea arrived on time but Pitcher we choose never came. Finally we reminders them again after 10 mins. Not happy with this kind of service on weekdays. Watermelon black tea was bad and blend. Terry came and replaced it with Black tea, lemonade and strawberry puree which was decent. My friends did like beer nothing specially to call out. But one of the lady visited our table every 5 min asking for cheque which was annoying! Overall Ok experience. Thanks Terry for Black tea recommendations.

Lovely Place. The Waiters and were Nice and Helpful. Just had a couple of negative altercations unfortunately. We Reserved an area in the Bar/Dj/Game room?? for a party of ours. Kind of Cluttered which wasn t a problem until some drunk men wanted to play the Arcade games and assumed we were in their way, placing their drink on our Reserved Tables. I asked if the DJ took Request, he said yes and stated he also accepted Tips. So I gave him the song and then wanted info on how to Tip but he seemed annoyed while I was asking for that. Should say No to Requests if being tipped would bother you?? Also, I understand the Karaoke Stage isn t for dancing but if someone went up while you played a good song, a nice gesture of them not being able to be up there(no one was singing at the time) would be better than being rude about someone just wanting to have fun who also, was going up soon to sing anyway. Everything else was Great, truly.

This place could be cool. We came in with family from out of state. There was an extremely nice gentleman who greeted us and showed us the back area to play pool. We got back there, and the bartender was extremely nice. Both were. We put quarters down to play pool. I go to play and Im told I have to have a partner. So, apparently, the money I put down is dictated by the local that wants what he wanted. I played my round and put more quarters down only to find out the other guys decided to use mine without saying anything. Then, some punk kid with his own stick comes in and makes new rules. Apparently, playing pool league rules on a quarter table is the thing to do. No one likes a challenge, I guess. And I find out if I do not agree to the punk, then I have to play $5 a ball to play the way I wanted or lose the quarters I put down. This was a fun place until the professional pool players decided how everyone should play. This was a complete turn-off for all of us and will not be returning or recommending this establishment to anyone

Tatiana, her customer service is garbage There is no option for vegan people only a plant based burger. Green beans are cooked with pork it s needs to be on the menu. Not everyone eats pork, she needs to smile more. Me and my team have come here before and when we see her, we knew the experience was going to be trash. We go every Sunday for karaoke and it is the best time always! The bartender is super nice. The owner or manager, im not sure, which always comes by, and makes sure everything is good. The karaoke dj is amazing and always helps us out. THIS IS A SAFE PLACE FOR GIRLS TOO! We go in a big group of 10-15 most of the time. Half of which are girls. There has only been one instance of a creepy guy coming on to someone from our group. Within 5 minutes, the owner or manager took care of him and our night was resumed. Incredible bar incredible experience. Cannot recommend them enough!

Karaoke host Friday night became extremely argumentative and aggressive over skipping a singer. It was completely unnecessary. And yes, dumping the singer to the end of the line because they changed their song is skipping. I get it. You didnt like the way she sang in a second language. You still did it, and I wont be back because of your response, Mr KJ. Control your temper, dude. Winning the battle is not worth it if you lose the war. Everything else at this place was great. And Im not even interested in penalizing the karaoke. I just want him to get that he was wrong in the way he handled this situation. (Bowing up to me like youre going to fight me over such an inconsequential issue is not a good look) so that he can do a better job next time. My friends came here last night for a ladies night out, we never been here so we didn t know what to expect. But we left the place with nothing but good things to say. Our food was delicious including our alcoholic drinks. We tried the fried mushrooms, The fried pickles, The brisket deviled eggs, The potato skins, The hot wings, The chicken fried steak and garlic mashed potatoes, and the fish and chips. For as the drinks we got the devils margarita, The strawberry margarita, The cucumber martini. And one of the most things that we loved about to drink that they were not watered down. All the food was delicious, The only complaint was my friend didn t like her fish. The staff was very friendly and inviting, and we loved how the guy Tim came out to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves at the end of the night. We will definitely come back here for more food and fun, and we definitely want to come back and try the breakfast side of it.

Just came back from Happy Hour here. Me and my friend specifically asked the server about Happy Hour, and well drinks. The menu stated the price of the well drinks as $3.75. We had 2 mojitos, 2 Long Island Iced teas, and shared a Buffalo chicken salad (well within the time of HH). When we asked for the bill, they had charged us $10 and $12 each for the Mojito and Long Island Iced Tea. So I asked the server, and she said that they are not well drinks, as they have other stuff in them. I was surprised as they clearly are, so I asked her to check with the manager. She came back a few minutes later, having taken off $4 off the whole check (total was $57 something). I am fine to pay the full price for a drink; but if you advertise well drinks for $3.75 as your Happy Hour price, but then charge full price, that does not make for a happy customer! Please follow the pricing that you list. Customers really dont like being deceived, and kind of prevents them from coming back!

Based on only one item on the menu, Ill give it a 3 star, however the service and atmosphere made it 4. The waitress was quite attentive for the duration of time we were there, and constantly asked if we needed anything else. The karaoke was fun and the song choice was variously pronounced. The fries were decent, but the sliders had a strange flavor to them I could not quite pinpoint what. Perhaps if I come back I can change my opinion accordingly.

This place is always a fantastic time, and the kitchen never misses. All the staff is friendly and attentive and remembers my roommate and I almost every time we come in! We love this place. Definitely come on nights when karaoke is going, people watching doesn t get more fun than that.

1st time I went I enjoyed it and definitely was thinking it would be a regular hangout..I mean karaoke ...unfortunately the 2nd visit was very disappointing...the management on duty that night made me uncomfortable with the way he handled an issue he had. Made me super uncomfortable. And then I was given the check and basically rushed out. I definitely will not come back.

This place has really really good food! We had the Brothers burger with bacon and asked for one patty (typically comes with 2), Thai chilli wings and brisket deviled eggs. When I tell you that every bit of it was so flavorful and fulfilling! Not to mention, the server who greeted us upon entering this lovely establishment was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating! This meant a lot to us as this was our very first time going. Thank you to Jada S. ! We will definitely be repeat customers! Please stay consistent! Parking: Plenty of parking for this location
