Came in for Week one of Football and this restaurant had 7 different games on at once. Made it really easy to keep up with my fantasy team. Ali, who I believe is the General Manager came by the table to ask how things were and the wait staff was extremely polite. Food was great and also came out in a timely manner. Ordered food through doordash, restaurant never received my order. We had to have the guy (Dave) redo the order. He was shown the full order details on our phone. The order ended up being put in incorrectly and we ended up having to go back to the restaurant for the correct burger, the rest of us started to eat so the rest doesnt get cold and find out the other burgers are full of mayo that was not supposed to be on the burger, we also got an order of boneless wings and wasnt given the sauce for them. We wasted a lot of time and extra trips to end up still disappointed from the meal we just spent $70 on. Even after going back they still got the burger order wrong. Horrible service.

Be carful when coming here my bill was 80$ and I decided to leave a 5$ tip I paid with my debit card so the total was 85$ when I checked my account the next day it was changed to 105$ the employee had changed her tip to a 20$ tip im editing this now because it haven t again my total was 44$ on the 08/10/2024 the first time was a 2 weeks ago they took money again different waiter they gave themselves a 5$ tip on my debit card , DONT COME HERE

Update - changing my rating due to many improvements There s been a significant change in the quality and service and atmosphere of this location. The attendants are more intentional in their service. Food quality and time taken has improved drastically the last couple of times I ve been here. Prior update Used to love this place to the point we would come weekly or more often than that. For the last 2 years, this particular location has gone downhill. We stopped coming here due to lack of consistency, delayed service, & overall morale of staff being reduced, high staff turnover the crowd also has decreased in this store (bdubs corporate can validate that with historical data). Anyways today 8/23/22, we arrived around 4:20pm. There were literally 3 tables with total of 8 customers excluding us in the entire bdubs. We sat at the bar area to be waited after 4:30 one person walked in and got us water. 1 of the 3 staffs passed by us about 4 times (I have his name but won t disclose here) without giving any attention and attended to the other 3 tables. A couple walked in sat at bar, and their order was taken immediately. We waited another 15 min, with no one attending to us. Since my daughter who just came from school was starving, we got up and walked past that waiter (who attended others nearby) and even after eye contact was made, and he saw us leave, there was zero level of care / service / empathy given. He knew we were leaving and that we were not attended to for over 25 minutes. I remember by name a managers from prior years that were great from Mo to Zach; since we were frequent customers, they knew us by name!! Sucks to see this location going down this way. Ohh after I left, I asked for the manager on duty between 4 & 5pm, they said that another manager would be arriving at 5:30 and that the current manager is not there. Let me make a prediction here.. come next year this time, this place will be out of business IF this is how they continue to provide service, which sucks because at one point this was our go-to place!!

Ordered chicken tenders with fries and no salt. They brought the wrong order, then left the fries behind, but fries with salt. Then hes went back and grabbed tenders that been sitting under a heat lamp long enough to become rubber Wound up going across the street to McDonalds and getting chicken nuggets. When 10 minute old chicken nuggets are better than your chicken tenders, you either need to make sure theres two inches of sauce on everything so nobody taste your chicken or you need to quit making chicken

OMG!!! Best wings I ve had in years. Finally a restaurant that made the wings just how I like them. The service was amazing and fast serving. This has been our go to BWW since 2014 but I will be not be going back again. Last night my husband was there to pick up some wings. When he got to his car he realized the order didn t have any ranch ( he forgot to add it when he placed the order online). He went back to ask for some and the employee said extra ranch would be 65 cent each, my husband told her it should have been free with the order and his order had none. She asked him to get his order so she could check if his order had any . For 65 cent ranch he went out and got the brown paper bag that usually has celery and ranch.. she said no no you need to get the whole bag as if he would hide the ranch in the other bag she proceeded to charge him is this how you treat your customers BWW ? I am not mad about having to pay 65 cent, what I am mad about is how my husband was treated like he would lie for some free ranch suffice to say we will not be coming back. Do better BWW !

Worst service ever experienced. The lady at front was too arrogant and rude with her behaviour. Arrived at 10 pm, ordered at 10:15 and we got the food at 11:20. Guess what, it is wrong order. I did an online prepaid order with them. I got 10wings plus fries plus chocolate cake. After reaching home only I noticed that they missed my fries. When I called them they said they couldnt find my order even though I gave them the receipt number and order details. I recently had a memorable dining experience at Buffalo Wild Wings the night before my move from Dallas to Austin. This visit left a lasting impression, thanks to the delectable dishes and enjoyable atmosphere. Upon recommendation, I tried the cauliflower wings seasoned in spicy garlic sauce, a delightful vegetarian alternative that didnt disappoint. My friends opted for boneless chicken coated in the flavorful Thai curry sauce. We also indulged in a plate of potato wedges, which were perfectly crispy and satisfying. The highlight of the evening was the crispy tater tots, generously loaded with chili peppers, blue cheese crumbles, and a combination of hot sauce, ranch, and blue cheese dressings. I made sure to specify a no-meat request, as Ive heard they sometimes add steak or chicken. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We accompanied our feast with Dallas Blonde beer from Deep Ellum Brewing Company (my choice) and Michelob Ultra (my friends choice). The Dallas Blonde beers malt-forward profile, with its bready malt undertones, gentle sweetness, and hints of bitterness, paired impeccably with our meal. Unfortunately, the dessert fell short of expectations. Although we requested a warm chocolate fudge cake, it arrived cold and firm, accompanied by vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. This minor letdown was a contrast to the otherwise excellent experience. In summary, Buffalo Wild Wings provided a wonderful farewell dinner for me and my friends. The savory offerings, impressive drink selection, and vibrant atmosphere created a memorable evening. I had the unfortunate experience of dining at BDubs last Tuesday, and I must say that it was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere seemed off, and things only went downhill from there. Our server, Helen, was the epitome of attitude. Its not uncommon to encounter a less-than-enthusiastic server every now and then, but her attitude was particularly egregious. She seemed disinterested in helping us, barely made eye contact, and responded to our questions as if they were a bother. A lack of basic courtesy and professionalism can severely impact a dining experience, and Helen managed to achieve just that. The food was the second major letdown. BDubs is known for its wings and diverse menu, but what we received on our plates was far from appetizing. The wings were overcooked to the point of being dry and tasteless, and the sauces lacked the flavor punch that BDubs is usually associated with. Its truly disheartening when a restaurant cant even deliver on their signature dishes. In the end, I left BDubs feeling not only unsatisfied but also frustrated. Paying for a dining experience should come with a reasonable expectation of good service and quality food. Unfortunately, BDubs failed to meet these basic expectations during our visit last Tuesday. I hope they take this review as constructive feedback and work towards improving their service and food quality for future patrons. As for me, I wont be returning anytime soon.

Usually this place serves the best food and always had been with warm and welcoming hostess. But today its the worst!! The Hostess Justin is very rude and is insulting me and my party telling that we are calling him many times for assistance. The QR code is not working so we asked him for help thats it. The remodel has really helped this location allot. I used to avoid this place, but now its one of my favorite options on Marketplace Road. Everything is improved, food, service speed, cleanliness. The worst location Ive experienced. Our waitress was not attentive. Food came out overcooked, and drinks were watery. I would not recommend this location.

This location is under construction so I think the atmosphere will get better. The food was cooked well and tasted better than Ive had at one of these in a long time. Didnt even have to send it back. Wings came out crispy and full of flavor. The waitress did seem to disappear for long periods of time, but so did the other tables servers.

Walked in after soccer game to have team lunch and watch soccer finals to be greeted by angry manager telling us if werent part of the two parties that called ahead he wasnt sitting us and wont sit us for at least an hour. Never been greeted like this at any other Buffalo Wild Wings in any state we have visited.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this lousy place. The second time I visited in two months, and if the first time the service was awful this time, it was even worse. Seems like the requisite to hire bartenders is that they need to have a very bad attitude and 0 customer service oriented. Not to mention that the food was cold and took too long for them to bring it back, even though there were just a few tables occupied. I wonder why they keep their franchise license. I wont come back.

Tonight was an extremely bad experience at this location. Yes it was 10 pm when I arrived and my expectations were not high, but after sitting at a table for 15 minutes, having the staff attend other tables, make paper airplanes with tickets for another customer at the next table and ignoring me I realized that if I wanted something eat for dinner I should go elsewhere. I did not rate the food as I didnt get any food or even offered anything to drink.

I meet a friend at this Buffalo Wild Wings at 12:30 p.m. for lunch. We waited 5 to 10 minutes before being seated and were told that we had to sit at the bar area because they were understaffed. After that, we sat at a table for 15 minutes or longer before someone acknowledged us. There were only three waiters including the bartender serving the lunch crowd. The boneless buffalo wings were about average, but the most disappointing thing was the wait time. Another 15 minutes before you got her food. Do not visit this place if you have a short time on your lunch break.
