Ive hosted three events here. One in the small side hall. One in the big pearl and one in the big hall with the restaurant combined. The food is the best in Plano and the staff is very helpful and hard working. Everything has always been punctual (even if guests arent lol). Mr. Asif is very accommodating and the service always exceeds our expectations. I really recommend the nihari and fried chicken for your next party!

I booked a buffet for 60 people in their dining hall. Only 55 of my guests showed up. After about 40 people took food, food tray were empty (see attached pictures butter chicken and Nihari). I asked the server to fill the tray, as some guests havent had their food yet. She said food will be filled in 5 minutes.. and nothing ever came. All guests were trying to figure out whats going on.... I asked for Manager, and apparently no manager was available. I have had many banquets at Crystal banquet hall and they are on top of their game, with refilling the food when food tray is half.. On the contrary, this place is a disaster. I called the manager next day, and all he did was argue. This place royally sucks, and I am not returning here. I suggest the same to anyone thinking of doing any event here. The owners are unprofessional, and just interested in playing table tennis, and ripping off people with short changing on the food. Very disappointing. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

Had my intimate engagement ceremony here in February. We were around 25 people and had a great experience. The hall was clean, food was amazing and fresh. It was buffet style and very well managed. The hall is also very private from rest of the restaurant. They could have more than 1 staff member working during the ceremony though. Overall it was a great experience.
