Nathaniel was the one who cleaned our windows. Our windows really are sparkling and feels like being out doors. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, paid attention to detail, and took his shoes off every time he entered our home. We most definitely would request Nathaniel next time. We are extremely pleased. Set up quarterly window cleaning for our hotel. Didnt show for 1st appointment. Called and was told they forgot to schedule us. Finally came in September and cleaned windows. Havent heard from them since. Thats been 6 months even though were suppose to be on a quarterly schedule. Called last week and was told that their pole was broke and Dan would call me back the next day and give me an update. Never got a phone call.

Very rude owner, poor service, leaves awful streaks on windows, makes a huge mess while cleaning and didnt clean it up, wish I could give 0 stars for this awful cleaning service
