Always one of my favorite quick lunches. Staff is always extremely nice and helpful. The restaurant is always clean & has plenty of seating. Parking is also never an issue since its located inside a strip mall/plaza. My go-to is the chipotle chicken salad on croissant

The food and service here is great, the cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Your order comes out quick and there s plenty of space to dine in if you so desire. I personally recommend their smoothies and soup and sandwich combo. Parking: This is a shared parking lot with a few other businesses in the plaza so it s usually pretty packed. The entrance is close to an intersection and can be somewhat difficult to enter/exit through. There are two other entrances: one by ridge road and the other for the Jiffy Lube and BlueWave car wash next door.

The food was delicious but I better took it home because most of the staff is zero professional. This girl Cinthia, I think her name was, was playing and flirting with other employees (badly spoken). I had to repeat my order 3 times because this girl was not paying attention, she was more attentive to what was happening behind. I swear I was going to complain but the manager of this location was also a participant in the probe and what good was it. Zero professional ethics are followed by the staff, thats why they do that. I feel like they even make comments about customers and make fun of them. I will not go to this location again. ALWAYS NATURALLY CHECK WHO THEY HIRE OR TRAIN THEM TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Sorry to see that someone posted something negative about Cinthia. I have been going there for over a year now going to eat there with co workers from STHS. And all we have received from every one is a good welcoming to there establishment and the cashiers are always welcoming as well as there superior. Love your food and service. You need to eat in this restaurant. I recommend try fideo with poblano sup its my favorite!! I like salads of chicken grapes and pecans, and chicken chipotle!! Dont forget the frozen yogurt with fruit, honey and granola is delicious!! Excellent service all the time!!

I usually go to siempre natural at Trenton but I was running errands in Pharr. Everything was fine until the cashier made an unnecessary comment at the end of our order. She seemed annoyed and loudly sighed and said AY CHAMACAS to my sister and I. I feel that was unnecessary and rude comment to make. Especieally when we had no idea what we did so wrong. The croissant was hard but I still ate it. The receipt says the cashier was Deyanira H I also read in other reviews im not the only one that who has received unneccesary comments like this.

This location is terrible, the employees are unprofessional and basically robbing the customer. My order of two sandwiches and a salad was taken by Caesar. I received my order and when I arrived at home one of the sandwiches was just bread. I called and a young kind lady told me to come in and they would make me a new one. I arrived about and hour later and when being attended by Caesar and the young lady, Caesar immediately put his head down and walked away as if he knew what had been done. An older middle aged lady proceeded to asking the young lady what the order was in Spanish. She responded with a sandwich with chipotle and pecans in Spanish. The older lady proceeded to the salad bar and said out loud Chipotle al llorón, I guess she thought I didnt speak Spanish so I responded to her in Spanish with Si Chipotle al llorón, uno llora cuando todo a subido y tiene que trabajar para su dinero. No response of course just silent and gave me my sandwich and said thank you. If the owner of this establishment is reading please correct these people before you lose more customers because I will be spreading the word that your employees steal from us.

I have never had a problem with my order in any Siempre Natural until yesterday. I placed a curbside order for my mom and when my sister arrived to pick it up the order could not be found. She had to get off and they said, oh here it is. When she opened the bag there was only a sandwich. She let them know that it was a complete meal. The cashier verified and gave her the drink and chips. The Pepsi given to her was flat so she had to throw it away. Along with the meal I had ordered a frozen yogurt, but when I called to ask my mom if she enjoyed the yogurt she told me no yogurt came with the order. Even after the order was verified they failed to include everything. I could not believe how bad this had gone especially since I have ordered so many times from their other places. I do not recommend using curbside for this location.

Stingy Sting Stingy! They charge you for everything you upgrade which is ok. I paid $26 for three croissants with chicken and soup/drink. I asked for crackers with my soup and the lady was rude saying she could only give me two and I would have to pay for the rest.
