Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Do not get their breakfast here. I ve gone for their breakfast 3 times within the past 2 weeks and it s a disappointment every time. Every item ive gotten has tasted and felt stale. And yet, every time I go, there s no line. I m not sure if that s how they operate considering it s slow and they have everything cooked and just warmed up, thus making their biscuits and egg go stale but if you read this, prepare to get disappointed in their breakfast if you choose to it get. Not sure about their burger menu.

Worst service ever they didn t give me any fries on my order, and i have to find it out at home and it took like 15 minutes at drive thru to get my order and when i call to let them know Rick answered and literally told me it was my fault because i didn t check my order , worst customer service ever at a whataburger , avoid that location!!!!!

Horrible experience just went through the drive thru & the order I placed with no onions & tomatoes & they put extra onions & tomatoes like a joke! Customer service was horrible & the lady who answered Adriana was not helpful at all & need more training in customer service. I do not recommend this location to anybody since a simple order they had typed in black letters they could not follow.

Its 2 a.m. the place is dead, yet theyve taken 30 minutes to give me my food. I bet the gossip is good back there though, because i can hear them. Less talk more work!!!! This asian manager makes no eye contact when taking your order. I feel REALLY welcomed here.

Generally the food is good. Fries not always! Their new coffee brew is super strong like an espresso I think, cause Ive never had one, but have smelled it. Not a fan of rot gut coffee! Please bring back the drinkable stuff!

As far as fast food goes, I was surprised. It was better than most. The service was amazing and I loved how they swept the floor and kept the tables clean immediately when someone left. Im just not a huge fan of fast food. The employees were awesome.

Ordered through the whataburger app for 7 people. Missing an entire order and several items. Called restaurant multiple times for over 10 minutes with no answer. The most horrible display of customer service of any whataburger weve been to in the valley, and thats pretty bad. Whataburger can usually be counted on for good food and friendly workers. Not anymore! Never again. Thank you for ruining our long-standing experience with Whataburger restaurants. Id give zero stars if I could. UPDATE: finally got an answer after the 10th phone call. Spoke with Danya, verbalized my issue, and she never said one word to me in response. She literally stayed on the phone while I waited for her to respond to my questions, and she never said a word. Josue the manager was also extremely rude and confrontational, not qualities you want in a customer service position. Horrible people running this restaurant.

I doordashed and received my food wet from the drink the bread was soggy so I took off the bread then I notice I was missing the sweet and spicy sauce in my burger so I was told to bring the food back to have it replaced or to come the next day with the food. There was only me and another customer waiting for the food, and the drive-tru was empty, this place wasnt busy and yet they took over 30 minutes to prepare the food Not only that, they didnt get the order right. And whats worst, the food quality was awful. Hashbrown was way too greasy, eggs were burnt, bacon wasnt properly cooked... I couldnt eat this This Whataburger used to be great back then. Now, with these horrible services, I dont think Ill ever come back to this one again

Im giving my review based on my recent experience on Aug 2023.. Im sure things might change but so far my review is not that good because the last 3 visits i had they did not make my burger the way i wanted even though i mention it several times to make it clear.. they did not gave me any ketchup nor napkins even telling them before paying.. i did not want to go back an waste my time and energy cause manager there is rude and has bad customer service.. i tried it once and she was not so friendly so i prefer not calling back nor going and decided just not go there..

Visited this location as the one on Nolana n Mcoll did not have a working shake machine. Ordered the banana pudding shake and it was fantastic! If youre a fan of banana pudding, I have no doubt you will enjoy it. The service was quick and the craving was satisfied. I would recommend you visit this location.

I stopped by at 11 PM after work and was hoping for the same delicious whataburger Ive had at other ones, but as soon as we drove up to the drive-thru, the employee was very rude when taking our order. Once we got to the window, it took them forever to get to us even though there was nobody inside and nobody else in the drive-thru. They then had me pull up away from the window and when they finally came out, they gave us multiple things wrong.. But I was just too tired and didnt want to deal with that employee again so we drove away very unsatisfied. The taste wasnt even the same as other whataburgers. It just wasnt a good experience.
