I was drunk, but I was holding myself ok and not being crazy or outrageous and still hitting the balls far. It was for my birthday and I was chillin the entire time and spent 600 dollars but even though I was completely chill and not being crazy they wouldnt give me any more beers. I basically acted sober and after all that money spent they wanted to act like I had 30 beers. This place was fun im not even going to lie, but dont throw any kind of event here, you can drink 1 beer and they will cut you off or watch you in groups like a hawk. Paying for this place for any kind of a event is a waste of money.

Delighted with such a brand new place, beautiful rooms, spaces and air conditioning, a super TV to go with friends to have some drinks and eat some wings, hamburgers or boneless are delicious and the system for the game of Golf is super good, the only detail is that yes You are a beginner, the first day they charge you 5 dollars more to enter the system. This place is ideal to go with friends and family and also to spend a nice birthday

I never leave reviews but I was so happy with my experience today at top golf I had to share. I was trying to feed my very hungry baby in the lobby however I m a first time mom and I m still learning how to feed in public therefore I was having a difficult time. Thankfully an employee was present and offered to speak to his manager to get us a room where I could feed privately. The manager (Alysa) was very kind brought my husband and I water and I was able to feed comfortably. I feel very thankful with the service provided they both went above and beyond to help us and we greatly appreciate it.

Took advantage of half price Tuesdays to splurge on the eats! Everything was excellent, tenders are big and crispy, kids cheeseburger is great! Got the grilled chicken sandwich and swapped the buns for Texas toast! Chefs kiss! Great food, great service, great time! Try the Mac and cheese bites, have a nice little spice to them!

Had a great time there with the family for Father s Day. Excluding the part where kids at the cash register asked what type of card I was using. I informed them the type of card it was as I handed it to them (they could have looked at the logo on the card and found out that way as well). They put the wrong card type on their POS (point of sale) System, swiped my card multiple times and had my card locked for the night. That made a great rest of the night

I really enjoy it got $15% off on a purchased of an LED Speaker for my 1st game of an hour. Fresh was warm food. Staff was very friendly they greet us as a soon as you walk-inn. My group and I where composed of about 10 people. We arrived about 15 minutes before our set time to be there as the indications from the website said to be there about 10 minutes before hand to check in. This is something I highly recommend, which is to reserve before going , especially if it s your first time going to top golf. We checked in and were directed to the 3rd level which is where our table was located. Once we got to our table everything was explained to us on how to sign in and begin our top golf experience. Our service was great , we had Oscar as our server, he was always attentive and vigilant to our needs. Unfortunately we did have an unexpected incident with one of our beverages. My wife had ordered one of there specialty drinks which came in a golf bag shaped cup, she found what seemed to be rat feces in her drink and we immediately told our server which he contacted the main manager Keaton. Once the manager was made aware of the situation and examined the drink he took the steps that were required of him to escalate the issue up the chain before coming to speak to us and explain what he had already done and apologize for the inconvenience. We completely understood his position in the matter and that also of our server ,we did mentioned that it could ve been worst and what if we didn t find it till the end of finishing the beverage.Keaton did take the initiative of giving us a discount on our gameplay and memberships, but really what can make you feel better after going through that type of situation. We had our children with us and had come in from out of town so decided to remain for the rest of our set time we had scheduled. Besides the incident that occurred, the rest of the night was great , it was a full of fun . To answer many people s question after having had the incident that happen to us occur , would we be a returning customer, maybe to different Top Golf establishment, it will be really hard returning to the same one after what happened! I don t mean to be bashful, just informative and shine light on my experience, it doesn t mean it might happen to you!

We hadnt been here in awhile due to a bad experience previously, but today we went back to give it another try and we had a GREAT time! Our server was very helpful and friendly. Also the manager Mauricio went way above and beyond to explain to us the games and the different clubs to use. After many visits here, this was the first time anyone had ever explained the games in a thorough manner. We will keep going back now with this experience.

Used to come here to Topgolf every year for my birthday, after today I dont think Ill be back. I had reserved online for my party of 6 more than a week in advance, when we got to our bay I noticed there was only 5 seats available, I called my waiter and asked why were missing a chair and they said they were unable to give my party an extra chair and to talk to the manager. The manager had came to talk and give up some excuse that I never heard in my 3 years of coming to Top Golf that its a Fire Hazard to have more than 5 chairs. I told them then why when I booked online it had the option for 6 guest and even in the golf screen it has the option for 6 players....they said it wasnt their problem. My party was very hungry so we ordered and the guest of my party had to eat and stand the entire time. Extremely poor service from Top Golf, I would have never expected this.

My family and I like Top Golf, however this last time we went we were charged for four new memberships. Mind you, there were six of us (we ve all been there) but four of us had actually gone two weeks prior because we had so much fun we wanted to go again. Why would they charge me for four new memberships, they should have all the information in the system. To fix the problem they give us two $15 cards to use for next time , however, the cards have an expiration date oh and I wasn t given a receipt before charging me which was super odd. Lesson learned! Also, I wrote the correct tip on the receipt and accidentally wrote the incorrect total balance which was more than what the total + tip added up to. Instead of fixing the total balance they took it all. Does this mean we won t go again? No. But just please be careful when paying anywhere. Not many honest people these days.

The service and experience at top golf has always been a positive experience. Great place for kids and adults for some outdoor golfing fun. First time trying out the food however. Burger and wings definitely look amazing burger great size and presented very well. Only negative is they over seasoned it .Patty was already a bit on the salty side, but kitchen went ahead on salting over the egg as well. Which idk why .wings were good not dry and sauced up just about right, best part were the fries tasted hand cut fresh. Probably will try other menu items or just to note the kitchen to ease off any salting.

Fun place and probably a must go at least once if you live in the valley! However it is expensive and the servers can take a long time to attend you. The time it takes to get a server to actually stop by is very important because youre paying the hourly rate for the bay. For the price Id want better service. And I do kinda wish the regular bays had walls separating each other for a little bit of privacy, but I know that design is intentional.

Beware of exploding Ketchup bottles! We were golfing and when we were done we were aksed to move to the bar area. We were just sitting down drinking our last beer while all the sudden the bottle of ketchup in the table exploded and spread all over our clothes and faces. Manager didnt know what to do or say. Someone must had fun watching us.

Magnificent place to combat stress by playing golf from a platform at a very good price. Watch out for promotions! Very good food service and excellent technical support from the staff. Highly recommended. My family enjoyed it a lot!!!

Very disappointed that there are no black scoring boxes at the bottom of the back nets. This needs to be added. Everything else is good, will go back to hit a good shot and NOT score :/
