I have never been as disappointed with my school pictures as I am now. Although not all the photos listed below are mine, they collectively illustrate the poor quality of the images. 1. Why do the instruments appear cartoonish? 2. Why is the color of peoples hair altered to green? 3. Why does the backdrop appear wrinkled? In addition to the terrible quality of the photos, the attitude of the photographers has been equally troubling. As a Senior, I have noticed no improvement in their behavior since my freshman year. The photographers consistently rush through the sessions and do not take the time to ensure each photo is properly captured. It seems they rely on preset settings without addressing any issues that arise. Given that school photos are cherished keepsakes for parents, the current quality is disappointing and does not justify the expense. I am aware that others share my frustration with this years editing, professionalism, and overall quality, but if others wont speak up, I will. I will not be purchasing over priced terrible quality pictures. Trevinos Digital... DO BETTER!!!

Really bad, theres a 10 dollar fee just to take a picture when it used to be free and the least expensive picture is 25 so Im spending 35 on a picture

I remember taking pics was something to get ready for, now they take the lamest pics and are so freaking expensive just to get an old pic. Just recently I purchased 2 8x10 that cost me like 80 bucks. There was a fee more expensive than the pic for being an old pic.10 of those were for something like a handling fee, literally a handling fee I ordered there and just to freaking handed to me was 10 dollars more. This place is lame its not what it used to be. Seriously how is it schools still pay you to be their photographers. Parents should be able to pick a new company. Im sure theres a good reason why they wont drop them and its not cause they take great pics. Theres a reason why people hire personal photographers now even for regular yearly pics.

dont waste your time and money on this Company .. Its called Trevinos Digital and they dont even sell the Digital images ... why would I want a Paper photo when its the digital age !!!!! I called them to purchase the digital image and they refuse to sell it they claim it belong to the school.... Taking my business somewhere else.

Horrible service. Never again! The blond lady with the fried hair and her attitude is one thing. And the other employee with nose ring egg on the behavior and attitude. No wonder they tack on the shipping fee to deliver to your home so they don t deal with customers. I would rather pay hundreds more for every athletic and school picture than have to deal with you all again.

0/10 Do not recommend, horrible rude service. Had my daughters cap and gown picture taken and went in personally and was told her eyes were open when they were not completely open. Ordered package and was disappointed with the pictures. You would think they would make sure the pictures they take are good before giving out proofs. The rude worker was useless and was worried about losing money when they should of done their job right from the very beginning.

Very unprofessional, rude and low quality photos. If you ask questions on what you are interested in they give an attitude for asking and make rude comments. Don t waste your money here.

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was very friendly, professional, and got me exactly what I needed in a timely fashion. I asked to speak with the owners Son as they were very very busy. He was very helpful and nice, I 100% would recommend this place!

Definitely DO NOT recommend I placed an order November 2020 and didn t receive it. 2 days ago I called to ask what happened with my order, the lady was rude and not helpful towards the situation. She asked for a screenshot of the confirmation and I sent it and she said she d call me back. She did not call me back so I called again and another lady who wasnt as rude said the order was lost and they would have to get back to me. Turns out they never sent my order out, they had it this whole time. Today, 9 months later, I had to go all the way to Pharr myself after I had payed $10 for shipping (& taxes). I had to ask them to refund my shipping payment since I had to go pick it up, they gave me $2.80 back. I m sure you can find a better place to get your pictures done.

You would think that if you purchase 2 (8x 10) pictures you would get the digital copies. Well you don t because they said they are not making money. Paying $56 for 2 pictures for me is making money. So if I want to make graduation invitations with those pictures I can t!!! How wrong is this!!! Don t recommend go somewhere else

Horrible!!!! This company goes to my daughters school and the attitude and rudeness by them is unbelievable! They dont give the students a chance to prepare for the picture...let alone smile! My suggestion if you want the parents to purchase the photos taken at least give them the opportunity to look ready in the photos!!

I have never written a review, however I needed to write one today. My daughter had her school picture taken today and was given a proof along with an order form and to say the least it was the worst picture ever. No one attempted to make sure she smiled nor to make sure her hair was in place. She is only 7 and doesnt know to make sure everything is in place. Therefore you would think someone would jump in to make sure all the students would a cute pic but nope no attempt was made to say the least. I will be talking to her school to make sure they are never used again. To say Im unhappy is an understatement. More like beyond mad. .

I am always happy with this companys service and professionalism. Their photographers are very nice to work with. I am a yearbook teacher at a local high school and anytime there has been an issue, we are able to communicate to resolve it. I recommend them to all the yearbook teachers because they are able to turn in the CD with pictures for the yearbook in a very timely manner, they answer their texts and emails right away and they do their best to work with our school schedule.

Consistently great product and the service is outstanding. I am always taken care of. They have been doing our school photography for years and I appreciate the extra time they take to make sure our students look amazing. They are timely. In the event there is a problem, they are quick to fix it and take care of the customers. McHi would be lost without them.

I don t like writing negative reviews- I never have and never will. But I need to get awareness of this company- this company s service is terrible. My mother literally got off the phone with the owner s son because they canceled my cap and gown appointments without our permission and it was a terrible experience. The employee was rude, but the son was not only rude, but uncaring. When my mom worked with them last year for my little sister s cap and gown- they said they couldn t work miracles because my mom had asked nicely if they could soften the image since my sister has scars on her face. I wish something could be done about this. I am very disappointed a company like this even exists.

Just received my daughter s senior portraits taken at Rowe High School and I was very disappointed with the background and props. For one, the white stool in an all white background is extremely dirty, as well as the floor. The least they could have done was paint the stool and make it look more presentable. Horrible pics at a ridiculously, expensive price! Don t waste your money on this unprofessional photography company!!
