Mrs. Martinez is a good doctor, but can t say the same of the front office manager (Dr s husband) who is extremely unprofessional. My wife had a disagreement with him, and then he sends us a letter saying Mrs. Martinez will no longer see my kids and myself for their issues. Also this letter was only signed by him and not Mrs. Martinez who I would assume should sign it as well. Being in a career in which you need to show professionalism I can say he does not have it, and if you see the response to some of these reviews it s extremely confrontational which more than likely they are coming from him.

When on Wednesday for a stomach ache , they did lab work too check for stomach infection, went today Friday for results she started giving me the results for other lab work for good and bad cholesterol, etc. (extra test) and when I asked for the results for the stomach infection she was clueless and said they didn t do any test for stomach infection. She wants me to go back again on Monday,(miss work again , pay the visit again) so they can do the test . That was the reason I went in for stomach ache . I was so upset I left work early both days for nothing. Obviously she doesn t read patients charts before entering the rooms . Obviously not going back with her just a waste of my time and money.

This was the first time going to see Dr. Martinez and I live in brownsville. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Martinez was also very friendly, professional and she let me know what was going on and what needed to be done and answered all my many questions. This Clinic was worth the drive and will be going again.

To me Ms. Martinez has been the best! My mother had seen her a long time ago when covering for another doctor. I did my research and found her. She was the doctor of my parents, and now my doctor and friend, also my daughter. She has been a blessing for me. Blessings to her and her beautiful family.

We arrived at 8:45 in the morning, it was 11 and they never passed us, you ask the people in front and they dont know anything, apart from the fact that they always look bad, I went to wait for my truck, because there were a lot of people and Before, I still went without an appointment, and left at Max for 2 hours ., TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Dont trust that here you grab without an appointment, because its a tiring life

When you go to your clinic is because you don t feel good, and the first thing that they said we don t taking walk ins because we have other patients in the lobby I work in a medical office and always we see all patients scheduled or walk-ins

Quite possibly THE WORST PLACE IN THE VALLEY TO ATTEND!! WARNING DO NOT ATTEND AT ALL. Be MORE THAN PREPAPRED for the Unbearable lack of COMMON sense that is VASTLY LACKING FROM ALL EMPLOYEES HERE!!! I went in WITH AN APPOINTMENT for a consultation and was refused the service!! Why?? Because I got charged for a covid test (a test that is FREE in just about any CVS) and not a consultation DESPITE that the staff asked me to go to my appointment FASTING. Mind you this was repeated THREE TIMES during calls that were made SAME DAY as the appointment and I was Still Refused a consultation unless I paid an extra $140!! SHOCKER that this business is nothing but a SCAM!!! And when I say there is senseless employees, I back it up with a conversation of an employee stating to me as I asked about why Ive been waiting past my appt and how long the waitline is??? Responding I dont know.. I dont know what that is ...a wait line...a line.....in which you wait your turn....stated within the word itself. I am BEYOND speechless at the lack of morality and values of ANY establishment that CLAIMS to be a healthcare professional ans only abuses their power to scam the public out of their money!!! The amount of disrespect to the profession as a whole by employeeing the staff they have. And still have the AUDACITY to tell me that despite coming in fasting I have to pay Extra to be consulted because they made the mistake to not listen to any of the THREE CALLS I MADE notifying them I came fasting for my consultation as asked!! Pitiful service not only would I NEVER return, but I will make it my job to WARN anybody who will listen about the FRAUD AND SCAM this place is! To pay $100 for a covid test in which my information is even written WRONG! This is just outright RIDICULOUS. DO NOT COME HERE!! DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE HARD EARRNED CENT IN THIS AWFUL FRAUD OF AN ESTABLISHMENT.

All the staff is very professional and courteous. I had a wonderful experience. I hadn t been to the office in a long time. I was nervous but the staff made my visit smooth and easy. I was able to get back to work before my shift was over. Thank you PSJA Family Clinic Team!!!!!!!

I love this place. Every time I go, Im greeted with a smile from a friendly staff member. Excellent place for all your healthcare needs. They are quick, and always very professional. Oralia Martinez and the rest of the staff have always taken really good care of me. I appreciate them very much. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Today was my first time consulting with Oralia Martinez and she was amazing! She listened to me, gave me good advice, and I felt like she cared about me and my concerns. Her nurses were friendly and very helpful! Im really glad I gave this clinic a chance. Additionally, its a big plus that they do in house lab work and that the wait time is minimal.
