I like to visit this place because it has good flavor, although you have to wait a little longer than normal for them to serve you, and once they serve you they forget about you, so if you need something else you have to wait but there is a person from Name Claudia who serves very well and is charming, they have a lot of people but wait for someone to come up and call them and they will serve you. The place seems clean and the prices are affordable. The beef broth is luxurious.

Today is Sunday July 7, 2024, went to have lunch with family around 1pm we were given our drinks and food the waitress saw that I needed more tea but never bothered in asking. A few minutes later I had to ask for a refill I understand that they work for tips when the service is given to and I dont mind giving when its earned. I came by because co-workers had told me about the place, first time there but never will go by there again told my son not to leave a tip due to the service we got, never asked if we needed anything....

Weve been here before a few times, and 4 stars at best. Today was simply horrible. Our waitress was probably having a bad day and it showed in her attitude & face. Also, the food had a piece of plastic in the salad, and no apology, no discount offered. The cashier lady had the audacity to ask if we would like to pin a quarter in the disability poster quarter board and no Veterans Discount either. They lost a customer here with me and my family.

Everything is good, the food, the service and the Atmosphere but watch out for the cashier when paying your food bill you could be paying more than what you ate or someone else bill. It didnt happen once but twice at different occasions. Maybe it could have been just one of my unlucky days. Parking: Plenty of parking but you need to be there early or ride with someone else.

Well, I went to visit this place on a recommendation, and the food was not tasty, but TERRIBLE SERVICE, in the end my wife went to the bathroom, and it turned out that it was out of service, with a lot of female clients of legal age, IT CANT BE, that should be be an EMERGENCY, to have it available, plus it is ONLY ONE BATHROOM, and to top it all off I had to get up 2 times to ask for attention and a 3rd time, to ask for the bill and pay, I still dont understand how people have a business and dont do it. attend to the minimum, I WILL NOT GO AGAIN.

This restaurant advertises the best botana in the RGV. It is the WORST. The worst restaurant fajitas I ve ever tasted; I couldn t eat them. I don t know how you can mess up migas, but they were runny and had no flavor. The Spanish rice was meh. And the service mediocre. Do not waste your money here. Go to Eddie s across the street. They are much better.

Bad customer service I had to get up to get my menu the waitress was very rude their was 2 people waiting to get charged for a 20 minutes before someone had to get up and tell another waitress to charge them the food had no flavor and when I got up to go pay she was being very disrespectful I had my hand out to receive the money when she just laid the money on the counter instead of giving it to me properly in my hand very rude.

Rositas has a sign in front which reads BEST BOTANA IN TOWN They say a picture speaks for itself. The staff are very friendly and awesome. Guys give it a try. I am always looking for a great botana and this is one. The way a botana should be no added stuff like zucchini or cut flautas. Awesome

First time visiting. You sit where you like. Clean and inviting establishment. Server was quick to bring our drinks but we waited approximately 10 min for them to return and take our order. I love the food and service here. One of my faves, fideo, is the Wednesday special. Have it paired with the charro beans they serve here. As an added bonus. Carne con papas(beef with potatoes) is the Friday special. Rositas in Pharr has daily breakfast and lunch specials 5 days per week, with excellent front of house and service!

I hadnt been hear in alot of years.I was happy to see how much the restaurant had grown. It has now been expanded in size. When I got there, there had a few customers and there were plenty of servers available. However, getting the attention of a serve was not possible. I dont know if it was because I had chosen a table at the rear end of the restaurant. I decided to order the Huevos Rancheros, which came accompanied with a side of refried beans & 2 bacon strips, and choice of tortillas. I also ordered a side of papás con chorizo. I was not happy when I received my food. It came very well served but it was Luke warm. The only two items that were hot was the coffee & tortillas served. I did not bother mentioning to the server since she really never came around. Si I just ate my food and left, thinking to myself I might not come back again.

The food was absolutely fabulous! The atmosphere was very inviting and staff were extremely friendly! First time here and will definitely come back for breakfast or lunch! Tortillas were fresh and their Chips and sauce awesome. I was impressed that for once I didnt have to sit thru fake news. Most businesses that have a captive audience usually have CNN or one of those main stream medias but Rositas had fox news you get real news!

Food was delicious.Service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress was Angie. Rositas, please help her out with more training. A refill would not have to be asked for as the bill is already being paid. There was a ridiculous lack of attention from her to our table. We had to ask for utensils! After we were done eating, we asked for a box to go, and she brought a paper bag to our table. She asked if we wanted a box instead, when she saw the food, to which my brother replied yes, we asked for a box, &she raised her voice to us OK! Idk if we caught her having a bad day, or something (not an excuse, but were only human). The restaurant was pretty empty, so idk why there was such bad wait service.

All I can say is that service is terrible. I do mean terrible. Waitresses just walk by without even asking if you need anything. You literally have to go to work and flag them down yourself. I keep telling myself I wont come back but the coffee has me hooked. Best coffee. If you have half a day and plenty of patience and time to kill waiting to even get service.....then go for it. What a shame!!! Management needs or should want to gain control over the terrible service... I guess the owner is disconnected to what really goes on in his or her restaraunt. I hope it changes.
