First of all, how is this a fajita burrito? More like a taco. Second of all, how is this considered a fajita when fajitas come with vegetables on it, peppers and onion?? Third, when we came back through the line to ask what all was supposed to come on the almost $6 fajita burrito we re told the menu tells you it s just meat. lol it doesn t, it just says beef or chicken and so does the crunchy and soft tacos which come with cheese and lettuce and tomatoes on it. So therefore it doesn t say that. The lady just wanted to be rude when we were just asking. And we also came back through to just order the fajita plate in which we did. But this is not a fajita and damn sure not a burrito.

Not going to lie once I walked in and seen how you order I was turned off and doubting my choice in spending my whole daily per diem but once I got my food I was amazed. Waddled back to the hotel and had to lay down! Food was amazing beware the tomatillo salsa has some kick once you stop eating it. I will definitely be going back next trip to Abilene!

8/17/2024 Great breakfast burrito but the tables are still sticky. 6/8/2024. Good breakfast. Tables are sticky. . Breakfast burrito was pretty good . They REALLY need to give the tables a good scrub and get the build up crud and sticky stuff OFF. 09/30/2023 we were there for breakfast and they didnt have any coffee,,, the truck comes next week. 12/2023 Great breakfast and the tables were not sticky. 4/2024 Great breakfast burrito. Not skimpy like many of the other places.

There is a manager that works morning shift. Who makes the process of getting Breakfast burritos unbearable. Most people in the United States ask about Military Discounts when they get to the window. That is where you settle the money. I don t know what kind of broke down system they have at Rosa Cafe but she wants you to announce at the speaker. If you don t do it this way, she gives the veteran ( this nations true national treasure) the level 100 attitude. With loads of hmmmphing like she got asthma (sighing in disgust) and demands next time you say it at the speaker. Most people are just trying your restaurant for the first time, no need to verbally reprimand people. We are just trying to enjoy your overpriced taco without the side of attitude. Maybe instead of all that energy with a negative attitude use that energy on getting your restaurant above 77 health rating. Fix your attitude immediately and support the troops the same way we are supporting your restaurant and your pay check.

This place has been going downhill for the last few months. The food this time was not good. The rice had a rancid flavor like it had been sitting someplace for years past its expiration date. The beans were not much better. The iced tea tasted like it had ether been sitting since yesterday, or they are not cleaning out the tea cans. I really cant believe this their tea used to be some of the best in town. This, on top of the rudeness of the staff, we will not be back to this location.

on June 15, 2024, we had Rosas cater the food for my dads 90th birthday party. We had beef & chicken fajitas with all the fixings, rice and beans. The staff delivered and set everything up. They provided plates and utensils and napkins. The food was hot and yummy! We ordered for a conservative amount of people, and we didnt run out of food. That was the first time Id had beef fajitas from Rosas, and I loved them!! Thank you Rosas for helping in the success of my daddys 90th birthday! I recommend Rosas for any catering event, the price we paid was very reasonable.

Terrible experience. Attitude works and bad service. They open at 6:30am - I arrive at 7:00. Attempt to order 3 bacon/egg tacos. I am met with we don t have that much bacon and I m like ok, what time do you think you ll have bacon? And the rudest attitude ever I don t know . This is for the person working the drive-through on the night of Friday, May 10. I had a small order, so I paid in cash and it took me about 20 seconds to count out my change exactly. I politely asked her how she was doing. She ignored me. I stopped and looked at her again, Asking directly. She still didn t say anything. Mouth closed. No response . I usually come to rosas because it is so friendly and amazing service (even though it is overpriced). Finally, whenever I stopped and sort of passive aggressively asked the girl, how are you doing? She answered. But man, was she rude! I have had her as a cashier before, and she s always this rude Hence the review. I only write reviews for amazing service or terrible service. She was definitely the latter . Annnnnd, My order was wrong, to boot. Won t be visiting rosa s for a while. Maybe she will have gotten fired!

From the outside of the building, Rosas looked like a classy, sit-down restaurant. Unfortunately, it wasnt. Customers have to stand in line to place their orders at a walk-by counter. Then, they have to seat themselves and go back to the counter to retrieve their food. According to the young man at the front counter, there is no table service. We left without eating. This is a definite no return restaurant.

I have given this establishment 3 different times to change my mind. The quality of food you get for the price sucks. I always feel rushed when me and my family go there. First time at the restaurant. It is very much a fast food Mexican restaurant. The homemade tortillas and salsa were amazing. As for the fajitas, they were ok. Not the best and I didnt expect the best. But the beans were unfortunately canned. The service was quick and helped explain things on the minute. The atmosphere was excellent. It felt like a nice sit down restaurant, very authentic feel of a place similar to San Antonio and old Mexico.

Our visit here was an ok experience. The only thing is, the staff wanted to play with each other and not take care of business. Also, why did Rosa s change the way they prepare the jalapeños that come with the fajitas? Not very long ago you had a jalapeño that had a great roasted and had a great flavor.
