Best little cantina in Texas! One of the best staff at any bar Ive ever experienced. Excellent programming and great selection of music throughout the week/month! You can tell the owner cares! It permeates throughout the staff! Love this spot and its my neighborhood bar!

My go to after bike rides. Staff always super friendly. Nice atmosphere. Nice patio area with food trucks. Ill just say this Im African American and have always felt welcome so not sure about that other review. Go out back and meet the bar cat. Super cool cat, hell come and check on you... Lay down on your bench and chill... Really nice place overall!! Come check it out!

I loved this place. The wife and I stopped by on Saturday, 08/05/2023. The parking lot was empty, but I insisted we go. Its not as it appears from the outside. I expected a rough local bar, but its so much more than that. The bartenders were great. Friendly, suggestive and attentive.

Overcharged me $15 on my tab. I had a funny feeling that said ask for printed receipt before I left but they never gave me one after I clicked the option on the checkout. I even left a $10 cash tip. Overpriced is one thing but to add on charges is ridiculous.

Saw inside this bar while driving by and it looked so cool we decided to go in. It was a Sunday night and not very crowded but we loved the vibe, decor, lighting, patio and music! Great selection of drinks and the bartenders were awesome. Now one of favorite bars in SA!

I came to San Antonio for a conference and needed food after arriving on a late flight. This place happens to have some food trucks out back so we accidentally found it. Me and my group came back every night we were in town for the conference. I would have tried to explore other parts of the city, but I am confident this is the best bar in San Antonio. Knowledgeable and personable bartenders know what they are doing and make this place a delight to visit. In addition they have excellent conversations. The atmosphere is very unique and worth visiting. I dont usually write reviews, but I could not leave this place go unnoticed. If you can visit Tonys Siesta, dont think, just do it.

I was so cold the other night after missing my bus that I just randomly popped into this little gem. Sofa was so comfy I fell asleep and missed my second bus!! Lol, no worries, the staff were really helpful though they couldnt do anything really to help a stranger out who missed his bus lol. All aside, Thank you guys.

I cant tell you enough how much I love this place. Im too old to deal with dress to impress places and bars with people shoulder to shoulder where you cant order a drink without getting frustrated. Tonys is perfect. Its cute enough for the ladies to take their selfies, the yard atmosphere is great, the music is always a tasteful mix of Tejano, R&B, and Hip-Hop classics, and the price is right. You cant beat it.

The best bar tenders and the very best cocktails. Was taken to this place for my 21st and even though I live in Houston, it s my favorite place! Wish I lived closer. Prices are VERY reasonable- I honestly would pay a whole lot more. All the garnishings are FRESH as can be!! We ll be back!

Was referred here by the owners father. Just wanted to share that so I can assure this is an unbiased review. The time is just after 230 pm and we walk through the doors and we were shocked. The place just finished possibly the wildest night ever in the 1yr of existence, just mere hours ago. With that said the staff was eager and ready to make us feel at home. Any Karbach beer on tap is a win for me. Oh and they have Live Oak canned so again a win for me. The wife likes a drink that can mask the screams of toddlers and endless mommy, mommy,, mommy....and so on and she was whipped up with a mango rum thingy. It was tasty! Those drinks paired well with the pastor steamed buns and catfish from Mai o Mai Asian Fusion. That food was amazing. All of this while the DJ played the most chill mix ever on the covered patio with a afternoon fall breeze. Please go and support this small little cantina in the heart of San Anto!!!!

Awful experience! They wouldn t let a friend in who was wearing slides. When asked about it, they said it was dangerous for glass. Literally 75% of the people are in sandals/slides/open toed shoes. Just so happened he was the only African American there and was denied entrance due to an unposted dress code. Online it lists this place as casual. It s fine to have a dress code but please post it and enforce it for all guests. Once this happened, we closed out and our bill was over the prices listed for what we ordered. We don t plan to return.

The service was great and the drinks were very good as well. I had the Pineapple Serrano Agua Fresca and it was delicious especially since I dont like drinks that are too sweet. The building itself is kept up well inside for being an dee building, but seating is limited indoors. None in our group were fans of the DJ that was playing Saturday night and honestly that was one of the main reasons we went somewhere else after a couple drinks. The music playing before he started was great. Definitely recommend checking out this place if youre looking for a local feel and a tasty drinks. They also update their drink menu seasonally.
