Don t come here! If anything go to the McAllen locating on N 10th. The pharr location was my favorite until last week that I went last week on Thursday my steak was raw and sticky disgusting couldn t even chew. I started noticing that it was not only a piece but the whole steak in my bowl. My friend had the same thing happen to him and we went to ask if they can remake it and employee said that the steak is cooked medium well which I don t see that in the menu advertised that way plus I am regular customer the steak never been raw & red. The employees didn t even care to ask if I wanted something else or a refund I had to take to again and ask myself if I can get something else but the lady gave me attitude and didn t want my food handed that way. I got a refund and left. The restaurant didn t even have AC it was hot. Worst customer service and establishment lacking on fixing the AC. Don t waiste your time here. Disgusting. From a regular customer to never coming back thanks to this location

Interesting experience. Order taker was dismissive, aloof and rushed me through the process. The manager stood behind the cashier smugly directing his employees like they cant make burritos and ring up an order, and it did not seem like a training exercise. The guy putting my toppings on was cool. He even apologized when the manager stopped him in the middle of helping me. Made him fill up a cup of queso then barked at him to fill it up more. Most tables were dirty, I observed many guests cleaning their tables before sitting down. A/C was not set for a dining experience. I chalk it up to just a poorly run shift.

Extremely rude staff. They think customers are stealing when you reclaim a wrong order, and treat you like a thief. I had ordered large chips and a small side of queso, when I received a regular bag with no large sticker I went to the counter and asked for a large bag. The staff member handed me a large bag in a very rude manner, for no reason and with no prior interaction other than asking for my food, and said I could keep my regular sized bag. Not a minute after we sat the down the same staff member returns to our table and says we ordered a regular bag of chips and asked we return the large bags (which we did with no objection, and the bag unopened), all this in a condescending manner, assuming we were lying about our order. The staff member snatched the bag from our table and smashed it into the trash can directly behind us, looking at our table as she walked back toward the kitchen. Literally the worst treatment I ve ever received at any restaurant, let alone Chipotle. Visit time 6/26 at 2:00 PM.

They always have great customer service here! I never leave reviews but had a great experience that I just had to leave a review. Ordered a burrito on the app and when I picked it up I forgot to check what was in the bag bc I was just ready to go home after being stuck in traffic. They made a bowl instead of the burrito and my sister was really disappointed but I called the store and Noe helped us! Employee need to be re trained or properly trained on how to roll a burrito because they have no idea what they re doing at this place multiple burritos have fallen apart and this time not only did it fall apart again, they put my guacamole on the OUTSIDE OF THE BURRITO. Salsa is frozen cold. It ruins the whole bowl. I don t want my chicken to be frozen cold. I complained to a employee and they even admitted that the salsa is frozen. I have been coming here since it first opened. It has always been great up until they changed managers. The current manager is always rude. Questions you about things you know to be fact for example she declined to use a reward because she said it all had to be on one order. (I made two orders). Team member name was Grecia and apparently she was the manager. Order starts out fine she s making me my burrito but on a little tiny piece of tinfoil with the majority of the tortilla being on the dirty counter. I make a comment during the making of it and point out that it s on the counter and say idk how I feel about that being in the counter she continues on asking me what I want on the burrito. When we get to the end she is wrapping the burrito and the contents go onto the counter. After which she scoops it back into the burrito, wraps it and hands it to the gentlemen who will ring me up. I ask him if I could have the burrito re-made because it was on the counter. He kindly re-directs me back to the beginning of the process where she is and she says what s the problem. I tell her I don t mean to be a bother but if I could have the burrito re-made I didn t like that it was being drug across the counter (which was dirty) during the making of it and my food was on the counter. She then stated she d give me a new tortilla and put the contents of this one in the new tortilla. I then say well the food came out and went onto the counter and you scooped it up and put it back in so I d rather just have it re-made. She then tells me well that she s going to charge me for another burrito then. I say what? I don t think it s too much to ask to not want to eat food that has been on a counter she responded with well we clean our counters so you re good I ask it to be re-made again. She s upset but reluctantly throws the burrito away and starts again with no burrito on the counter this time! Yay! Except now when we get to the end she just smooshes the burrito into a ball and wraps the tinfoil around it and passes me to the register guy again. I pay and ask him if he can re-wrap my burrito she comes over asks what the problem is and I tell her the same thing. That I already paid I was just wondering if it could be re-wrapped. She refuses and I say I don t understand what the big deal is I m just asking if you can re-wrap the burrito I mean it doesn t even look like one look at it. I ask the lady next to me I mean am I crazy? And she smiles and nods her head and sleepily says no I d want it re-wrapped too in which Grecia s response was well this is how we wrap burritos here at chipotle I pull out my phone and ask her to say that again in camera (which she wouldn t) so instead I just took a photo of it which will be attached. I then ask the guy who rang me up where the manager was when he horrifingly replied with she is the manager I ve never such bad customer service nor had anything negative to say about chipotle I go every day after the gym. I didn t think it would be too much to ask from a place known for its burritos to actually make me one, not whatever it is that I got.

Great spot . Editing my review. Came in like every week and this time i asked for light beans light rice. When i asked for steak they literally put half of spoon on the bowl. VERY dirty dining area. Opted to sit outside because no table was clean inside ( the patio wasnt much better). When ordering the rice, they gave the bottom of barrel scraping what was left instead of changing the container for new rice. Employees were not too amicable. The staff was friendly and attentive. Young lady who appears to be the manager or assistant manager takes pride in her job and provides excellent service. Store was clean and I saw staff wiping tables at 10:45 a.m. Food was prepared quickly and it tasted fresh. I prefer this location (Pharr) over the two others in McAllen. Will definitely be going back.

Tonight we went into this chipotle location and were pleasantly surprised. We we re immediately greeted by Guillermo who was working the line. He was friendly and professional even though we went in right before closing time. He made my burrito bowl perfectly and even though the corn had run out for the night, he went the extra mile to prepare some for me. Although the line of customers was not long, Charlie came to the register to charge us right away. He provided wonderful and quick customer service, he made us feel welcomed and even wished us a nice evening before we left. Both of these guys made a great impression on my family, they are awesome at their job. Thank you for the great experience Guillermo and Charlie, keep up the great work. Someone please gives these men a raise. 10 out of 10 experience. Definitely would recommend.

My wife and I had been looking for a little healthier choice of restaurants to eat and decided to try it out. We BOTH LOVED IT and have returned for a lunch date and it was just as delicious the 2nd time. The only downfall, which really is a good thing, is that neither one of us have been able to finish our bowl and we leave feeling like were gonna bust open. I ordered through Grubhub since it was super close to my daughters work place(Jackson Rd)I chose to pickup. I get there and it was completely full. I asked for my order and it wasnt found. The 2 girls I asked wouldnt help me, they were too busy with the line full of people. I paid for my order ahead of time so I didnt have to stand in line. After about 15 minutes they said I was in the wrong restaurant. I had to go clear across town, having bought a yucky burger elsewhere, and running out of time. I get to the other Chipotle and theres my order waiting. The young ladies were so helpful and nice. They offered to make everything fresh and I refused because I was just so tired (had head surgery) and in pain. I took my food. I will go back to the Chipotle at the McAllen Convention Center for sure! I was treated way better over there.

It is Chipotle, so no surprises there. Employees are usually very friendly and helpful but we have managed to get a couple not so friendly. In general good service. One disappointing thing is if you want to order a quesadilla, you need to place your order trough the app or they will not prepare in person for you . And I always forget.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Horrible customer service. Food never got delivered and they couldnt do anything. Jessie mentioned I had to call doordash. When I didnt even order through them, I ordered through the Chipotle website.

I ve had Chipotle once before at another location , carnitas bowl in SA . Food was delicious so I thought I ll give it another try . At this location I ve tried the stake bowl and the food was great except for the steak . The taste is blunt and the steak is very chewy I wished I would ve chose carnitas again . Maybe they should consider fajita meat instead even if they will make it one dollar more , I m sure will taste so much better . The staff and service was great so I ll definitely eat here again but not steak. .
