I recently had to pleasure of calling Mr Nicholas Toufexis to represent me in Denton County for a DWI charge. Let s start off with his team: Xochit, his paralegal, was always very professional, informative, and responsive to all of my 50,000 requests for information and updates. I will admit, this being my first time, I was very anxious and curious. She calmed me down, on numerous occasions, simply be responding. I appreciated her hard work. Mr toufexis, is a veteran. He identified himself to be as such when we first spoke, and that immediately gave me a good feeling with him, as I am also a veteran and felt I could trust him. Well, he s not somebody you trust just because he s a veteran. As it turns out, he s just an all around good person. He is very good at what he does, and makes it pain free for his clients. I was nervous because it took months to get updates, but I assure you, he is doing his job behind the scenes courts are just very slow to respond. Every time he and I met, the situation seemed to just get better and better. Ultimately I entered in to vet court, but prior to that Mr Toufexis was able to secure deffered adjudication. Had a DWI case, called the office and was setup with Nick Toufexis. I can say this was the best decision made. From beginning to the end everything was detailed and smooth. So, interesting situation. I hired Nick to do a petition for a record expungement. I paid the reasonable fee charge that was a flat rate, upon further review, Nick thought our chances were slim and advised me of such. So he was completely transparent and let me know we probably wouldn t prevail and that he would continue if I wanted or refund my money since we may not win! It s very seldom will you ever run across a criminal defense attorney that will refund your money months later if he thinks you may not win. This speaks of the integrity of this firm and Nick in particular. These guys do what they say, and maintain honor, integrity and honesty throughout the entire process! 5 Stars all around the board!

I had Nick to represent me at a very tough time in my life. I needed a lawyer ASAP. I dont trust ANY of these lawyers but Nick came through CLUTCH! He did everything he told me he would do. Paul is the man! I got into some minor trouble in my early 20s. Paul took care of it and everything turned out great. Good man, didnt even really pay him that much (this was a while ago though. He deserves to charge more than what he was charging back then). If its something minor, totally rest assured that hes got what it takes and likely the whole thing is going to end up being no big deal. These people are deceptive, i am a very good listener, if you tell me something, i will take your word. They told me a price in the beginning of my consultation and when it came time for them to go to court and work for me, they wanted to double charge the original agreed upon price. i was told to read my contract, I didnt really read my contract because (1) it was sent through my phone and it was to small and to long to read. To make a long story short, i went to court and i was encouraged by my representative to take probation because it was that long, I didnt take it, found another counsel and they got the same case Dropped.. i feel if i had good representation the 1st time, i wouldnt had had to pay two law firms to get good service. This is just my opinion.

I requested my retainer fee back they said it was gone. This was my first time hiring an attorney. Initially the experience was great, Mr. Saputo helped me work out a great deal and obtain my occupational Drivers license. While waiting on the DMV to send a hard copy of my ODL( for some reason there was a delay)court dates had to constantly be reset and it was a different associate there each time...on the last court date, I never even saw the associate, she called me on my phone and said she was an hour away and for me to go ask the court clerk to reset my court date. The lady asked me to sign the paper and that it does have a date; she said that my attorney will be contacting me with a date. I called the associate back and told her what was said and she said they would let me know what the next court was. 3 weeks later I received a call from Mr. Saputo asking where I was and that I had court that day...????...???...needless to say I was out of town that week on a business trip for my company...a trip that i would have not gone on had I known that i had court... I immediately explained to him what I was told by the court clerk ...he said the the court clerk said she gave me a date, I explained that I still had the document that I signed with No court Date on it...He said its nothing he could do there would be a warrant out for my arrest... I didnt know what to do...all that day and the next week I tried calling to talk to my attorney to get advice on how to proceed, clearly this is a clerical error or or the clerk is flat out lying which is fraud... but my calls and emails were not returned. I dont know if its more money that they want or if they just completely dropped my case...they honestly just left me high and dry... all communication seized during a critical time in my case...now idk what to do...i hired an attorney to protect me and I trusted that he would have my interest in heart. But clearly thats not the case

From day one. Grade A service. No hassles. I called to get a quote for representation on obtaining an ODL. I was given that and great rate. Asked for invoice and paid it. I then had to take another payment in person. On arrival petition was drawn up and reviewed by me. I approved and within a week I had a signed copy by the judge. Very responsive and respectful staff. Ashley was very helpful in any questions I had and led me in the right direction...!!! Thanks Saputo and Staff...!!! Hope I dont ever have to go back for this reason but if I do I definitely would. Highly recommended.

A HUGE THANKS to Paul ashley and rose, I ended up with a dwi, possession of controlled substance (my moms prescribed pills that she dropped as i was taking her to the emergency room weeks before) also I had my money confiscated on the way to buy my new car.. they told us money laundering. Paul was very helpful with all the information I needed and very understanding about my financial burden he worked with me on payments every step of the way and took me from feeling lost to confident. I would definitely recommend Paul Saputo to anyone who needs a lawyer. I was convicted of a dwi and Paul did anything he could to help out my case. He eventually was able to get 85% of my fines dismissed, community service waived and he was straight forward and honest the whole way. I have already recommended him to a friend for another case which he is currently working on now. To Whom it May Concern, We had a need for Paul Saputos services recently. I found him on Google, called and spoke with him over the phone. He told me what he could do and we decided to move forward and use his services. I found him to be very nice, very proactive and fast. His assistant Ashley is equally wonderful to deal with!
