This WAS my go to place for Topo Chico preparados but they aren t as good as they used to be. Doesn t even taste like topo it tastes like the off brands. I was sad they didn t fill it up w crushed iced like they always do they put little to no ice!

This place has issues, they sold me a watermelon trolebus and i guess they didnt rinse the soap out the blender cus it had soap on it, it was even foamy on top and when i asked them to change it they got mad and just gave me a refund, so becareful with lazy employees Kid-friendliness: Lots of snacks for kids

Very friendly, very surprised at prices. Ordered medium pink Leche with ice cream and lechera on top plus small rainbow raspa, it was $ 4,25....wtheck. We asked lady if it was correct and she said yes, she said it was more expensive because of ice cream. We were in shock because it was cheap, found our new sweet place .

Raspa was mediocre at best. I ordered an Oreo Delight and the thing was runny, spilled all over. Hot Cheetos with cheese had too much nacho cheese. They usually have the best raspas but this trip was a bit disappointing

Soo many workers and none know what they re doing they all seem to be very lost! They don t know how to organize themselves and write down what one is ordering and which vehicle the order belongs to. Instead of looking around trying to figure who s order is who s. One lady morenita with blondish hair never knows what the hell we re ordering. We ask for a raspa de white coco and is clueless as to what it is asks es raspa verdad or comes back and asks 2 more times what is it that you ordered? really like this place but the organization and lack of knowledge sucks!

My first time coming here, decided to get a fruit punch raspa and the flavor is alright, not too sweet and not overwhelming. The prices are amazing! There was a small wait but the lady took our order and right away was so sweet to me and my dog, it was very hot so she gave my pup her very own raspa lol. Thankfully I thanked her for it. Will be coming again!

I came over today to enjoy some wonderful snow cones as this establishment is the best, I dont mind waiting in line if the business and servers are being equal to everyone in the line. Today I waited around 45 min while the staff gave the snowcones and other food to cars behind me, four cars left before they gave me my snow cones that were all runny. When I brought it to the staffs attention they notified me that they were preparing the snow cones and that they had others to prepare. Then she asked me to pay and closed the door on me and didnt even give me my change. The worst service ever I will be reporting this to thr bbb I asked her for the name of the owner and she said she didnt have to give me his name and closed the door on me. Very badddd service!!!

This place gave us a milkshake with a hair. I tried to explain this to the worker and she assumed I wanted my money back when I just wanted a new shake made. I believe the workers wearing a cap doesnt help. When handling food the employees should wear a hair net to prevent this issue.
