Krystall fue el lugar perfecto para nuestra boda! La comida estuvo excelente y todos nuestros invitados nos lo hicieron saber. El venue se veía espectacular y todo fue gracias a Mariana, que siempre nos ayudo en cada instante y estuvo al pendiente de todo de principio a fin. Nuestros invitados como nosotros quedamos mas que satisfechos con la experiencia!

Excellent event room! Very good food and very good service. The only place in the valley where you can find Guadalajara and San Miguel de Allende style decoration. Very modern and elegant, 100% recommended!

My wife and I had our wedding reception at Krystall Event Center and they really made our vision come to life. Mariana helped us each step of the way She worked hard to make sure our wedding was special and unlike anything we had experienced before. Everything came out perfect, from the decorations, to the set up, to the food. All of our guests were very complimentary of the venue during the wedding and even to this day. We met the coordinator for the event the day of the wedding and she was extremely helpful. She made sure everything ran smoothly and made sure we were comfortable the entire night. We could not have asked for a better venue. We highly recommend Krystall Event Center to anyone looking for a beautiful/modern aesthetic.

Very disappointed after attending a wedding, the place is very nice so I will give it just one star only..First of all.. Please DO NOT get the open bar.. these are not professionals.. they were literally hiding the drinks while they were preparing them. They had some type of red juice in Agua Fresca container. Long wait for a water down drink not worth it. And then theres the food, cold, and the chicken was sliced the thinnest way possible they put in extra tables, but they were visible empty spaces on the tables that were already set up . Restroom needs an upgrade, I saw no security. They lock their doors and had guests waiting outside, I called to see if they could open doors owner was beyond rude. Overall, this place is a combination of bad management, I would not recommend this place and Im not even gonna mention details. The owner is a very greedy person, and this should be taken as constructive criticism to improve this venue, please have empathy for your customers please deliver what you promise.

Excellent Event Center, Mariana provided outstanding customer Service, and was with us from the day we rented the Salon, up though the entire day and evening of the event. Five 5 Stars on the Fantastic Food, Outstanding Chef. The Salon Deco was a 10!!! I would the recommend this Salon to anyone looking for a place to hold your next event.

Venue is pretty but, I had bad experience. Zero organization, bad food (food was served really late and cold , very little food on plates ) RUDE OWNERS , venue good, Bad Management . Do not recommend open bar if you get it make sure they re serve you the alcohol and not watered down. Over all Do not recommend at all. Go to a place where they do really appreciate your business.

Our wedding experience was elevated to a whole new level thanks to Mariana, the mastermind behind the exquisite venue. As both our wedding coordinator and event manager, she showcased unparalleled kindness, accommodation, and helpfulness. Marianas keen attention to detail and creative touch were evident not only in her coordination skills but also in her involvement with the decoration process. I must say that the venue is very nice and well decorated which added an air of elegance that left our guests in awe. Mariana is really dedicated and warm which makes her easy to work with. Were incredibly grateful for Marianas contributions, which made our wedding not only beautiful but also incredibly memorable. I highly recommend this venue!! PS: they were the only event place that really embraced and was accommodating to our cultural interests as Ghanaians.
