This is the worst cleaners in the world. The owners are either crooks, or they don t care about their clients. I had dropped off my mother s closing at the mcallen location. I dropped off jackets and dresses of my mother who is 78 Years old. The only thing that came back are her jackets all the clothing she had was gone. They said the employee quit that took our clothing. They said they had cameras, and they could see the activities during the day. I had a witness that went with me to drop off the clothing. They knew who the girl was since they saw it on camera. They did nothing to retrieve our clothing or to offer the money to replace my mother s clothing. However, she just had hip surgery so it is a shame that she hast to go spin her money on new clothing After having hip surgery So she can have her nice garments. The owner took our call the first time after that, he wouldn t take our calls. He was hiding behind whoever was answering the phone, because that person was always telling us. He was busy. I have owned several businesses and never did I not have time to talk to a client. Whether they were happy or had a concern I took the calls or returned the calls before the end of the day. They have not called us back they have not offered to replace the clothing refund is our money. I am sure they know that designer clothing can be resolved easily. They blamed it on the girl named Kimberly, that supposedly was working and quit. But yet they had the cameras and did nothing. They had the evidence, and did nothing they didn t even do a police report. I don t know whether to believe them that an employee stole the garments and obviously they were stolen or misplaced because they couldn t find them. Been over a month, not heard anything they have not bothered to give us a refund on our clothing or offer us the money to replace the clothing. I told him I wouldn t as long as he found the clothing and took responsibility All he did was beg me not to do a bad review, Now that I think about it, I can t believe that all he cared about is his review and begging me over and over to put a review but now it s been over a month and literally I feel they have stolen my mother s clothing.

One star is way too much for this place. I honestly don t know how they have such high reviews. My wife owns an Alpaca Coat and all she needed was to make the sleeves a bit shorter. We dropped off the coat and my wife was measured by the seamstress and was told to pick it up, .ok, not a problem. We came for the coat and it was not ready. We were asked to come back. We came back and the coat was one sleeve shorter than the other ..Ok, so we are talking about a $1,300.00 Alpaca Coat, not some $20 coat from Wal-Mart. So they said they would fix it. And so we came back cuz they called my wife that it was ready. Guess what we have to come back. These people had the audacity to tell my wife that the coat was too small for her. People we weren t asking, & second we are only here for the sleeves nothing else. Where do these people get off talking to my wife that way. How rude. If you want a cleaners with seamstress services I absolutely do not recommend this place. I m pretty sure any other place web better than this one.

Don t honor their prices. I dropped off a dress and it was checked in. Called 2 hours later to ask what I would be charged and the lady on the phone told me the price. I asked her to confirm it one more time which she did. I came to pick it up today and to my dismay the price was raised by 11.00. They were unwilling to change or honor the price that was given to me by their own employees on the phone. I won t be coming back here and I d warn anyone I know about coming here.

I needed some patches put on a letterman jacket. 19!! The first time I went to pick it up the patches looked terribly placed. I requested it be fixed(1st invoice). The second time I went to pick it up the patches were still terrible and not even sewed on correctly with thread still hanging off. (2nd invoice) I requested it be done correctly again since the patches looked pretty bad. At this point I had to drive to pharr because the jacket was in Edinburg. Edinburg receptionist was rude and annoyed I wasn t pleased for the second time. I then kept getting text messages the jacket was ready but when I would call I was told it wasn t. The final time I called it was finally ready. I went to pharr (I live in Edinburg) and yes the jacket did look better however the placement still wasn t what I wanted. I didn t bother to complain I just nicely asked to be charged. When it came to that, I waited another 15 mins because all 3 invoices didn t have a price. Calls were made to Edinburg, both computers weren t showing a price, calls to someone were made. It was very unorganized. At the end, I paid 128. 93 for work I had to constantly complain about and a jacket I just left at Mcallen Sports to get properly fixed. I m so disappointed! Never again!!!!

I had this black and white paint suit cleaned at D and M cleaners and they ruined it. After having it for several months they returned it with no apology and no offer of reimbursement. I had this cleaned at least 3 times before at another local cleaners and had no problems. They blamed it on being black and white. Have been coming here for years. Very friendly with hometown service. My clothes always come out perfect. I have even had a few items altered. Excellent service and value.
