Wired funds to close on our home a day in advance and the next day she was unable to find funds wired that were already in thier accts. We had to wire more funds over our closing cost. The funds were later located and no apologies for their mistake. Not professional and unorganized.

The New Braunfels office deserves MORE than 5-Stars! Lindsey and Susie were ROCKSTARS during the entire process. Their correspondence was efficient and their attention to detail was immaculate. We handed Stewart Title one of the most difficult closings I could imagine. We were out of town buyers scheduled to close right in the middle of the 2021 central Texas deep freeze. Brenda got us rescheduled and got documents reworked. She also helped us coordinate a split signing with a remote notary. Then, after our documents were lost in transit by the shipper, she worked quickly to get new documents drafted for close, even as our lender dropped the ball and caused delay after delay. Brenda and the entire team at Stewart Title - New Braunfels were wonderful professionals, and I plan on working with them for all our future Texas title needs... assuming that the nightmare scenario we brought them hasnt scared them off of us. :)

Beware....Check your closing documents carefully. Stewart Title will close on a property that has a lien on it. Totally unethical.
